That is Roblox.... My little brother plays it, its basically a game filled with different maps and game modes, made by other people. It is a free game though...
When I was like 12, I joined a group of Terrorists. I still remember raiding the top group (RAT) and holding down their most popular base for hours. That game is what got me into role-playing :D
