Here's another update on my drawings:
More unfinished ****-- because I never finish anything...
This is me trying to redraw an older photo I had back in 2015, though I changed up the pose and head angle.
And here's the still unfinished Dom drawing:
1 -
Well, here's another update on some stuff I'm trying to draw:
Almost done with this drawing, just gotta fix up the legs a bit, and balance out the colors a bit.
Here's the next thing I'm working on:
EDIT: Here's an update on my current drawing.
School's started, so I'm either going to be 10x more productive with drawing, or 10x less.

Ayy, thanks for the positive feedback folks!
Forgot to update the thread when I (more-or-less) finished the darkest dungeon affliction thingy.
Here's the finished version of the affliction thing. I did not have the font that was used in game, so I had to settle for a different font.
Here's a current project I'm working on now:
I'm literally having the worst time in my life trying to draw LEGS. They're so frustrating. >:C
How the hECK DO YOU DRAW LEGS???
Feet and shoes too! I hate feet and shoes.
Also, I can't seem to decide on a horn design for ol' Ketas here. Horns are also crazy weird to draw! This is what happens when you have no mileage in anything other than three-fourth views of faces. :C
And as a bonus, here's two unfinished studies I did a couple of weeks ago:
EDIT:
Well, I added in her damn feet. Just gotta clean everything up now. Woop woop.
Another update: Made the face's angle a bit less... unnatural. Made legs seem more fluid and natural. Boots are hard. Adding belts and straps everywhere and hoping for the best:
Here's a happy little close up:

Well, since I haven't updated this thread in a while, here's another WIP.
I was shamelessly copying Darkest Dungeon's style, and tried to make an "affliction" image for a random character, just because I thought it'd be fun.
Y'all should try Darkest Dungeons, it's a fantastic game. Freaking hard, but fantastic! 10/10.

Thank you! ^^
Also, for everyone else that said kind words on the first page that I didn't respond to (because I'm scum), thanks also.

man u gota do commissions or some ****.... people would kill for the realistic style you got
I really really don't like doing commissions, it's way too stressful for something that's supposed to be just a destressor.
I also suck at picturing other people's characters, and often, I can't get them to look like what the other person wants. :C

Tiny update on a few unfinished projects I'm working on! (Added it into my list of drawings)
Finally decided to start using color.
Whoops. I deleted the file while cleaning out my computer, so this is all I have of it left (an old screencap). orz
Here's a current project:
UPDATE (3?): adjusted values again, added details again, and am currently seriously regretting decision in making character hold a lamp (ANOTHER LIGHT SOURCE TO DEAL WITH RIP), struggling a **** ton
UPDATE: adjusted values, added details, changed canvas size
UPDATE: added color
I had others, but they were tragically lost in my carelessness of backing up my files. May they RIP.

