May I ask to be added to the places team? I am always active on the wiki and love writing about things, I dedicate my rp time to travelling across the vast land of Aegis... I always write avid descriptions of places in my travels in a little notebook I have. I also like to travel around the world OOC and see many magnificent places, I write for my school and am expected high grades in English literature, so if you choose me for the pages team you can expect explicitly detailed descriptions of, well... Places!

But in RP you say your city is in construction, a lord would focus on his city being built instead of running willy nilly trying to get every job he finds? If you run Talun, why do you want to be high chancellor? That isnt very clever, you need to sort out your priorities. (( running city and being In charge of coin in another is very bad, it it isn't gpod rp. You do not see people running a city, owning a tavern and being incharge of money, you will get confused with your money and accidentally spend the kings money. ))

I see, but I know you as the type who runs headfirst into battle, if someone with such a massive amount of money dies, the king will be wroth! I do not like battle, I hate getting dirty and sweaty *shudders at the prospect*

Yes, any person can decide how money is spent... It seems to me that you aren't well liked, it may be just two people but tylos has me thinking that your character us misleading and apparently a murderer (the albrecht thing?)

This isn't an arguement, and by helping people do you mean trying to sabotage others by showing you are better than them? Correcting me sure seems like it... Instead of you just saying 'Thats a good idea, I'll ask some people and see if we have close results!' but no, you have to correct me by going all mathematical on me, I dont want to go into detail, holidaying in norfolk, enjoying the country.

Okay, throdo stop trying to woo everyone with your vast complex knowledge of math hoping it will earn you brownie points, okay? I'm doing this for fun, I've been getting rather bored of the usual rp I do, so I'm opening my doors to new opportunities if rp. And yes, every body knows simple mathematics, and you might want to slow Down... I mean your not even greatest yet! We get you want the job, but I think I speak for everyone when I say that please, stop pushing it...

Well... To find the average income you simply put yourself in their shoes, I have owned many houses in Oren and my income stayed the same, people go and kill monsters, sell the loot and make a good profit. And as for this little tiff you and Tylos, What happened, happened, people do not walk an icy path without slipping up a few times... What I'm saying is, everyone makes mistakes, I learnt that the hard way... Stop your quarrels, aye?

Well, a fine against UNDERGROUND farms is a brilliant idea, but you should still be able to grow small amounts say, by a window were the sunlight can get to it? (( In those times, the 1300s people were slightly self sufficient, growing crops in their gardens which is just not enough to get by, so they get a job of sorts, which allows them to get by.., This is a rather sticky situation, with the 1.8 hunger here people will be clamouring for farm plots... So yeah, I have no idea what to do here ))

Touché, but I can always go around and see what they do in their daily routine, if they lie, they simply either lose their house or get a big fine. And yes, in some cases people can afford a house and can Afford more, but sometimes people save up for ages to buy a house, spend it all on a house then be dirt poor again, leaving them win no option but to sell on the house.

Your high treasurer throdo? I suggest that this CURRENT taxation system you have incited is a tiny bit high... Maybe someone could go to each house, find out their name, occupation and weekly income, then tax the person an amount that is under their income, but they still have enough to buy the basics.

Hmm... Well i own a 25k House in Alkhazar and i think the tax for it should just be 100, i mean... alkhazar has about 40 occupied houses all with a different tax, so all in all each week you are earning a good 5k, which is a pretty good profit, also.. why not take control of some open for sale shops and start a shop called 'Kings Goods'? You will earn a pretty good profit from that... or you could go for the Tyrannical/mad leader that makes you give a percentage of your goods to the Kingdom?

Hey! I Know! How about we abolish the whole tax system for houses and tax shops only! a house does not make income for itself un;less its a merchant or a shopkeep, The Shops may havee to pay a percentage of the profits? i dont think so... I advise you, introducing taxes Whilst Oren Struggles is a BAD idea, it will only incite rebellion.
