  1. MC Name: Octovian10 IC Name: I will be creating a new character for the group, named Signus. I want to become a dread knight Y/N? Yes, I wish to become a dread knight. If selected yes for dread knight, do you want to be a first generation (new character) or a second generation (add on to existing character)? I’d like to play as a first generation dread knight. I want to become apart of your group because: My role-play as a villain has been lacking and awfully dull as of late. I’m looking for something fun and new that can fill up my time on the server. What can I bring to this group? My character holds skills of several different professions. Before being defeated in combat against a Blood Mage, Signus worked as a knight of sorts for Oren. As such, he was well versed in several forms of combat, particularly swordsmanship. He retained that knowledge after his transformation, along with his basic teaching of forging. OOCly I’ve had almost a year of villain experience solely on this server. I believe I’ll be able to fulfill my role as a dread knight properly and efficiently, thus creating some enjoyable role-play for ourselves and the victims of our attacks. Time zone: Eastern Standard Time (US)
  2. ((For the time being the group is closed. Our camp site was demolished, our work stripped away from us, and all our items stolen. All of this was done without any of our knowledge or consent. Apparently Arethor nobles are allowed to steal any land they want without any role play. Sorry to everyone who has joined or was interested in joining. Hopefully we can arrange for a new encampment to be constructed at a later date, though I'm not very hopeful. We are once again recruiting and operating as normal, thankfully.))
  3. *A note is posted directly below that of Timothy.* Ah, you live in Ager? Our encampment is but a short walk from the settlement. It is located in the settlement once known as Idlicia. Please, visit any time and we may discuss your employment. -Bauldry
  4. * A note is pinned under the application of Hawkes * You soon shall be contacted and escorted to our encampment. -Bauldry
  5. *A formal note is printed below Vandrid's* Hello, Vandrid. You seem like an able fighter and loyal worker. A crow carrying our whereabouts will be delivered to you shortly. I'd also like to state that your letter was of fine length. We look forward to meeting you soon. -Bauldry
  6. ((Didn't mean to post this, it was meant as an update...sorry. I'd appreciate if a FM could hide this.))
  7. ((To all current members - I'm sorry for my current inactivity. This was due to my laptop being repaired after an incident. The group is still very well running. New members are soon to be brought within the group along with picking up our recruitment. This thread itself will be soon be updated to better show where we are now.))
  8. *The Preacher is leaning himself among a pillar. Once the crowd disperses from the fire, he slowly makes his move. He pulls forth another, identical flier and posts it to the bored.* "It seems we have a blasphemer in our midst." *With that he limps off, back to his 'construction project'.*
  9. Dalek, my inbox is only at 19% capacity, so I'm not sure why.

  10. A note is tethered on to a pole at the entrance of several major nations amongst the human kingdoms, notably around the Holy Oren Empire and Cloud Sanctuary. It’s written in deep black ink, printed neatly on sketched parchment. The liquid seems fresh, with it still dripping along the paper. It’s headed with the title, “The Domini”. The signature at the bottom is a deep red, appearing to be dried blood. “Sentient life on Asulon is something to be held dear; After all, we only have one chance to live. Why then, I ask, is there so much pointless blood split over ideology and meaningless disputes? The solution is seemingly simple, an old tradition that was once associated on those who were branded as evil. However, that is unfortunately not the case, as we are not evil beings who wish to cause harm, we only want to unite us as one. The naïve may be soon to shun the thought that is soon to follow, but I urge all to reconsider their standpoint on the topic. I too was ignorant, though now that my faith has been reaffirmed, I now know that I shall soon reach salvation. The answer has been buried by our ancestors of old, and since only been told in tavern side fables. The way to peace, our salvation, for those who are open-minded enough to accept it, is Iblees. Many thoughts most likely race through your mind as of this moment. Perhaps you deem me a mad-man, daring to speak the name that killed innocent beings. May be you see me as a revolutionary, someone willing to openly speak the name once dreaded. I wouldn’t state myself as either. I do this so others may accompany me on my journey as an enlightened follower of the Lord. I find that if I weren’t to do this, I’d be as much of a hypocrite as the kings and lords that inhabit these lands. You see, you may have mourned over the loss of life that came with the conquest that the Undead brought forth on Aegis. I ask you though; did you ever take a minute to consider what reason they