~*A Cow's Art Dump*~
_____________________________________________________________________________________
So, here's a dump of my drawings, ranging from late 2011 (when I first joined LotC, and first started drawing more), til now,
20162017201820192020.This year’s been a bit more unproductive, going to be honest. But I think I made improvements in anatomy. Some drawings got squished due to the forum formatting, so just click on ‘em.
Horace (WIP) (Winter 2019)
Domelvia (Winter 2019)
Domelvia (Fall 2019)
Sianne (Summer 2019)
Character Designs (Spring 2019)
Environment Study (Spring 2019)
Working People Study (Spring 2019)
Woman Value Study (Spring 2019)
Clothes Study (Spring 2019)
Anatomy Study (Spring 2019)
And here's the rest of it:
Art Dump:
SpoilerSome studies I do when I'm too tired/ don't have the drive to draw something unique.
SpoilerTyson Fury Study (Late-Fall 2018)
Woman throwing hands
Skin tone study
Dude with armor
Some buff demon dude I guess idk (i just wanted to draw abs ok)
More of my pencil sketches from the past month:
SpoilerHere's a sketch of Rein.
A sketch of El
Here's Horace
And this topless gun guy in a weird pose
Aaaand, Yet Another Portrait Study (7/4/17)
Environmental Tank Study (5/28/17)
Another Portrait Study (5/6/17)
Quick Study 3/21/17
First time using color in like... forever. So I'm kinda proud with how this came out. Very rough and messy, because I tried to be quick (and it was dead week).
Winter/Fall(?) 2015: Random portrait study (Notice the weirdly off saturated colors)
Summer 2015: Stepwells (Once again, notice how saturated things look)
Summer 2015: Big fat fluffy bird (This was a color study, and the colors for this one actually came out pretty good.)
Here's a less nicer and less fat fluffy bird.
SpoilerPortrait Study (1/15/17)
Dom (Late-Fall 2018) (Current WIP)
Dom was probably one of my most drawn characters, since she was one of my most long-lasting characters that I had on LotC. So I have a bunch of drawings of her from the past that now hurt me on a spiritual level. These drawings go from the late 2015s all the way back til mid-2012, cause that's when I first drew her.
SpoilerDom (Mid-Summer 2018)
Dom (Mid-Summer 2018)
Dom (Early-Summer)
Domelvia (2/4/17)
Early Spring 2016: Dom
Spring 2016: Domelvia (My most played character from LotC)
Dom's drawings from newest to oldest:
Late 2015-ish
Really Late 2014s: (Notice the really awkward anatomy)
Late 2014s: (Colors are very weird once again, and there isn't a lot of difference between the value of these colors)
Fall 2014 (Notice my COMPLETE disregard of anatomy):
Early 2014s??? Late 2013s? (Facial proportions are off. Bug eyed, drooping nose, and tiny as hell mouth.)
2013?
Really late 2012(?), early 2013(?) (She looks like she's ready to kill someone.)
December-ish 2012
Late 2012
2012 (I was a wannaweeb (wannabe weeb), so I tried to draw anime. Apparently, I wasn't very good at drawing anime (And I'm still no good at anime! :C).)
mid-2012 (I had just gotten a tablet. First time trying to draw Dom. It... it did not come out very well)
Riverboat Dark Elf Woman (Winter 2018)
Close up to face and B/W values:
SpoilerElrich’s Office (Mid-Fall 2018)
Ketas (2/25/17)
Probably my second most drawn character, as she was a character from D&D. Here's drawings of her from the mid-2015s til 2017.
SpoilerKetas & Pictal WIP (6/3/17)
Early Winter 2016: Ketas
Late late...? Summer 2016: Ketas
Summer 2016 (In progress): Affliction (Ketas)
Spring 2015: Ketas (One of the first times I was satisfied with the anatomy of a character I drew, though the armor design is unfinished)
Fall 2015 (Anatomy is hard. :c)
Mid-2015 (color was also hard :c)
Late Summer 2015
Mid Summer 2015 (First drawing of Ketas, as far as I remember)
Rein (3/12/17)
Summer 2016 (In progress): Rahj
Summer 2016: Sianne
SpoilerLate Winter 2016: Sianne
Spring 2016: Stass (really need to get better at drawing facial hair)
A recent character. No old drawings of him.
Winter 2015: Max
A drawing of my dog that passed away. Drew this for my mom and my aunt.
El (Late-Summer 2018)
And a video process of this one:
SpoilerSpoilerEarly 2016: El
Literally the most pain-in-the-ass character I've been trying to draw. Still haven't had a very successful drawing of her.
Here's the many failed attempts of my drawings of her from the late 2015 to early 2016.
Early 2016 (Strange Facial proportions, weird colors, and looks like a drug addict.)
Early 2016 (Anatomy is impossible)
Late 2015
Late 2015 (LITERALLY A POTATO FACE)
Late 2015 (First drawing of El)
And, here's the first drawing I've ever done with my tablet, that I bought late-2011. (I photoscanned a drawing of a cave, and just painted over it digitally.)
And, the first drawing I ever did of any character I had in LotC in pencil.
Fall 2011:
So there you have it. Just a little less than
fivesixseven years worth of art, though there's quite a few drawings missing from this list.18 -
This is the only thing I got to sketch on the last day ;u;
A rough ass character thingy
1 -
Well ****. I have nothing to post today (blame my ridiculous amounts of essays), but I drew this during the beginning of October, so I think it still counts!
3 -
This isn't exactly ink, but I have an Intro to Education midterm tomorrow that I really don't want to study for.
So I drew.
I usually don't draw without a face as a reference, so this one came out anatomically weird, not to mention, the lighting's a mess. Oh well. A for effort, and probably a C- on my Intro to Education midterm.

