I've never been good at backgrounds but here is my try. (power is in simplicity)

Hail orcs,goblins or whoever you are.. Tirok, still fresh dominus of orcs land is now dead. He was murdered by assasin while building new town. The poison on dagger of assasin was too hard for him to survive in the desert. He didn't make it to well of life in Sanhar. He died in bad way but he is in goblins heaven now. Well, excuse me but i'll tak for her as she doesn't visit forums ((she hates it)), Elaine became Sanhar Architect and something that way i was before Dominus. So now she cares about housing & building in Sanhar.

Sanhar is open place for your school. We will expand Sanhar soon even more.
