Highly organized and calculated, each crime they commit goes smoothly and quickly. They rule the underworld of aegis.Dealing drugs, contracting kills, robbing the innocent. Even though you may not see them, they're are always there. If you wrong them you will die. They have no mercy. The Hydra ((Recruiting people soon, well be implemented in 1.9/Map Wipe)) Mafia of Aegis, Ruled by Vincent Nroca and Hiruko, The Hydra are a well organized mafia. They as much of a mafia as a business. They are based from one city. However their business extends far beyond that. The types of business they work in include -Dealing, smuggling, and production of Illegal Narcotics ((Will tie in 1.9 potions such as, hurting, nausea, poison and other items) -Contract Killing -Heist Positions available in Hydra are -Dealer(Deals Narcotics) -Alchemist(Brews Potions and makes other illegal items) -Resource Collector(Collects resources for Narcotics and resources for members, most positions will be available in this field) -Resource Manager(Manages resources for Narcotics and resources for members) -Thief(Commits small crimes, however many of them) -Masked(Commits major crime such as heist, mass murder/assassination, and they protect the city if their is an invasion) The Hydra was created as a business for Hiruko and a last resort for Vincent Nroca. Hiruko originally wanted to start a banking and trading business alike that of the Ironguts and Golden Harvest. However these two companies had monopolized the industry so much that it had become impossible to defeat. Hiruko an innovative man saw opportunity in that of illegal activities. Hiruko knew that since these activities are illegal that he could make a much larger profit, but he knew one single man could rule and control what he intended to create. Nroca has had a shady past. Nroca's parents were killed as soon as he was born and he was adopted by a rich family. What Nroca saw infused death into his heart strings, however he would fight this urge for quite sometime. Nroca was adopted by a rich family and was taught in the ways of war and diplomacy. Nroca joined the military for quite some time and became happy with his life for a while and he pursued his dream. Nroca wanted to become a diplomat of war. Nroca studied for many years and when the time came he approached the leader of the military and shared his ideas, however they just laughed at him, this pulled at his heart strings and Nroca became enraged and made it his goal to eliminate all diplomats of Aegis. Nroca, became a worshipper of Iblees to gain enough power to kill the diplomats however, when the time came, he realized what he was doing was wrong. Nroca then began his pursuit of a pure soul and his growth to become recognized as noble enough to become ascended, however he again, failed. Nroca knew not to what to do with his life and began to wonder the world. Hiruko and Nroca were so different, but fate would bring them together. While Nroca was standing at the gate in front of Al'Khazar pondering what to do with his life, Hiruko was passing by and they caught a glimpse at each other, making eye contact, and at that moment Hiruko knew he found than man he needed to pursue his goal and Nroca knew this man is what will save him from his sad life. Hiruko then spoke to Nroca about his ideas and what he wishes to do. The rest is history. *You see a man dressed in robes speaking to a crowd of people* As a leader of the great city of Al'Khazar falls, Queen Dawn arises in succession to the Bloodline. However this should not be. The bloodline is corrupt and fails to heed the calls of it's people. Dawn wishes to silence all of those who oppose her, she holds and absolutist rule over the land of Oren. This is something I will not stand for. What has Dawn done for the people of Oren? What has she done to receive such a postion? She did not lead the rebellion against the king, for 'twas Gaius Marius and and I, Vincent Nroca who did, we rallied the people of Al'Khazar and led an attack on the castle. We were successful in taking the castle, however my friend Gaius was lost. After taking the castle, Dawn walked to the Throne claiming it because she was next in the bloodline. I however did not agree with this. I told Dawn I did not want me or her to become king or queen, I wanted to have a council of 6 and a King or Queen to lead the land of Oren. I wanted this because, this system would prevent corruption. I had asked Dawn to step down multiple times and have elections for 7 council members and from these council members they would elect a king or queen. However she did not step down. She merely ignored my call. I again rallied people and told them of what had happened, by then Dawn had begun to create herself and army to stomp out the ideas I and many other people share. She has taken the power that she believes she had inherited and has already abused it. Now I ask you people of Oren, no not just the people of Oren but people of Aegis. Stand with me. Stand with the ideas of true and uncorrupt rule. Stand for liberty, stand for fairness. Stand with us Rebels. For if one of us dies only more of us will rise! Martin ((Creeper-Slayer)), I am the new head architect of the Holmes Service (if you don't remember), Bastion said I could hire workers to assist me, could you make a post discussing about builders being needed and architects being needed. As of now, I need 5 Builders and 1 Architect. Builders will do most of the building (of course) while the Architect will fixate around the details of the structure, the planning and will also do a bit of the building, however they will not do as much. I will send you more details later, pertaining to the applications needed for a builder and architect.

