A negative vibe fills the room as the dark presence of Ker'Athri curses any happiness to be had. He takes a seat at the bar, nodding slightly to the barkeep. "Get me drunk." Are the only words he mutters. While downing copious amounts of red wine, he stares around at the room wondering why it got so quiet all of a sudden. "Dammit... Sorry everyone, I'll leave." He chugs down the rest of the alcohol before walking out. "Man, I've got to stop being such a downer..."

Robert sees Celia talking with her smooth voice, her speech of deceit... "Beautiful, that you are..." Then he feels Yuln breathing angrily down the back of his neck... "Erm.. but uh...got to go!" Robert side-steps nervously away from the conversation.

((Understood. "Scotty, activate determination drive! Full speed ahead!"))

((As of yet, I just need one more person in my line, as I already have a brother and a daughter... wait a minute... oh, yes... oh this could do nicely... MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! If Robert and Yuln continue their relationship, Yuln may or may not be Ker'Athri's daughter, so then Ker'Athri would have a brother, a possible daughter, and a possible son-in-law! MUHAHAHAHAHAHA I WILL HAVE THIS MANOR!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA :wicked: ))

*Turning his head from one of Yuln's other conversation, Robert faces this one* "Say what now? Those Mori are stealing from us? Well I don't think attacking them is the best idea... why don't we just build another layer of defenses to make it absolutely impossible for any none-High Elves to get in? I think attacking would just anger them... even provoke a war - Although, it seems that is what they're asking for... But no, we should get guards patrolling 24/7, always on watch. And if they find a Mori, or Dark Elf, Capture it! We'll see how they like being turned into slaves! *Robert stumbles away, not even sure if a word he just said made any sense. He passes out on the beach, quite happy with how he just voiced his opinion to the Grand Mali'Aherl of Asulon... also because he hasn't eaten in a week and a half...*

Robert had been traveling for weeks now, exhausted and weary, ever longing to reach his home. But as he neared Elandriel, a thought came upon him. He thought he would visit the Silver City. Since he had learned of his pure blood, he had never entered Haelun'Or - only marveled at it's beauty from the outside. He had thought the Mali'Aheral would shun him, or perhaps see him as unworthy. But why not try? He thought he would enter Haelun'Or. He liked this thought. Instead of traveling to his tree, he turned the other way and set off on weak knees towards the grand Fortification. Upon nearing the gate, he found no one was on guard. Cautiously peering in, he ran through the gatehouse, making way to the center of the city. After he crossed over the bridge, ran down the spiral, and neared the town square, some voices caught his attention. He heard people speaking of walls and defenses, when no one had even been at the gatehouse! He followed the voices, and came out into a small clearing. A few tall, grandiose Elves stood there, adorned in marvelous robes of silver and gold, all looking on towards the center of a circle, where a girl sat. Two of the elves were discussing "Riffs" and "Reefs". Clearing his throat, forgetting his exhaustion, he spoke up. "Oi then, mates. Speakin' of these defenses, why not put a man at the gatehouse? I don't get much of what yer talkin' about here, but I just walked in with no consequences... *He clears his throat, straightening out his tone and ditching his southern accent* Although, brothers, I do see these underwater walls as an improvement. Any offensive forces could simply come into the harbor, and take this awesome city. I think this young lady has a point, the- *And then he stops, realizing that it is Yuln. He smiles* I can explain later, deary, let's keep on topic now. In fact, I do believe I might have a few ideas... What if we were to install only columns beneath the water? We could put vast pillars poking out of the waves, and then have a sort of draw-bridge. Any unauthorized ships trying to pass through would have their masts snapped off, and left immobile. But if a one of our ships seeked passage, we could raise up the bars, and let them through. A mighty large contraption, it would be. But it could act just like a wall, and it wouldn't completely block off the wonderful ocean view! I think it would be a fine challenge, worthy of your reputation!

((Yeah that's totally fine, I just didn't take into account that you might speak a different language when I first reviewed your app. Sorry for the trouble, and welcome to the Elignonn! :D Since your fighting skills aren't that great, you will not be a fighter on the front lines, but I think I can find some other uses for you. Also, if you could recruit people from Haelun'Or whenever you can, that would be quite helpful. :) I won't be on until probably Monday around this time, but I'll initiate you IG then.))

