"Aye, me life story ye be wantin'? Well then, fer some short lineage, me grandfather was an Oren Guard Sergeant-turned rich gambler-turned large bank owner back in the lands of Aegis. Quite the man 'e was from what I 'ear, went by the name of Tyler Isbord. Me Father wouldn't tell me much of 'ow 'e came to be, or 'ow I came to be 'as well, seein' as I never knew me mother. But me father was born sometime shortly before 'is father's death from the Undead scum in Aegis, and seems to 'ave been raised by a carpenter. After they abandoned the lands of Aegis for Asulon, me father began work as an architect and landlord in New Alras. 'e lived quite the borin' life, doin' not much else but that and raisin' me.
As fer meself, I think I take after me grandfather. 'e was quite greedy (which caused 'im to lose 'is riches by the same fate 'e got em.) which I see in meself a bit as well. I wouldn't want to 'arm anyone that don't need 'armin', and would never feel the urge to rob someone violently like the bandits and their folk, but if the opportunity fer a quick chunk of gold presents 'imself, I like to take me chances. I AM quite the fighter and sneak, might ye know. I feel I could get meself out of 'bout any situation! I grew up learnin' 'ow to build from me father, bein' an architect and all, and so I enjoy doin' it fer a livin'. I might even be given the title of Baron of me town under the wonderful Count Green 'ere shortly! Luckily 'e doesn't know that most of 'is wheat tribute be comin' from stolen wheat from the house of winter. Harhar. I try to be fair though and even be replantin' most of the seed. Anywho, back to me. I learned quite a bit from me father, from buildin' 'omes to wieldin' a sword (though 'e wasn't much good at it 'imself) to even locksmithin'! Quite a story behind that last'n there. Me father took over the "Old Pony Plaza" in Alras, quite the shoddy little apartment setup it was, under the King. The locks they built the bloody apartments with were cheaply made, couldn't keep a crosseyed goblin out! Over the course of 'is borin' life, 'e tinkered with the locks quite a bit, 'n' by the time 'e became an old man, 'e might as well 'ave been a master locksmith. The apartments 'ad locks that couldn't be fooled by any bandit or petty thief! Aye, 'e taught me a bit of the art, and I still practice meself. Though I'm not the best at it, I can manage to beat a lock or two 'ere and there. *chuckles*
But as I've said, I think I be doin' quite well fer meself as of now. May not be the richest fellow, but I can't be complainin' when the possibility of becomin' a baron is bein' thrown around! Still though.. walkin' through Oren just makes me want to see how foolish those bloody nobles are. Always caught up in their petty arguments, I'm sure I could pick their chest open and grab meself a few bits of gold with them in the front yard! Harhar, fools most of those nobles be. Not me Count Green though, 'e's quite the intelligent fellow. Think I've 'eard 'e did a large bit of studyin' when 'e was younger. 'opefully 'e doesn't catch on to me offerin's to 'im bein' half stolen any time soon.."