had for committing something that would be, under normal circumstances, considered atrocities? Only recently has my mind become open to the teachings of Iblees. I invite all, of any ethnicity, to join me in sermon to praise the Lord Iblees. We soon plan to take action to increase our standing amongst the arrogant. We soon plan to spread the word of eternal life. We soon plan to do what we must to allow for total union amongst the races. So, if you too wish to inquire about our mission, feel free to join us among our church. Learn the true meaning that is Iblees, blasphemed by those who are truly the evil ones. Join us, and walk along the trail with us to salvation. We are The Domini. We are domain. We are the people. May Iblees be with all this day.” Signed in Oath, The Preacher A small note is pinned below the main paper. “If you wish to come in to contact with I or another associate of the order, then please leave a message here. Your message should contain all the necessary information to get in to contact with you. No need to be afraid of ridicule or persecution, as soon enough the heretics shall be silenced. Any whom care to partake in the furthering of the churches advancement in society, then please sign your name in blood.” ((The note should be IC, with your character’s name, and any other information that’d be helpful in locating you, such as an address or the city your character resides. You should also OOCLY include your Minecraft user name, along with your time zone. If you want to actually join the cult, you'll need to sign the message in blood, as well as have an accepted villain application. You do not need one if you only wish to become a parishioner at one of our churches.))
  11. A man, donning the fancy garb of a noble, peers upon the note. After a few more seconds of reading, he nonchalantly trots off, heading back to his manor. As he sits at his desk, he opens the table beside him. He removes a white feather from a chicken and a vial of plain, black ink. "Dear fellow follower of Iblees, I would like to inquire about joining your organization. I hope that my search to find individuals who wish to further the goals of Iblees has come to an end. If you require more information about me, I’d be more than happy to elaborate. The one thing I can say is that my age has certainly worn on me. I’m no longer as skilled with a blade as I once was. However many a times I have been complimented on my ability to speak charismatically and persuasively. I’m also not afraid of the persecution and harm that may befall on myself due to the work of those whom would wish to detest our cause. I eagerly await a response.” Signed In Blood, Jonathon Bauldry He picks up the parchment, fresh with ink, than proceeds to his bird cage. He takes a key from his pocket, and with shaky hands unlocks it. He holds out his arm, allowing the black crow to land upon it. He rolls up the paper in to a small scroll then ties it on to the talon of the bird. He shoos it out through the window, than proceeds back to his desk. ((My MC name is octovian10))
  12. Yes, the citadel is truly a fantastic sight. I shall be posting pictures, hopefully today.
  13. Not to sway your choice, but there's already been a large influx of evil guilds as of late. Just a suggestion, keep away from being an evil group. Aegis could use more helpful people.
  14. It looks intriguing, but you don't really go in to detail about the group's purpose or intentions. While you're clearly evil, most people still wish to know what they're getting in to before applying. If I didn't already run a criminal organization, this may have been worth my time. -Ultrick
  15. Well guys, nearly all of our work has been rollbacked, and the Orcs stole all of our building material. Right when I was about to take screenshots of the castle's brilliance. For anyone reading this, donations of cobble/stone/stone brick would be highly appreciated. Contact me in game if you wish to donate any resources. -Ultrick((octovian10))
  16. Like i've said to others without an application, you'll remain an Initiate until it's accepted, or you may become one of our store-owners.
  17. The old Irongut Bank is now fully under our control!
  18. It does start getting bland when you own a large criminal organization with little to no resistance. I look foward to a strong, yet bloody, future of role-playing between our factions.
  19. Already created something quite similar, own quite a few shops, and gained six members in our first day. Sorry. Edit - Oh, and we bought most of the Irongut property. All they have left is the tavern. :-D
  20. ((My name isn't Octavion. Back to the matter at hand, what exactly do you mean the right side of the law?))
  21. ((For the moment, my profession is that of a hunter, though not for long. As for time zones, I live in EST. I'm fine with meeting now, if you wish. I have a nice amount of goods ready to be sold.))
  22. Yes, I do. Of course, my opinion doesn't matter, though i've seen ban reports due to free-lance assassins taking contracts on people.
  23. Now I may be wrong, but I believe someone paying you for murder is considered villainous.
