There is no need for the poor to beg or receive charity, near Oren there is The Hill and underneath The Cave, where any may live for free if they wish to. They both provide all things people need, completely free of any cost.

Lykos, Where is that again? Not because I want to destroy it so another certain Cave can gather the creatures of course, i just wish to know out of... friendship... Or something. Also, Boy, search around for The Cave, it has a few vacancies that they will probably give you one for free. They could provide you with free food and a home of your own, even attached to a monster hunting paradise. No strings attached.

Oren Guard, how people treat them

(( ^ This, this right here, I would like this. But if your not doing this, then at least go completely the opposite direction with insane amount of pre-checks i the guard training, to only allow the best in. Its Oren, its pretty important and its guards should be good Rpers, one way or another.)) -
Throdo 'pparently gave it to his new gal he met like a day ago .

Can a Umie kill him for the reward? Cause ah could do it if I get anything out of it.

((Isn't he posting his app wrong anyway?))

Sense my room was stolen from me, Luke has given me a bed in the throne room for the time being.

^ Secretly evaluated, not knowing when they're being watched. Maybe some mock criminals doing small crimes that the guards are set up to notice, as a final test to become a guard. Example: Felix tells his trusted man to wear a hooded disguise and some way to end up meeting the recruit and get noticed. When the recruit brings him in, Felix would be waiting in the jail to tell him the truth and get the review of the guards actions from his trusted mock criminal. -
(( First off Kido, you know where you can farm for free anytime you want. Farms in houses decreases the amount of trade and makes big farms pointless, I like this law.))
-
From what I know The Thervings are supplied by some elf's farm, and I supplied them before that. They need wheat for the bread they sell and then they just make the ale when people want it. Personally I think the economy is messed up because killing a spider can get you a diamond and killing a single pigman covers the cost of food for the next few (RL) days.

Rangers go to Whisper Isles and stay there until further notice.
Valgt replied to Beneh's topic in Aegis Roleplay Archive
So its also apparently our duty to protect Alras as well? They gave up their place in Oren when they decided they would not abide by its King and as such they should be left to deal with their own mess. This could very well lead to a Orc versus Human war because The Whispering Order decided it would try to kill some Orcs for no good reason. The aggression started with the Whispering Order, and if we help them now they'll only stab us in the back during the war with the orcs that would spring up. -

I see no point in this. The Whispering Order is gathering an army to commit treason and has attacked the Orcs on multiple occasions. Any aggression the Orcs are showing them is totally their fault and I say we just burn the city to the ground immediately instead of waiting for the Orcs to do it. -

(( If we wanted realistic RP the trials with judges WOULD be corrupt and so would the guard if we're going off the medieval age. Guards would be running around beating poor people senseless for almost no reason. In truth I would PREFER the guards and law system to be corrupt then to just sit there and take abuse like this.)) -
He was a good man and a great Innkeeper, it is unfortunate I will not be able to make it to his funeral. (( Also, Gio's name is "Racingbrother" or something like that. ))

From what I've seen you guards don't COMMAND respect, if people shout things about shout things about power or bag on the prison doors you just tell them to leave and warn them like a billion times that you will arrest them. You've already warned them once, either through signs or common knowledge long before they do that stuff so if they back talk you, just slap some cuffs on them and arrest them. If they fight back then they're defying Oren law and are basically dead meat. If you want some respect don't just ask for it, grow a spine and take it.
