Sylri would sit atop a balcony, catching a glimpse of the flier.
" D'ah.. 300 Mina.? After I'm done vith this job, I might hav' to get my hands dirty v'th this.. "
She pockets the flier, before resuming her watch.
Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"Oh! Uh.." Matsubokkuri look over, not expecting to be called.
"do.. I know you? sorry, I wasn't expecting to talk to anyone.."
Walking over, Kuri stays weary. Its been many moons since shes sat down and talked to someone, so Kuri happily obliges to the conversation. (She is naturally trusting, for better or worse..)
"My names Matsubokkuri! Uh- Kuri for short. I come from the forest near salvo.. only in town to sell some herbs- heh."
Hearing Kuri speaking out loud, it's clear she doesn't get out much..
"As for my story? Well- I own a small farm inherited from my old mentor.. Uh, I believe in pacifism! My mentor.. well- they died protecting that ideal. So, I try to carry his legacy!"
"Ive vowed to myself to never end a life recklessly.. all life is precious.. such as that of my mentor.."
Seeing the mood drop, Kuri tries to lighten the mood by doing small little magic tricks, such as creating sparks or small vines
"Hah! Pretty cool huh?"
"Yeah- soon! I'm gonna be a powerful druid, and reclaim the land for the animals, just like my mentor wanted! I'm gonna-"
Kuri stops mid sentence, noticing the sun has set through a nearby window
"Oh- actually I need to go! I gotta get back before night. Have a good day Ms!"
