We never said it isnt allowed.
This thread speaks of solely staff as leaders, which I frankly would dislike.

I've done more than enough assaults on mog back in the days, everytime being voided for yet another reason.

Not to speak about server bans and power exploits back then. Silencing me was a favorite too, to him. Hence why the forum bans, so nope thank you. ^_^

(( I respect staff, trully I do. It is an amazing job and it doesnt pay off nearly enough.

I know not all act in the same ways,  but power brings ignorance and arrogance, it is human nature.

Finding a book of iblees, in a cellar isn't fun either.

People will never respect a staff leader as much since they are staff, they will always be doubtfull about how everything got to where it was.

I myself carry more respect for players that work themselves up all the way.

Though this is fully my own opinion and vision on this.

Well its good to see mind magic is still around.  As one of the first users of this magic it was my favorite as I got more and more involved with it.  Suggestions for any wanting to use this magic.  Its not a combative magic, and is more for one on one role play.

It is useful in many situations to develop characters and is extremely fun if used correctly.  One big thing to remember though is since its using /tells/ a lot during the rp that if others are around you to make sure you emote every so often something 'outside' you that is seen by others.  Also for anyone new that you use the magic on.. expect to take awhile and explain how it works.

if I were you and you would like to do forum roleplay, I dont think hereis a good place.
There are far better places to do forum roleplay than on LoTC.

Now not that LoTC is bad, since ofcourse everything is inside of minecraft and there it is great.
But I dont think, so to speak, that you will find a great community for forum roleplay on here.
People tend to not go all too well with that or not take it serious enough ?

(( Not taking the politic rp in account, since that is great on here! ))

But I think if you google for a few moments I think you will find a great forum roleplaying place.

I like those maps, yet people misuse them.

I will write this out really easily.

People in lotc generally can roleplay.
Yet most dont roleplay the weaknesses well.
AKA: Fear / Exhaustion / etc

Meaning if you dont kill them they wont fear for their life, they will go around yelling names, etc.
Hence why you kill them.

I always kill my victim simply because I cannot be sure that I wont have an immature little child as opposer.
Meaning that I would get fully murdered and slaughtered cus of powergaming emotion.

It's the simple way it is.
People dont rp emotions, I have no mercy. <3

I rply kill them. If they deliver good roleplay they can simply SS to spawn, I dont really give a - input bad word - about that.
If they deliver a waste of my time and effort, I kill them.

Shift + click the persona you want to "permakill" in your menu, the slot becomes empty. Replace that slot with the new character you want to play, create a new persona in the now empty slot. When you are done with your new persona, shift + click it and replace it with your old one. It's basically the same as /removecard and /createcard.

How do I open that menu ?

You know you can always delete a persona, use that empty slot, and just re-add the old persona when you're done with the replacement? You still have unlimited character cards, the ones in your menu are basically just quick-swap.

 

 

 

Are 10 year old's not children? Also, if it means that much to you, set your age to 10 and pretend you're like 6 or something. Nobody's going to ban report you just because you act 4 years younger than your technical age...

The four minutes wait time on changing your name.

I more than often play several characters at once, swapping between two to four names, in a few minutes.
To bring good and proper roleplay when for example there would be no waitress.

This gets very had though considering I have to wait four minutes before I can change my name again.

Not so long ago I saw someone getting pushed against a stall.
I thought I will help him a hand and be a friendly guy today, since the attacker ( The one that pushed ) was going to slid the one being pushed' throat.

Upon which I forced them easily out of eachother and saved the victim.
Upon which he suddenly said oocly " Get ready for PvP "

Even though I had saved him rply from a slid throat.
I slowly moved by and told the attacker just to leave since I had thrown him against a tree.

It ended up involving a GM and several friends.
And a waste of my time, for most.

Because of this PvP Default.


I am sorry but I am simply saddend and would love to know who ever had the idea to create a PvP Default rule on an rp rule.

Since I would love to hear your way of thinking behind..

In a silent manner he would slowly rise from the crowd, walking forth as his blood red robe moved softly in the cold Vaer' breeze. Two massive books hung on his back, easily the weight of a small child, as one of them spoke some random words, even swearing every now and then.

His long talon would roam over the dark emberen staff on his back, accurately following the carved runes a soft everlasting hissing coming from it. A soft clinging would be heard behind him as he would move forth towards Daniel, dragging a chained body along with him, clearly tortured and mutiliated. (( No Gore Q_Q ))

With a gentle gesture he would turn towards the people, gazing at them silently.

Taking a hold of the long cold iron spiked chains, pulling the old mutiliated female body up towards him as he would slowly lay it down next to Rosso.

" I could not get hold of a man that would look like you, so I went for a beautiful lady that I saw in an Inn, drinking your favourite drink. "

He would speak softly before slowly rising himself from the ground, walking towards the feetend of Rosso as he would lay a small satchel against it. " The two skins.. that I still owed you.. no pay, for once.. "

He would smile softly before softly nodding towards Rosso' burning figure.
