I hate when people say you need lore for other languages. There was never any lore placed about common, the language most use, so I say go for it. The only people who bash you will be those who don't matter.

Then again, try to have a strong background which the language came from in mind, for they don't just appear from thin air xD

Ermh... yeah cataris did have the quinarians thing going. But I denied that after he left the server as he wasn't keen enough to see it continue. Perhaps contacting him some how and asking if maybe you could use his lore, or, failing that, just make your own lore.