*Robert doesn't understand most of what he reads, but he looks at the map and deciphers some of the text with difficulty.* Yeah! Tha's a god one! This would do quite nicely, I think. The problem is, I don't see it being acted upon. *Robert frowns a bit, then sets down the parchment and departs.*

*When Ker'Athri is finished reading the scroll, he laughs harshly before taking pity.* "You really must sympathize with these primitive creatures.Would you be so offended if some monkeys were raiding our libraries and stashing the books somewhere? It is all too the same, you see. These Mori probably can't even understand our texts. And even if they could, what harm does this do? Let them marvel at our wisdom, let them have a little fun."

((Yeah, I just realized two things. 1: I'm out of town for a week, so I probably need as many people as possible to go run around and recruit people. 2: It doesn't look like English is your first language. (If it is, so sorry.) So I kind of underestimated the effort put into your app. And since I'm heading to the Silver City to recruit people at random, it's kind of unfair to deny you when you took the time to make an app on the forum. Soooo... ACCEPTED!!!

Ker'Athri stares blankly at the human, shocked at it's massive stupidity. He can't even bring himself to say anything, so he just turns away awkwardly and walks off.

Ker'Athri, quite pleased with how his brother responded, follows him to his house. After knocking 7 times, the door swings open and Ker'Athri explains his thoughts* "Ah brother. You see, most of my words today were a test. It was a challenge to see who is mentally and physically capable of joining me and keeping their head about them. You surpassed my expectations, and I would be honored if you were to assume a high position in my order. You see, most of what the Blood Elves will do is not violence; it is only the first step. No no, after the crusade, we will be establishing an organization to learn and master the arts of everything, as we were meant to. You have proven that you are intelligent, and not violent and idiotic as our darker relatives. So I invite you to share your knowledge with us in our new order, as Grand Instructor. Please do remember that I was only testing you, and I bid you no harsh will. I do not expect you to accept this offer, but I would be truly delighted if you did. Farewell Brother, I think you should sleep on it.

*Ker'Athri's attention is caught by his brother* Ah, see here! One of my brethren has the gall to stick up for himself! A noble warrior, you would make. But not this time. Although you have pride, you just openly insulted the rest of the Mali'Aheral and I, a decision unwise in my eyes. I will take up the offer for the duel, but I shall not slay you when I defeat you. Instead, when you are begging for mercy at my feet, I shall offer you a position among my order. The question is, will your pride remain?

Ker'Athri's eyes shine brightly, his anger flaring "You call yourself one of us, yet you are a disgrace to the very name. You have the gall to pretend you're something great, when you are so blind you cannot even recognize when someone has wronged you. You are pathetic." ((Understood, when Sporadic comes up with an elven name, I'll change it. But I don't think they're going to be browsing through Minecraft RPG servers to find ways to sue people any time soon, so don't worry. NOW CAN EVERYONE PLEASE STOP POSTING ABOUT THE NAME? *Ker'Athri laughs at the pathetic mortal, speaking of honor* Whether I have honor or not, I will still fight for the majesty of my brethren, although my efforts are useless when wasted on those who had no honor to begin with... such as you and my poor brother back there. Upon arriving at the end of the letter, he removes a quill pen from his leather pack and sets to writing an answer. "Lonely friend, I am Vulnir Ker'Acaele Athri. My past does not require a calling to mind, nor will it get one. I should think the reason you have not heard my name is only my fault, as I realize I have waited too long for this day of reckoning. I fear Haelun'Or's defeat was her own fault. She was weak in the time that her people needed her, but mark my words. I shall not make that mistake. I need no grounds to strike fear into the hearts of this land's Mortal inhabitants, and I shall do just so. As for my vision, it will be revealed at the end of the first Crusade. Once we have made a name for ourselves, we will unite and organize. And to answer all of your questions, perhaps we could meet, and I could teach you everything I plan for this order. ((OOC, HELL YEAH. I would be so stoked if you helped me on this, as I love your work.))

*Ker'Athri spits at his feet. "It has been defiled by those beasts. The only way to reconstruct it is to redeem it's honor." *He walks away, utterly disgusted*

Aye, sorry sir. I went down t' kill the feckers, but I got hurt pretty bad. I'll try harder next time sir. I'm your man. I've made almost every suit you've seen me in from scratch. I'll do the outfits, but not the banners.
