being born to a farming family outside of the kingdom of Norland, Baldered grew up to be a strong but shy youngling, he developed this when he was 4 and when his father went into town, thieves broke into his home and stole everything, he felt weak and helpless and it stick's with him to this day, as he got older he and his mate Dethor, moved to where they learned to ride horses and joined the ranks of the local militia, he was he worst of the two fighters, he soon found no joy in the ranks and left all he knew including his friends to live as a merchant, he was able to explore many lands, witness many battles, but it always seemed to follow him as he was again enforced to join the local militia in the town he was residing in during the Norland-Oren conflict/tenth nordling war, seeing bloodshed and death, he became a great strategist and when the fighting was over he roamed around the content finding odd jobs and hires, he still does this to the day and kids form many villages love to see him come through their town
