"EARENDUR! What are you doing? We wanted peace between you and the valah and bortu! Now you are giving them help on how to continue fighting? A peaceful negotiation is needed, not encouragement for more fighting! You've written them a war plan?!"

He shakes his head going to write his own letters.

Earendur take his bimonthly Archdruid yelling and calmly replies: "This is the point they are now being encouraged to fight rather than mindless raiding, their careless actions can no longer hide in the shadows and maybe in the light they may see the error of there ways."

Earendur posts one last notice on the board.

"I am granting dual guardianship to Galanthil Maehrindor and Yulnii Elibar'acal effective Yulnii's 50th birthday. However giver the fact that Yulnii's 50 birthday is in a few eleven days from now I will allow Brelyna to start move in with them immediately if she wishes to do so. This decision is also made with the knowledge that these two Mali'aheral will be married soon. If there are other concerns regarding this adoption speak or forever remain div'san."

Earendur then come to his house where Brelyna is playing with her dolls, he opens the door and speaks with her.

"Good news Mali'ii!! I found you a new maln and haelun, their names are Galanthil and Yulnii, and they are happy to take you in! They have many of books with them so you do not need to go to the cold library, and Yulnii is willing to teach her magic with will stop bad poeplefrom using magic," He sighs "I am so happy for, just know I will miss you and that I will care about you always."

Earendur says in a calming voice to her "I have only denied the impure self-cutting lady. What I am doing is asking a few questions on the notice (Forums) Then I interview them in person (IC). As of now I have a young man who has replied to me and, I wait to interview him, Then I have a young couple who is interested in adopting you, I am interested to see how they are in person, and I would prefence them others due to the fact that the are a couple. I only denied the other lady, because it was brought to my knowledge that she was inpure, and when confronted by this she restored to self-cutting, I can not trust your safety to someone who can not look after their own. Okay? It just stressful right now. It will be over soon."

Karin sits in a corner and slits her wrists.

Biting her lower lip, the female views the note for a while.

 

"Er... I don't know... the prospect of magic... while the mali'ii is cute..."

"Mhrhm... I'm putting up a notice. Last chance to debate..."

Dear Earendur Lym'Vallei,

 

Galanthil Maehrindor and Yulnii Elibar'acal have expressed an interest in adopting the child. We are both of pure bloodline and caring enough to take care of a mali'ii such as her. Please contact us with more info.

 

Earendur reads the notice and replys,

"Dear, Mr. Meahridor and Ms. Elibar'acal, I am willing to consider you for this adoption however I have a few questions before we meet,

1) I assume that an Elibar'acal will teach the power of anti-magic the their offspring if not, then what?

2) Given the fact that you are not yet of a common name, It is safe to say you two are yet to be married, if not when? I do not want to give her up to two young lovers, only for then to break up the next day." 

I would be willing to adopt the child, I am a resident of Haelun'or I have a home within as well as a job in  the Elsillumian

You may not send a pure high elf to be adopted outside Haelun'or. Should you attempt to do such, you shall be subject to the full extent of the law of Haelun'or.

Earendur wiats for Kalenz to get done scolding him this time. and reply, "Very well llir, I will not. However, can you recommend a family /in/ Haelun'or who would take her in?"

Brelyna rather stays in the city

Earendur nods to the Mali'ii at her request and simply responds "Soon Mali'ii, soon."

Karin would take her in. :)

Earendur replies to Karin "Great!! I just need to know a few more things about you before I let you adopt her. who is your mate, both of your races, and are you pure of your race. your magic if any, and the location of your home if any.

Earendur is off framing carrots when receives a letter. He reads the note, hold back tears he replies  "Can you be more exact on what 'This Evening' llir?" He send the note off via squirrel and continues to farm carrots as he normally does.

I like this shin for the heavy armor class of Elsillumir but there should be a light armor class as well.
