It was a cold day a puzzled Danny Sanderson would stand beside the humble soldiers on the walls he expected a fight of the ages, the ones he has never experienced. He stood by many of his old friends whom he loved very much. He readied his sword and shield surviving many of the explosive hits on the castle of Barrowyck he screamed in fear of the catastrophe! 

He saw men fly off the wall by the explosion he ran down to the court yard assembled with the many other men. Then the north western corner of the castle had a breach, attempting to charge the men of Savoy fell in the holes where Danny laughed at them heartedly for their stupidity. The Adrian men yelled, "SIEGE TOWER COMING THROUGH" Danny was too craven to go to the top. As he heard a large thud of the siege tower entering the castle he then heard endless screaming of men. He went to step back at them but then he felt a sword lunged through his back, the murderer turned his face to Danny, and Danny saw the face of an ugly man,

It was Arstall Bedell he knew, that has stabbed him and made him meet his maker. The degenerate left Danny to lie down, he looked up at the skies, remembering the days of old, saying goodbye to this world, thus ended the life of Danny Sanderson.

As he strolls through his garden he places his hand through the money roses in the garden, he sighs a sigh of relief and promptly sits down on the marble bench surrounded by the flowers of the garden. He looks up to the clear blue skies and smiles, he then shuts his eyes.

As he returns his gardener returns to see him dead, no stab, no burn, no sign of a wound but a mysterious death, death by misadventure.

So the life of Branaford Fairheart has ended. He died gripping a stone sword of yore.

Stands up from his seat looking to the other members of the council, he promptly hands his note to the monk as he sits down he remarks to the attendants, "I must voice my support for young Theodosius. He has shown great promise over his short time as a member of our fine and respectable clergy, his quick promotion to our Synod must entail some promise to you all does it not? I have seen much dedication from him for a young man such as himself and I shall like to see how far he can reach in his abilities." 

Branaford arrives by foot to the council gripping his cane nodding to the members of the Synod.

Well I am quite disappointed I see no response to my allegations, so I assume I was correct. 

Tythus I would actually love a response because I always thought you were abit more reasonable sometimes not believing the myth of the steam games etc, but seriously thousands of dollars have been donated to you specifically and none of it has yet to be seen to be put in to use, making me wonder why stable monthly income has become an issue all the sudden. It makes me think you have been using donations for your own financial interests and not for the server which is why the urge for a stable income is now visible. 

And if you don't respond then I guess we can all assume the myth is true. 

 

Oh, I thought I should mention the thoughts mainly behind this change specifically and why we decided to introduce this as people have been asking exactly why we added these.

 

1. To hopefully make our month to month income a bit less unpredictable we have had some major swings in donations from time to time. So for much the same reason we have adverts on the forums we wanted these to help make the swings less extreme.
2. To have items that are at a lower price that are desirable by the community that we can give away in competitions or whatever more freely than VIP.
3. To have sales involving these items attached to VIP such as a Xmas sale where we might give a free XP reset with every VIP purchase or w/e.

 

I don't see how doing this can make income more predictable it is as if you are assuming that the many to actually buy all these stuff actually agreeing with us that the goal is simply to make more money? So your argument is that making this more to pay to win can make the monthly income more predictable? I don't quite see the logic in this. Your basically attracting the wrong kind of mentality/crowd for the wrong server by adding more perks that are slightly modified to make more money that may or may not stabilize the income on the server? I think this is wholly unnecessary I doubt that the unpredictable amount of monthly income is your main concern and it really shouldn't be if it is. 

And I also doubt that you ran out of money and if you did then what can I say but you are bad at the job, people donated thousands to the server from what ik and they always complain that they never see it being put to use, if you can't manage the money don't make us suffer more by really attracting and creating the wrong environment for the server. 

This fixes nothing you are still by definition borderline pay to win, you are really missing the point of this, I don't understand how you who  holds the money can make such a terrible decision, its really a shocker to me that people still donate considering all these bad decisions and what has been used with their money so far lol. 

I think that as a student well versed in these techniques I really think your really going about the donation management/income all wrong. You are basically business focused trying to endorse a higher percent of donation, by adding in perks that make it slightly like a pay to win thing, that works very well in factions, but not on an rp server. I think that you need to be business focused yes but in a sense of proper advertising like Chuck said with Availer and Vaq getting youtubers to recommend the server, getting the LOTC name out there in order to increase the player population rather than trying to take their money. 

And to be frank, I think this is a testament to the incapability of LOTC's business management, this is obviously a bad decision for the wrong crowd, for the wrong server, they have the money and they just want more when none of the money seems to be put in to use. You are trying to take money from people when they are skeptical as it is that their money isn't even being put in to use? Really? This isn't EA or Ubisoft you don't need to be so ruthless about your business management and act so heartless lol. 

Edit: One more thing, I endorse every player to not pay a penny to this faulty management team who shall waste your money with no worth, I am afraid to say if you pay a cent for any of these you are basically letting this grow in to a 100% pay to win server where irl money actually affects your rp.
