Kóri would make the rounds on Ithrun’drakna as he usually did. Normally it would be a very lonely job, seeing he's the last of the Stormbreakers that has not ventured out into the sea and yet to return. 

But not this time.

Kardakk Stormbreaker, and his crew had recently landed on the shores of Khor'Atlas and thrown the dormant clan of Stormbreakers back into action. 

"New blood 'as foinalleh made'et back tuh tae Clan once again. 'Ets toim tuh let tae captain ov Ithrun'Manok be Lord ov all tae Ithrunnazka."

Kóri would spin into action as he teaches the new crew the ins and outs of Ithrun'Drakna, the Stormbreaker mothership. When the Stormbreakers felt comfortable in their new home, Kóri finally felt it was time to pass the oars to a new leader with a drive to make the clan stronger. In a small ceremony on the deck, the new crew and Kóri would swear alliegiance to Kardakk, naming him Clan Father of the Stormbreakers. 

The entire cave would reverberate as the sons and daughters of the sea bellowed their approval of the ceremony.

"Parathak nir da ithrun"

"Narvak oz Ithrunnazka, Thrumm eron Wuglimor"

"Narvak oz Kardakk!"

Kóri Stormbreaker would exclaim upon hearing the news.

"Et's nae exactleh a catcheh name tha' rolls ov tae tongue, bu' ah wish yer tae best ov luck!"

Algoda would smile broadly, beaming from whatever place in Khaz'A'Dentrumm he found himself at this time.

Good initiative, but with the risk of sounding toxic the issue is I don't want to see this from you. I want to see admins do some work for once, to actually do ANYTHING about the latest controversies(not just the pedo one). Knowing how telanir and 501 laughs and belittles the community in staff chat I seriously doubt that'll happen but a man can dream.

It's sad to see the admins being so lazy they put a guy like marimba in front of themselves as a meatshield.

If the staff truely is open for change then medvekoma is the perfect man for it. A guy that doesnt hesitate to call out bad writing/bad lore, and responds to obvious ooc spite with calm and precise arguments. 
With the current crackdown on unused and outdated lore and the attempts at updating and revising old lore into something feasible, i can't think of a better candidate to help further that goal. 

Using the argument that because he doesnt like dizzy and josh therefore he's unfit for duty, is just plain ol' stupid and i expect nothing less from "the infamous circlejerk that split the dwarven community". He wont be part of that echo-chamber, thats for sure.

XD my mans, XD. Glad you don't pick admins, you wouldn't know passion if it hit you on the head. I don't stick around because I want to stroke my own power ego, the power trip disappears after about a month on the team. About a month in you realize the scope of management as an administrator, realize how much you've got to juggle, and realize how much stress it is. Administrators without passion drop like flies. I'm here because of passion, because of vision. But of course, clearly I don't have passion and should step down - I'm contributing nothing to the server!!!!!

This is what makes this server stagnate. The ones with a drive to achieve something, to make the server better, are being targeted by their fellow staffmembers and ultimately end up burning out or leaving.

With the current shitshow that has been lasting for months now, and NO apparent change is coming/discussed with this community (maybe its being worked on, who knows), it really hurts to see someone like DS leaving the staff. Without people that are unlike the rest of the staff, that can be the point of contact for the community as he truely felt like "one of us", how is this server ever going change? 

I'm sad to see a friend go. But it sort of feels like this is what the community has come to now, and things like this is merely the consequenses of it.

I personally like more detailed maps, yours seem very flat and boring at places. And afaik they are already working on a map but I'm sure you can help out, you seem to have the drive for it.

I'm not going to comment on Matts ban but I do not appreciate it when people propagate lies about our staff, who work hard daily to make the server better. Our staff do not ban people maliciously - we have strong policies against abuse and biased moderation. Staff do what they believe is in the best interests the server and follows our community's rules - but that doesn't mean it's always the right choice; they are people too and make mistakes. If you're going to criticize us, do so with the full, truthful story - do not lie about our actions, or claim we are actually evil. That is not productive for anyone.

It isnt about what i think of him, it's about how this whole situation on how stupid GM's abuse and misuse their power against MULTIPLE players has gotten derailed because of the Imattyz worshipping. Make a post about unjust gm behaviour without throwing in Imattyz name every second sentence and i'll give it more thought.
