The next island should be below sea level and have a reef surrounding the island that keeps the sea from flooding. We got trapped on the below sea level island and have no means of escaping. We would face the threat of a flood. We do not know if the reefs keep the islands safe or not. Safe from a flood. One that would submerge the island and wipe out the races.

Hello my friends, loved ones, pets, admirers, and the occasional random animal.

I thought it be best to formally reintroduce myself on this forum so you may all see my true glory.

But really it is just so you guys can get to know who I am a little more.

I joined Lord of the craft late spring. Possibly may I believe.

Before this server I spent most of my time on about a thousand different servers, doing every single adventure map I could find, trying to keep myself busy

I had always found delight in minecraft YouTube videos and one day I stumbled upon LOTC videos made by the ascended of Aegis. Since then I have fallen in love with the server and really I play no other. I am blessed to have found the server the server where I belong.

Anyways more about me.

My real name is Andrew and I am 18 years old and I am currently in my first year of college. I have hazel eyes, am 6'2" weighing 135lbs... Oh I am rambling

I suffer from insomnia which is a sleeping disorder so I tend to play minecraft when I can't sleep. Along with that I have a lot of trouble maintaining my body weight and have to be careful whilst sick that I don't drop too low. (I am beginning a weight lifting regimen and hopefully be putting on 25lbs)

I am studying to get my bachelor's in fine arts in acting.

I also enjoy dancing, singing, drawing, and ultimate frisbee.

My plans for my future are to either be on broadway or be on tv. Either way I am moving to New York in four years.

My short term plans are to acquire an agent and begin getting modeling gigs to start paying for college and a possible car. Hopefully you will all see me on Tv one day ^^

Now about my character and stuff

I have played the same character since I joined.

His name is Iatrilemar Elervathar

Iatrilemar roughly translates to Dancer of honor or something of the sort.

He is a high elf who just recently starte reintegrating into the Mali'aheral so it has been interesting for him to begin adapting to the culture. I started playing him when he was 15. (He had been a slave to the undead for about a decade.)

He also served in the Malinor guard for 5 or so decades. Now he is around 86 and unsure of what he wants besides his need to travel.

I will also be playing a dryad in 3.0

As well as other minor characters.

I am currently both a builder and actor for the Event Team, though most of my time in the team goes towards building things in 3.0 ^^

One of the things that I have been developing in the team are the events regarding Astria the witch and her coven so it should be interesting to see how it all starts to unfold.

My plans for LOTC are unsure regarding my character but I know at some point I would like to become a GM or some sort of minor GM that helps govern the Event team.

Other than that I just like spending my time role playing ^^

You might see me as my main character Iatrilemar or maybe one of the hundred event characters that I am privileged to play. Which is one of the coolest things about acting on the Event team. You get to create dozens dynamic characters and play them. It's very rewarding.

((It's funny because since the beginning my character Iatrilemar has lived with wood elves and even an Orc for the first 15 years of his life, yet without living in the silver city or even OCC reading into it until a couple weeks ago he has steadily been growing into the high Elven ideals. Especially the one about him becoming more stoic as e reaches his tenth decade))

The life of a Halfling

I sat on a mountain above the clouds.

Watched over the world so high.

A vantage challenged by none.

But then I realized

It was no mountain

But a hill.

Oh the life of a halfling where hills are mountains and pebbles are hills.

Oh the life of a halfling keeps at peace.

I paddled down the roaring river!

Fighting the current back.

Heading towards the falls of water.

But then it came to me.

I'm a halfling.

This is no river.

This is a stream, 2 feet wide.

Oh the life of a halfling where streams are the mightiest rivers and a drop of rain could drown a man.

Oh the life of a halfling beware the world!

I sat at my table and looked at the 10 foot stack of food.

How could one such as I attempt to conquer it?

But then I realized

It was a single cookie.

Oh! The life of a halfling. Everything is oversized.

While we are undersized.

Hills, streams, cookies, Orcs! Oh! The life of a halfling.

How I wish I could reach the top shelf.

But I guess it doesn't matter.

Since I have no arms.

*proceeds to go march in front of every GM's house.*

The only reason I have been busy is because of the dev server.

It has been no easier to create and go through with an event (even mini-events) than it would be to try to do it with my hands tied behind my back.

An Event team member had been out in a position of power much like a GM. There should be no less trust in a player who is appointed to either position. Especially when they are working as hard as they can even without the assistance of commands.

This command would allow us to become less of a burden on GM's and more self-reliant.

I know it's a long shot, but maybe have it so builder have access to creative? Let's face it, countless hours have been wasted waiting for someone to put a builder in creative so they can build something that takes 15 minutes in creative mode.

Even if creative access wasn't available this command would surely boost the activity level of the acting team ten fold.

But I wants da nether brick slab NOW :(

I really like the last part where you said people will have to wait until land become available.

Well I don't know if it matters but I played a Kha Cub in the early parts of summer.

Vaca was never killed off so I guess you'd consider him inactive.

It sounds like it went quite well considering it was the biggest event we have had all year.
