  1. Nitpicking questions to deter Rules Lawyering

    1) Any mention of CRP-logging Rules/punishments? Especially if the one who does so is at risk of natural PK (Tawkins users, for example)

    2) What 'volumes' are required for the bell emotes? Or can someone whisper emote 3 times?

    3) To clarify, does this remove the so called 'roll crp' as a system in full, leaving the dicefor actions with random chance? Does this include the accuracy of ranged weapons or are people still having a 50/50 chance to whiff 3-4 combat rounds of emotes because server dice said so?

  2. Kor'garr, Skriptgoth of the Horde, rumbles with complex emotions while smoothing out his mustache. The guttural mutters increase as he looks over the reaction to alleged slavery before his bulky digits crumple the paper in a tightened grip. Eventually he finally relaxes enough to quill a missive, copies of which are delivered by the small winged forms of rabbit-like Horde Courier Vinix across Aevos.

To Grand King Garedyn of the Emerald Lineage, Fellow diplomat agh drinking brother,

Kor'garr must express some small relief for lat's rebuke of the Frostbeard Clan's erratic actions. After the various machinations of Paladins agh Sigrun Ireheart, the Horde readied for lat to meet a grisly fate as puppet leader, wearing a crown of strings and speaking though lips stitched shut by internal politics. Honorably, this is not the case. Kor'garr remembers the early Urguani - Rexdom Waghs of Almaris, aggressive Gazat sparked conflicts which were explained away by the horrid agh dishonorable practices of snagakeeping running rampant in the western Jungles. As stated by KULTHARK'IZIG back then, "Given the many ways in which a brother may fall to dishonor in the keeping of slaves, it is understandable that the Rex has banned the practice, not just to appease other nations but to keep less intelligent brothers from falling to the temptation of dishonor." This decision was in part decided by the strength of the Mountain-kin's fervent agh bloodthirsty response to slaving as a concept, and the fact you as Grand King defy meekness by refusing to indulge the Frostbeard Clan's hypocrisy restores some manner of respect from Krug's people.

For the sake of lat'z ancestors, take measure to back these declarations with genuine action. The uzg of Aevos is watching.

  3. Kor'garr, Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde, lifts the paper up to crimson eyes with a harsh grimace forming beneath his waxed mustache. The stocky orc looses a rumbling sigh as he sits before his writing desk. Various papers and drafted articles flutter to the side when pushed by bulky grey hands, the uruk knowing he would need to make yet more revisions to the next issue.

"Private Trialz... do the lesserz zeek tu hyde Truth yeht again?" A large jabbernak feather quill is dipped into crimson inks...

  4. [!] The missive is posted upon the noticeboard of San’Briu, with spare copies freely available in the Library of Barbog. Dense sheets of pressed papyrus lock vivid and aromatic floral inks into blocks of large and formidable common script. [!]

With Kor’garr’s return to writing after a long period of imbalanced humours agh soul-seeking, recent declarations must be made public as the duties of Skriptgoth demand.

    Ash: On Housing agh Rohauric
The Horde has decided with the vassal of Rohauric’s loyalty they will claim authority over constructing a coastal port settlement upon Horde Lands, to gather greater amounts of tribute and coin from exports of Orc Kulture. The Yazgurtan agh Motsham will oversee this process to ensure the movement between settlements isn’t the cause of a displeased spirit or otherwise zkah’d up by nub-uruk foolishness. Their weekly Tribute will become 10 minas for small blargs, 20 for medium, agh 30 for bub’hozh buildings. Also, let all be reminded that lessers must reside in Kinul’s sewers, and not be given Blargs meant for Honorable Orcs.

    Dub: Potential Whitewashing
As of this Kaktuz Day, the Motsham agh protector of our culture Gormohk has commanded an investigation into the Talar’norian citizen agh nub-uruk raised goblin called Vilmia Parish. The goblin, who has refused previous chances to seek understanding of Krug’s blessings or solace amongst her kin, instead clings to the institutions of Nub-uruk orphanages and the trickeries of Albai voidusers. If one Kaktuz Week passes without further notice of her rising the honorable path of Krug, she agh her kin will be DECLARED WHITEWASH, an affront to our very blood agh people to be torn apart on sight.

    Gahk: On Ashtkaar
Several concerns have been raised on the legitimacy of clans and Ashtkaar, to which Kor’garr will alleviate such confusion. A Clan seeking authority in the ROTHOB MAZAUK must have honorable standing agh no fewer than 3 clan members alongside them RESIDING IN TAXED HOUSING OF SAN’BRIU to obtain or retain Ashtkaar. Failing to meet those numbers, failing to regularly pay Tribute to the Horde for blargs whether in a taxed clan hall or not, or failing to regularly attend Klamors and otherwise contribute to Krug’s people are all recognized causes for the Ashtkaar agh council positions to be stripped. Said decision will be made in a Klamor, as usual. Similarly, those on the ROTHOB GOTHIM must attend their responsibilities agh reside in official blargs of the Horde, or be challenged for their position.

Futh: An Honorary Joins, Another’s Path Begins
Let it be known to the Spirits agh all our brethren that the former halfling known now as Minto’Lur of clan Lur has risen past weakness or dishonor, becoming a true Orc and brother in mind, body, agh soul. He stands above lessers alongside us, and his actions from this day forward will be judged as those of kin.

