These pains and paranoia is still getting to me very badly. I broke a glass in my hand today when my hand seized up, showering glass everywhere and cutting my hand. It is bandaged now, but it only worsens the pain. These damn anti depressants do little against stuff like this. I'm glad I cancelled that event yesterday seeing how now the stress has gotten to me even more that before hand.