I don't usually do traditional art, nor do I use ink... nor am I particular good with drawing clothing, but I have a Psych essay due next Tuesday and I really don't want to do it.
So I drew instead.

Portraits, books, letters -- really, anything inside a house tells a story. If a person were to dig through enough stuff, they might find themselves unconsciously building a biography. Such as the fact that this is a family of three; a dad with two twin daughters. No mother. Or at the very least, from what you can tell from the family portraits. Then, there are the textbooks. World History, Algebra II, and Chemistry. Highschool books. A sketchbook, a dusty guitar, leftover Chinese takeout, food coupons, an empty canister of pills for high cholesterol -- After a while, it’s almost as though you know the family personally… which, when it comes to stealing, really doesn’t help with the guilt.
Scott lets out a sigh, beginning to carefully remove his two black gloves off from his hands. After completely rummaging through the master bedroom, the two spare bedrooms, kitchen, living room and even bathroom, he had found what he was looking for. A small metal safe. He wriggles his fingers around a bit, and begins to reach out before hesitating. No one was exactly well off within this area. He had taken a peek at the unfinished bills on the table. They were getting by, but barely. Chances are, this family needs what’s inside the safe. He groans, cursing at his habit of poking around at other people’s business. It would had been easier if he had known nothing at all about this family.
However… gangs have already begun raiding homes. It wouldn’t be long until they reached this apartment complex. Whatever’s inside this safe isn't quite safe anymore. It would be stolen anyways. At least, that was what he told himself. There was no time to be feeling guilty. It wouldn’t be long until a group of thugs raided the place, and Scott really did not want to be stuck inside with them while that happened. Anyways, he had stayed behind in this damned city for the sole purpose of getting some much needed cash, and he was not going to let that effort go to waste.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, there were gunshots. Not something that was particularly new when it comes to the current state of Gotham, but it wasn’t just two or three, there were shots being fired in succession. They sounded extremely close by, and with a frown, he turns towards the window. Maybe it was a gunfight between two gangs or something...
Then, a red flare. Right out of a broken window from a building that was across the street. Scott exhales sharply, moving away from the window, huffing, "Well, that explains the "Where" of the five Ws, at least. Now I just need to answer, When, Who, What, and Whether or not I am stupid enough to intervene..."
Gunshots were usually bad news if they were coming from three blocks away, but, across the street?... He begins to run his options through his mind -- he could hold out in here until whatever was happening outside ends… or he could make a break for it now. He turns his attention back to the safe with a small frown. Either way, he had to get into the safe, there’s no reason not to, it would take only a few seconds after all--
He grimaces, the gunshots still ringing through the air. He was starting to feel panicky. Staying inside seemed like the logical thing to do, but at the same time... the building was awfully close. What if there were explosives or something? Perhaps the best option would be to ditch the safe and make a break for it. He slides his gloves back on, trying his best to block out the sounds of gunfire. He didn't want to deal with a guilty conscious anyways. Perhaps it would be best if he left the safe as it is.

Basically I'm going to start off the RP at the beginning of the Arkham Knight plot. I know this isn't the main universe, but it's a dark story arc for Gotham I really do enjoy, and that's the direction I'd like to take this.
Urh... Would it be an issue if I don't know any of the Arkham Knight plot/universe?

