Dear Allen, To be honest, I respect you 100% and what you're TRYING to do here, but I think you're going in the wrong direction, and I know you're stuck between a rock and a hard place. I know that as of late there has been little to know Villain activity, but making it obtainable to ALL players is definitely not the way to solve it. As a long time player and villain, from the mid-era of aegis, and a villain who has admitted to messing up a time or two, I say that this is not a good change. First, the fact that villains aren't active isn't anyone or things reason but Asulon's. I understand its more realistic but, speaking as a villain of Asulon, it is RIDICULOUS to try and RP it... Here were your choices, walk around ALL day waiting for someone to come along the road and HOPE, or PRAY, that they would humor you with the rp, or you could take your chances and do evil in broad daylight at the cloud temple where you would most likely die anyway with nothing achieved. Sure, it had its fun times and taking the risk can make it even more fun, but it was SOOOO boring and got old REALLY quick most of the time. This is why we've seen a drop in villains, and players. I, personally, haven't played in a month because I'm waiting for the new map. So here is my idea. I think that we could do one of three things. One, we could get rid of minor evils and go back to the old system, we could make minor evils MUCH MUCH MUCH stricter, OR we could get rid of minor evils and introduce a new system, which would involve adding a new team to the VA Team, in which people could choose between making the app, or proving themselves RPly by an In-Game, pre-made RP situation which would be held at a determined time by the VA Team member that is doing it and the player them self. While the second may be harder to organize I think it may be better because, honestly, some people just aren't good with filling things out and after a few denies they may get discouraged, even though they can still get denied in this new system. To be honest, even though the voting says differently, I think you are DEFINITELY moving in the wrong direction because would you want to add a whole BUNCH of petty, terrible RP-er villains that don't contribute to anything except make more anger, or do you want to get a select few really good RPers that can more then do enough for the server when the map is toned down a bit? These are just my thoughts, and although you may disagreed, I ask that you don't flame me to hard. Also, if you have constructive criticism PLEASE feel free to. I disagree wit dis Idea... First t is a waste of iron, second it beh near impossible ta get dis much iron witout donations and I don't tink dat we should ask our boders fer so much fer such a weak ting, iron may be hard but compared ta da bulk of da undead it would beh easy ta break... If I was a citizen I wouldn't donate so much jus' fer dis which prolly won't beh used in da follerin' years anyway considerin' da undead invade from da north and dey mus' get through Oren first and dat Time 'as destroyed Alras. Although dey DO plan ta rebuild da wretched place dat doesn't matter it's also a waste ta build it in Outter Kal'Urguan as it won't be der fer long because of da Crag and we're not rebuildin' it. I'm sorry if some disagree wit meh but dis beh me opinion and if ye want ta overrule me descion go ahead, but beh warned, I, and I'm sure many oder dwarves are, to poor ta donate SO much of a SO valuable resource.

Aye i agree wit all of yer idea's King. But i would like ta make one of meh own, after da crag is done I tink da ONLY ting dat should beh above ground is a few farms, owned my citizens, and da Military district. As fer what yer sayin' wit da army I TOTALLY AGREE, BUT der is one ting dat people don't usually understand... Da Army beh fer Offensive against whoever da enemy beh. Da guard is da ONLY one who is defendin' da city. As fer when da army will start doin' its duty, First I feel dat da army should get a few years o' trainin' in ((one months worth)) Or so maybe less but definetly not more. And we should definetly get more members. and before weh start an actual attack on da undead we need ta finish oder tings first... Ney, da funny ting is we gave ;im slack after dat cause all we did was torture 'im and left 'im ta die til monks come and saved ye.
