Bael is bloody confused on how Uzgul managed to make his way into the council chamber, see him standing in a dark corner and start shouting at him.

Watching from a dark corner of the council chamber, Bael watches the proceedings with disgust. "Suh, 'et seems as if ah willnae be runnin' fer governmen' ev'r. He spits a huge glob of phlegm on the ground as he utters his next words. "Full bluud'd dworf meh feckin' arse." He walks away, shrouded in shadows, shaking his head.