Sweet :') Are there any plans at the moment that'll help bring our characters together for roleplay? It seems we all followed your lead and based ourselves in Gotham for convenience.
Yeah, this will probably be a good idea. An objective before we start the FRP will definitely help get things going, and probably give each of our characters some sort of purpose.
EDIT: And oh my. We hardly have any support-type characters. This is going to be interesting. :o

Character Name: Scott O’Neil
Identity: None
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Powers (Max 3):- Everything he touches with his bare hands is disassembled into their smaller parts.
- He can roll his tongue.
- An ability to get into VERY undesirable positions.
Weaknesses:
- He can’t take apart LIVING BEINGS.
- Limited control over how much is disassembled when in a state of panic. If he was trying to disassemble the hinges off a door, he may only unscrew a single screw with his power, or accidentally disassemble the entire building and kill himself in the process.
- A fear of using his own power, afraid that he might injure himself or others. He HAS to wear gloves constantly in order to not be taking apart everything he touches, and even while wearing gloves, he still avoids touching things..
- He is not very skilled in rolling his tongue.
- He is very much “allergic” to bullets, being split in half, being burnt, being incinerated, maimed, beaten to a pulp, trauma, and just death in general.
- He’s also allergic to cats.
Origin: Gotham
Personality Traits: He’s messy, panicky, and talks way too much, but he has a good eye for detail, and his unstructured lifestyle tends to make him quick on his feet. He hides his power from the public, and desperately tries to seem normal.
Residence: Gotham
Moral Alignment (Chaotic Good, Lawful Neutral, etc): Chaotic Neutral (Leaning a bit to True Neutral)
Profession (Vigilante, Gang, etc): Petty thief. Uses his power to disassemble locks (and sometimes the entire door by accident).
Groups/Affiliations: None
Equipment: Two gloves.
Suit/Outfit: None, unless you count a simple ski-mask he wears when breaking into homes.
Brief History (Optional): N/A (I'll add bits of it when I actually introduce him as a character in the FRP)
Art (Optional): N/A will probably find one soon.0 -

How'd you do that? I'm interested in learning how this sorcery works.
I am also extremely curious how you managed to do this with google drive! I had a classmate who did the same thing for a project once.

I don't believe those are giant insects. Perhaps you should look at the map from a different angle...
Looks to me like a Kraken is our new Antag.
Wait whaa. How did you tilt the map?

Tastes like chicken. Yum-ish.

Yuck. God, that'd be terrible by itself. Ugh, gross.

Maev 's eyes flitter through the notices on the board, before they stop on a post titled "Eastin Dia Trading Co.". She leans forward to get a better look at the parchment, her eyebrows furrowing. She remains where she is for quite a moment, a frown on her face, before finally, with a slight sense of hesitation, she begins to fill out the application form. Her handwriting is neat and firm, and each sentence seems to have been carefully written out. After filling out the form completely, she double-checks what she has written, before posting it neatly next to the notice. She steps away from the board, and seeming satisfied, heads off.
Application:
MC Name - cowsgopoo
Character Name - Maev Sira'yuln
Profession - Smithing, Mining, Stonemasonry
Profession Level - Fair, Proficient, Adequate
Combat Or Magic Training - None. Willing to be trained, if need to be, however.

Thank you!
I'm afraid I don't take requests though. I'm a bit selfish, and drawing's just sort of a me time thing. On top of college, worrying about drawing for others and finishing commissions just kinda bogs me down.
So in honor of my fifth birthday (I'm 5 years old in LotC!!!)... I present to you -- the same sorta stuff I always update this thread with.
So I finished the portrait drawing of Ketas (finally).
And also... I attempted a few environments... which are still WIP:
And then I drew whoever this is:
And drew "quick" character templates to compare two people's heights and builds:
Also... After like three ******* years, I finally decided to post some of my drawings on deviantart and tumblr.
Hit me up folks! I'm "cowwsgomoo" on both websites.
