OOC:We don't abuse the people of Oren or beg for food.The King does not pay us because that's not his job the Captains pay us.

I really think we need to train our soldiers so that they will be a little better at their job.Training should have target practice to improve our archery skills,combat and strategy training for close ranged combat and for group combat situations(example:Three guards encountering bandits while scouting or at war.)We should also teach simple things like how to arrest someone. P.S. If you have any more suggestions for the "Boot Camp" please post a comment.

I swear that I Oren Guard William will find a way to avenge the ones that died in Alstion.I regret not being there to help,but I will make the Undead pay for this.

We all must come together to fight the undead.Rise up my orc,dwarf,elf,and human brothers and sisters.If we wish to rid not only the north,but the whole land of Aegis of the Undead we must stand as one and fight back!

Today while I was out scouting the roads near Al'Khazar for bandits(there were reports)I found two men in robes.One in black and red,the other in black an white.They said they were servants of the Undead(I'm guessing they were trying to join and prove how evil they were)An Orc guard was investigating when they over powered him and he had to flee.They turned to me and said"And then there was one"they knew I was a guard.One slashed at me with his sword the other pulled out a bow I defeated them both but they recently came to Al'Khazar posing as Wood Elves wanting to join the guard.I told some of the guards and Captain Vardak.But they may have escaped....I fear next time I patrol the roads I may be assassinated.

I'm not a guard but I agree.The guards right now have almost no control over the city.Giving them this ability would help a lot.

When William turned seventeen he left knight school more disciplined and an above average swordsman.He left the nation of Oren and became a traveling swordsman.He became fascinated with the elves.He began reading their lore and stories.When he became twenty he stayed at the Cloud Temple with the monks to learn of the God of Aegis and how the world came to be.He was very religious after his visit their and wanted to find a way to honor his God.So he decided to learn how to blacksmith.When he learned the trade he made armor with a cross in the center.
