Near a small Elven settlement. His father was the carpenter of the town. His mother was just a home wife. At the age of 10 James took teaching lessons from not a qualified mentor but more of a Intelligent person. At 13 James' family didn't have enough money to pay for the Mentor anymore. James missed him but didn't care much for it. At 15 James learned the basics of Sword Fighting, he wasn't very keen on learning how to sword fight but his father thought everyone should know how to. James taught himself in private how to shoot arrows. At 17 James snuck to the Elven camp and consulted a Elf on teaching him how to shoot. Of course the elf said no but that didn't stop James. James went back home distressed but still hopefull. His dad continued to give him lessons on sword fights. At 21 James left to join the Imperial Guard. He started off as a Auxiliary. At 23 on a mission to attack a small Orc camp they were ambushed by a larger horde. James and his 4 partners were surrounded. They were taken in as prisoners. At 25 only James and 1 other partner were still alive. They came back and were promoted to a Legonnaire. James continued to fight untill 27. James left because war became to much for him. He decided to go around and find money for his family. Also he wanted to help in a non-violence way. James left to go to Arethor. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response?[/i][/color] I walk up to the rugged dwarf and ask sadly, "My poor dwarf, I am sorry to see you so bad! What do you sell so I can gift you with my Minas?" The dwarf looks up with hope, "I sell only the greatest fruit in all of Arethor. Would you spare me your Minas and buy some?" "Of course I would!" I reply gladly and buy some handing over 5 minas. "Thank you Kind sir and may your traveling in Arethor be great!" The dwarf shouts of the crowds. "Your welcome and I hope it will be!" I shout back not thinking he could hear me. I then continue on my way down the road. [i][color="#FF8C00"]You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do?[/color][/i] I do not want to get involved with violence so I walk up to the Orc. The orc shouts at the dwarf angrily about he thieving off some Minas. Then the dwarf denying saying he didn't. "My great sir Orc, why don't you forgive this dwarf?" I ask curiously. "He stole my minas!" The orc shouts angrily. "How much may I ask?" I respond curiously. " 27 Minas!" The orc shouts even louder. The dwarf then interrupts, " No only 16!" The orc shouts back and the arguement starts up again. "Here!" I say, "Take my 30 Minas and put it to good use!" "Thank you sir, but what shall I do to this dwarf?" The orc asks. "Oh, don't worry I can handle him!" I say proudly. "Alright but give him a good beating." The orc says. "Oh I will!" I reply sourly. The orc leaves and I stare at the dwarf. "Leave, keep the Minas. But don't go around thieving anymore." I warn. "Thank you sir, and I wont." The dwarf says and leaves the opposite direction of the Orc. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?:[/color][/i "My kind old sir! Are you alright?" I ask. "Oh no my son, my arm is hurt. Mind getting me a bandage and a stick.." The old man replys. "Okay, sir! Right away I will." I say then leave to find some wood. There is no trees in sight so I search my pack from wood. I have a long walking stick attached to my pack so I hand it over. "Thank you son, now about that bandage?" He says. I bring out some Elven leaves I traded for in Arethor. I wrap them around his arm. " Thank you again, may the Gods bring you peace and prosperity." The Old man says. "Now wait a minute, I know your a Old man but, where did you get all that money?" I ask. "I just retired, I am bringing this home to my family in Arethor. Please don't ask about it." He replys. "Oh alright, be careful out there!" I shout to him and he walks away limping on his walking stick. He has red hair a long red beard and black pupils. His parents had left him in a war shop when he was a kid. The only thing they left him was a War Hammer. He grew up to be very disliked amoung others. No one wanted anything to do with him. The time he hit 30 he joined the Dwarf infanty. He used his hammer to slay foes. At 69 he had a major injury in a encounter with some goblins. He quit the infantry at 70. He had a scar across his Left eye and a scar straight down his chest. Torkin never talked to anyone for about 5 years after that. He wondered around for years with his black cloack. Finally he friended a hobbit named Reun. He and Reun traveled all over Asulon. Reun died 3 years later when Torkin was 75. Reun died from a battle with some orcs. Torkin has been very concealing and secretive since. He growls and smacks me to the ground. I wince and stand up and tackle him. I then repeadetly slam him with my hammer. I spit on his body and say, "Pathetic Orcs, never should've been put on this planet." Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man.