The pathwalker known as Siriky Yamashita is also beginning the arduous trial of claiming Honorary status. Test them, teach them, punish them if needed, but know they are claimed by the Horde. Do nub demand tribute in excess, nor mutilate or flat them recklessly, as doing so would be like maiming an unaware cub.

    H’: On Tribute agh Lessers
For too long have lessers been given accolades agh privilege above their station. Those who are nub vassals of the Horde or true Honoraries are expected to give tribute when visiting our lands. This is nub robbery - while any orc can demand such Tribute as one higher than the lesser descendants, to seek unreasonable amounts or confront a foreigner multiple times over a single visit would spit upon Krug’s honor agh make us no better than the greediest of dwarves. In addition, do not let nub-uruks sully the blessed Blah with their untusked, weak jaws, or indulge in their fantasies of superiority agh ‘civilized manners’. They are meek and feeble, agh should act accordingly within the lands of their betters - our lands.

May all know these decisions to be the true statements of the Iron Horde, as recorded by the Skriptgoth in year Azh’kint Gakhty’H’futh of the Dubth Age. (CXXXIX D.A.)

  5. Kor'garr, Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde, rubs his bulky chin with pallid grey digits as he looks over this Grand Opening.  Perhaps this shold be mentioned in the next Kaktuz Weekli? A gruff nod, a mustache curling over the smiling, tusked maw.

"New zhiniez, new Koyn, new grog... Hozh."

  6. Welcome back! For many of these questions, the Ashen State of Nor'asath is a good starting point if you want to play another Dark Elf. Aside from that, I would say there is currently at least one group for every type of (descendant) character or RP style at the moment! Really depends what you wish to look into. Halflings are doing great right now in... Dunfarthing!

Wolf, you alright there my friend?

Go take your meds and get some rest, old man... We will have your prune juice ready in the morning.

  8. Some thoughts, after looking at the plugin!

    - I cannot wait for the update concerning Lapis, Redstone, Emeralds, Copper, Diamonds, etc;

    - The overreliance on netherite and leather is concerning and unbalanced

    - I would like to know if the node mines for currently unclaimed tiles will be created

    - Multiple people have been asking for an updated tile/resource map.

    - Arrow recipe is wack, maybe replace one iron with a stick?

Overall well done and big thanks for the coders! I had to mald a bit at first but now with a clear head I like this.

  9. Kor'garr's brow raises in surprise upon hearing of this new Klaimant for the Targoth position, crimson eyes widening with flecks of savage excitement sparking through his mind. A majestic handlebar Mustache curls above bloodthirsty grin and around thick tusks.

"Nobchoppa'... Hozh neym. Very ztrong. Wiz muzt tezt diz Arena champiyun."

  10. [!] A letter carried by a small, rabbit like winged mammal is delivered to Audo Weiss. Thick papyrus parchment is stained with desert inks in a blocky yet legible script. The small Orcish Courier Vinix departs with the delivery completed, hopping and gliding away. [!]

    To Ser Audo Weiss,

Kor'garr, Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde, recently read your report on the capitals, and wished to inform lat of some additional information. The current capital of the Iron Horde, rather than being named Krugmar, is known as San'Briu. This translates roughly to Capital of Horns in the shamanic language of Uld Blah. In addition, the Government of the Horde has recently departed from that of an autocratic Rexdom, now best defined as a Confederation of Clans much like the various courts composed of Human Noble Houses. We appreciate lat's studies and inclusion of all descendants within lat's reports, and hope to discuss Scholarly pursuits more in the future.

    With Blood and Honor,
    Kor'garr
    Skriptgoth of the Iron Horde

  11. Kor'garr hears of rumors about new Ker fist klomping techniques, brow raised in surprise. Crimson eyes gaze into the distance as he ponders on the mysterious fighting style, and the whispers of a spirit who supplied such terribly effective knowledge of combat.

"Hmmm... Wuld diz Nyotelboh beet Hunzha ztyul uv dah Gorkil clan? Wiz muzt tezt diz en Arena." The Skriptgoth picks up his Compendium, searching for more information to include about this lesser spirit.

  12. Kor'garr raises a brow, shaking his head at the nations mentioned to attend in San'Briu. Nevertheless, the Skriptgoth prepares to stock the shelves of the Bhraf-Mauk with a greater range of goods, grumbling under his breath.

"Meyk peace wyth dah Humiez, buht dah Dwed vlat our citizenz... Agh now wiz muzt ztand idle. Zkah." The grey orc peers more closely at the paper, crimson eyes squinting.

"...Aht least Cyruz zeemz tu bi meyking diz 'peece' tyng werk. Zumhow."

  13. I really look forward to Xob doing neat things with this. Question, when talking about "Mundane Engineering", does this include invention lore such as springs, and exclude FA/MA info such as Alchemy, Animii, Smoggers, etc?

If recipes for things such as how to smith Boomsteel/Azhl/Argentum, the components of Red Oil, or other tinker MA/FA info were written, would the book count as a legitimate irp teacher for such?

If enough information upon an MA/FA is compiled over time, would the book be able to function as a self-teach source?

  14. Kor'garr, writer of the Compendium of Conceptual Spirits, hums in clear interest as news of a new healer reaches the city of San'Briu. With any hope, this recently pacted shaman could visit and spread the news of their pacted lesser for the Skriptgoth to record! Until then, the grey orc continues managing the library and writing Kaktuz Weekli articles.
