To clear some stuff up, yes, anyone who kills people for money will need a villain application. The orcs do, they aren't villainous. The Teutonic Order does, and they (usually) aren't villainous.

Unfortunately most mods like that require everyone to download a client mod, which the Dev team has said they want to steer away from.

We are neutral, it's just... in Aegis, sacrifing babies to evil squid isn't really balanced.

If you tie it in with the current lore like Undea and Iblees, then it seems fine Lucky for you, squids actually exist in MC. But once you start corrupting the people and ruining the balance, the Druids will destroy you. :)

Quite a fascinating idea! I typically only hear about apprenticeships... But I suppose that this new approach might be interesting. On the note of acquiring land, if you come up with a well-written petition with clear goals and show that you have the means to do this, most rulers will grant you free or cheap land.