*You see a scroll posted on a board, what is written on the scroll intrigues you, you begin to read…* Great Nations stand, and an old nation is reigniting it's dwindling flame. The Vindexians. This nation is among the oldest, it was a nation of power, and peace. The Vindexians existed in a time before humans, where war was occurring between the Orcs, the Elves and the Dwarfs was constant. The Vindexian Nation was created by a dwarf-elf named Gorock in order to keep peace between nations, however Gorock needed a military to protect his city and keep peace between the nations, he created a military of elite soldiers and created ingenious tactics of war. Gorock brought together the nations to discuss the wars and call for peace. When the leaders of the Nations came to the capital of the Vindexians, Gorock was denied his call for peace. However, Gorock did not want to be denied. Gorock called his Vindexian soldiers to assemble on the battle between the nations at war. The Three Nations were stunned at the power of the Vindexian Military. However, the Elves, the Dwarfs and the Orcs were not going to lose to a mere peacekeeper; the Three Nations each sent a wave at the Vindexian army. The Vindexians killed the wave of soldiers as if it was nothing. Speechless, the Three Nations surrendered to Vindexian Nation and submitted to peace. After the surrender of the Three Nations, the Vindexian Nation called forward the diplomats of the all the nations to the capital of the Vindexians, Vindex. The Nations discussed political issues, problems and disputes. These meetings continued each month for the next 200 hundred years. However, the Vindexian Nation fell when their great leader Gorock died and he was entombed in a great shrine and the city is now in ruins. Concerning this once great Nation, records were found describing its People, Government and Military. Vindexian Government Vindexian Authority All Members of the Vindexian Military can rise through the ranks of the Military. Protector-The Leader of the Vindexian Nation ^ Guardian/Bureaucrat-Leaders and Diplomats of the Vindexian Nation ^ Ambassador-Ambassadors to The Separate Nations, they report to the Guardians ^ Lord-A Military Leader of the Vindexian Nation; leads a Battalion of Vindexian Templars ^ Templar-A standard soldier of the Vindexian Military, Vindexian Templars can assume many positions Vindexian Electing and Appointing System Elections The only time the electing system is used is for electing a guardian or a protector. A guardian can be elected only when there is a position is available or needed. A Protector can be elected when the previous Protector is either impeached, gives up his position or suffers an eternal death. Bureaucrats cannot vote. Voting Uses a System of Battalion and Legion Voting consists of either a yes or no vote. The vote must have 65% in favor of the candidate for the candidate to become a Guardian. The Candidate must be the rank of Lord or Ambassador in order to run for the Guardian position. In order to run for the protector position the Candidate must be a Guardian. Multiple candidates may run for each position, however if there is only one position available the candidates must have 65% votes in their favor and the candidate with the higher percentage of favored votes wins. If a tie is between any of the candidates the Protector, then and only then can choose whom to elect. If the protector is deceased then a bureaucrat is chosen to cast a deciding vote. This is the only time that a Bureaucrat may vote. The System of Battalion and Legion voting performs by each Templar can cast a vote, these votes go to the Lord of each Battalion of Templars, The Lord casts either a Yes vote or a No vote determined by what the majority of the Templar votes in their Battalion. The Lords then cast their votes to their Legion Guardian, The Legion Guardians then cast either a Yes or No vote determined by the majority of Lord votes in their Region. The Ambassadors also may vote either Yes or No. All of the votes from the Guardians and the Ambassadors are tallied and if 65% of the votes are in favor of the candidate, the candidate becomes a guardian. This same process also occurs in Protector elections. All Members of the Vindexian Nation from the rank of Lord to Protector can be impeached. Appointing The only political figures that can be appointed are the Bureaucrats. The Protector can choose and citizen and appoint them to a position, the appointed citizen can either decline or accept. Conference of The Guardians Every week all the Guardians and Bureaucrats must meet and discuss issues and Issues and problems within the Vindexian nation and the state of other Nations. Conference of Nations If possible, each month Vindexian Society must organize meetings where all leaders of the Nations attend, and discuss issues and problems between nations. For transportation, Vindexian Ambassadors will Escort the leaders of the nations from the city where the Leaders are living to Vindex. Vindexian Military Battalion and Legion Organization A Lord controls a Battalion. A Battalion consists of 20 Templars. A Guardian controls a Legion. A Legion Consists of 3 Battalions. A Guardian also must attend the Conference of the Guardians each week and the Conference of Nations each month. An Ambassador can assume control of a Lord and his Battalion only in the time of a war and a crisis. Every week an Ambassador must make a status report on the city where their Vindexian Embassy is being kept. A Bureaucrat can never control and part of the military. A Protector controls all Legions Battalions Lords and Guardians. The Protector must attend the Conference of the Guardians each week and the Conference of Nations each month. Ranking Any Member of the Vindexian Military can Rank. To become a Lord a Templar must be chosen by a Lord, Ambassador, Guardian or Protector to become a Lord, the Templar can either accept or decline. If the Templar accepts The Guardians can then cast their vote on whether there is a need for another Lord or if Templar is fit to become a Lord or not. This vote does not need to go through the election process. If the majority of Guardians vote for the Templar to become a Lord, the Templar then becomes a Lord. For a Lord to become an Ambassador, the Lord must approach his Guardian and ask to become an ambassador. If the Guardian thinks there is a need for another Ambassador and if the Lord is fit to become an Ambassador, the Guardian can bring the issue to the other Guardians and vote on whether the Lord should become an Ambassador. If the majority of the Guardians vote for the Lord to become an Ambassador, the Lord becomes an Ambassador. Vindexian People The Vindexian Nation consists of all the races- Orc, Elf, Human and Dwarf. However a Pure Vindexian’s race is not truly known. A Pure Vindexian is thought to be a mix of an Elf and a Dwarf. However the creator of the Nation, Gorock is said to be a Dwarf-Elf the legend is not entirely true. A Pure Vindexian has a slightly tanned skin, broad shoulders, rock hard muscles, the strength of an ox, stone-cold emotions and stands a bit shorter than an average elf. *You wish you could read more, but the scroll ends* ((Guys in order for this nation to come true I am going to need a lot of Minas, 2 million to be exact. I am currently trying to make a lot of Minas by killing evil mobs, I may start making homes and selling them, but I really really really need your help. As you can see I have already written up everything that needs to be written in order to create a Nation. Basically what I am saying is I NEED DONATIONS!!!!!!
