The Druids are not residing within the lands of Oren, so this agreement retains no substance. As far as the Salvus Grove is concerned, it does indeed belong to ye now and as far as the Druidic Order is concerned, we traded the Salvus Grove in exchange for your stolen book. I am unsure as to where this distain for the Druids has emerged from. We do not accept this agreement because as Druids, it is our right to reside wherever nature exists. Signed, The Druidic Order OOC: We have more than a few issues with this, as well as this entire RP situation. 1) You came to the Druids and promised some quality RP, but all you have presented us with thus far has been terrible. The stealing of our groves is not entertaining or quality RP. 2) You consistently change your RP reasons for these actions against the Order. I am confused as to where this sudden desire to eliminate the Druidic Order has come from. First, you wanted to forcefully take our Salvus Grove in exchange for some book that Alan stole. We agreed to your war claim, but you appeared before the claim and attacked the Druids. We gave you the Salvus Grove so we expected you to leave us alone, but you continued your vendetta against us regardless of the compensation for your stolen book. 3) This missive is ridiculous. We have done nothing to deserve this bombardment of attacks and restrictions. The Druids are nothing but helpful to the lands, as well as the fact that the Druids are not active within the lands of Oren.

Format- The application should be in the format supplied in the directions. If they do not use the proper format, this shows a lack of understanding of the directions and possibly a lack of effort. 2. Bio Content- I do not look for a 10 page essay for a fantastic bio. Any use of lore or locations in Aegis is always a plus because it shows that the applicant has read the lore. A well written bio is determined by content, not length. As they say, it's quality, not quantity. Originality is also another factor in a good appliation. Things such as "My parents were eaten by orcs" or "My character's name is Aragorn" are not original thoughts. One must create a unique character instead of modeling after an established character. I would be inclined to accept applicants with original characters that I feel would add something to the server. 3. Grammar- Proper grammar is key to good role play. Grammar clearly is not visible in real life, but if people type like "i can c u their", it makes for awful role play. If one does not use proper grammar in their official server application, I can only imagine how they will role play around Aegis. 4. Character's Abilities- A character's abilities should match nicely with their ambitions as well as their bio. If someone says "My character is a pacifist. He wouldn't harm a pretty little soul on this land of Aegis.", and then they continue to say "He is more than proficient in the art of the sword. He has had much experience using this tool of death.", these statements contradict each other. A character should not be perfect at every skill because that would not be realistic. He/she should have some weaknesses like any normal person would. 5. Definition of Role Playing- A simple "I know what RP is; I have done it many times before.", will not suffice for me. They must show and understanding of the concept of role play and define it in their own words. This would hopefully weed out the occasional player that walks around Aegis calling people IC by their Minecraft names. This server mostly consists of role playing, so it is crucial that the player has a clear and concise explanation of RP. Notes I have had much experience in working with applications on another server that I previously played on. I was the sole administrator on the role playing server TrueCraft. I handled all of the applications and helped players that required assistance with the process of being accepted. I have also assisted Bell (TehLulu) with sorting through the apps. I learned what makes a good app from my experience with her. While I cannot always be on the server, I can almost always access the forums. I have a lot of time to dedicate to the apps. I believe I would be a good addition to the team. ^^
