Casimira Halcourt scans the Constitution, only being able to see it clearly with one eye. The scarred women would see her signature; her face wouldn't gleam anymore. "I don't remember signing it that small." She vociferated looking at the other women. "Time for Old Vienne to become new again!" She inclined her arm with her glass in hand going along with the toast.

"Damn little lady, you sure can put it away!" The Halcourt exclaims as she reads the pamphlet. 

Casimira reminisces the times she had with her mother; memories of gossiping about the other Orenians and their mishaps.  After reading the missive a couple times, a tear would start to form that rested on her eyelid. The verklempt Halcourt would squint at one part, "Ever since he was born, he was a burden." Within a couple of months, the princess Elisabeth Louise of Aldersberg, daughter of HIH The Count of Aldersberg, is wed to the Duke of Valwyck, Ruslan Eirik Baruch after multiple years of their betrothal.

TIMETABLE

I. Ceremony 

First will be the Ceremony in the chapel located in Lichtestadt . The wedding will be officiated by His Excellency, Archbishop Yaromir, and attended by the Novellen and Baruch parties respectively.

II. A Feast 

After the ceremony, the wedding procession shall head towards the great hall. A feast will be held and coadjutants will bring the most immaculate foods. A toast will then be made for the bride and groom.

III. The Tournament
Lastly, a melee will be held in the arena, located to the right of the ingress to Lichtestadt.  The tournament will be in the accolade of the incipient Duke and Duchess-Consort of Valwyck. Guests who deem themselves worthy enough will be sanctioned to test their efforts for this melee, the victor will have their own painting inside Lichtestadt and a mina prize.

As expected for an event such as this, contestants are inspired to dress in their most exotic attire. Sparkles, tight habiliments, and extravagant pieces are welcomed.

Timetable

1. Aptitudes

The host, Yasmina Franziska, will let out each person or group onto the stage in an organized fashion. Anything from transfiguration to fencing is accepted at the talent's event. You can show off your aptitude with another person or a sizably voluminous group. Everything must be organized in your group or they will ultimately disqualify you.

2. Judging 

Judging will be held throughout the event of the talents. The four Judges will be Ruslan Baruch @Sarmadonn, Josefina Magdalena @maliiah, and HRH Franz Leopold @Gusano. All judges will judge equitably and only will judge on performance. If all judges are dissatisfied with the performance, contestants will be disqualified from the event.

3. Competition of the Best Dressed

Nearing the cessation of this occasion, contestants will all be settled in the audience. Once everyone is done exhibiting their aptitudes, judges will call on contestants to promulgate them victoriously triumphing the best-dressed contest. The best-dressed constants will win a mina prize and a special innominate item.

Her Imperial Highness, Elisabeth of Aldersberg, and the Lady Alexandrina of Österland wish to extend an invitation to all; no matter birth, breeding, or affluence, our self-defense classes, which the first meeting will be held at the Augustine Palace. 

TIMETABLE

I. INTRODUCTION TO SELF DEFENSE COURSES

           A speech will be given by Her Imperial Highness, Wilhelmina Beatrix at the inception of the first meeting elucidating the contents of the lesson. Students will be required, by the conclusion of the seminar, to recognize the Four Stages of Self Defense and have a fundamental understanding of the beginnings of self-defense.

II. THE FOUR STAGES OF SELF DEFENSE

         Members will be required to learn the Four Stages of Self Defense. 

i. Prepare for dealing with hazardous situations and violence, which is done through proper and adequate training.

ii. Anticipate potential threats and hazards through awareness that may be present anywhere you are.

iii. Recognize actual hazardous situations and threatening people.

iv. Respond properly to threatening situations and people. Response requires rapid evaluation of the immediate threat and your capabilities while understanding all the possible strategies and options available to you.

 III. TASKS

       Once the first meeting has been resolved, hopefully with success, students will be given tasks for training. Some of the tasks will be the following:

i. Fencing Tournaments will be at the end of every Saint’s year against the entire class. Subjects outside of the class are welcome to watch members fence.

ii. Practice. Practice. Practice is required to maintain your self-defense knowledge and skill. Practice will not be enforced but it will help you in later dates.

iii. Yearly Evaluations will take place before each Rewards Ceremony. Finalists will execute a certain amount of tasks in order to qualify for the next stages of self-defense. 

IV. A REWARDING CEREMONY

    A Rewards Ceremony will be hosted every other saint’s year, regarding those who have accomplished the most. The honors will come in various amounts of mina, distinctive badges and sashes. Depending on how each member performed, their rewards will be different and diverse. Every Reward Ceremony will be held at the Augustine Palace. If there's a more important event in the palace, the award ceremony will be rescheduled for a later date.
