  1. Name: Aticus Thilln'Maehr ((MCName)): AdmiralWalrus Origins of your birth, and your place of living: I was born in the lands of Asulon, 125 years ago from this date. As a child, we lived in a small Mali'Aheral community. Both of my parents were Mali'Thill, my mother was a scholar and my father an alchemist, and scholar. Due to some problems, I was forced to retreat to the Mali'Ame city, and here I learned what it truly mean to be ne'thill, to be void of knowledge and full of barbarism. When I returned, I discovered that both of my parents were dead, which was a truly difficult thing to take on at first, but as time passed, I got over my childish behavior, as I realised that shedding tears was something ne'thill, and that I must learn to live with hardships, and so I did. Despite my rough childhood, I never gave up my ways, and never gave in to the so called 'temptations' that were offered to me by the ne'thill bortu, uruks, and worst of all, the valah. How can you declare you are Mali'thill?: Like both of my parents, I am Mali'thill. As all of those who are thill, I was taught that we, our race, the Mali'aheral, are the greatest of all races, as we truly are. I am skilled in the alchemy and arcane theory, yet I have yet to learn any magic. I seldom make contact with those who are not mali'aheral, as they are all ne'thill. Not once have i given in to the curse of the bortu, nor do I ever use our blessed language to speak vile words. I am not tempted by 'adventure' and 'curiostiy', as I can get all my answers from the books found in our sacred cihi. Why do you wish to become a citizen of our cihi?: I grow sick of lingering around ne'thill races, seeing them stride the roads and living in their horrid structures of crude stone and wood. I seek enlightement and sanctuary in the cihi of the Mali'Aheral, and refuse to live anywhere else, as I fear i might become ne'thill myself by lingering around ne'thill races. What is your personal vision for our blessed race?: My vision is quite simple of our blessed race: we are the only race that was meant to speak, read, write, or exist in general. I view the other races as imperfections; leftovers from the fantastic creation that was us. They were lucky that we were created so that the little filth and imperfections of us could become them. I crave for that day that we will rule this pane of the void, as we were meant to. What does maehr'sae hiylun'ehya mean to you?: To me it means wisdom, development, and well being. A true word of wisdom it is, as it speaks for all that we Mali'Aheral live for, learning, deveopling, and being well in general. To me, this phrase is the definition of thill, purity. What Elven phrase do you particularly take to heart? Please explain why: Maehr'sae hiylun'ehya, the definition of purity itself. I take this to heart because all Mali'Aheral should follow this phrase to be considered thill. There are many other phrases that I do find wise and well spoken, but the definition of purity must be taken to heart so that oen may become pure. What is the subject of the first book you may submit to the college?: Alchemy, more precisely the description of the four elements in detail. What would be your reaction if you ever saw a human, orc and unknown Mali'aheral travel the Anthos Highway together?: I would make sure that someone so ne'thill never sets foot on our sacred cihi, by identifying him one way or another and proclaiming him ne'thill in front of all the Mali'Aheral I could find. A Mali'Aheral does not mix with the disgusting beloun people that are the Valah, and surely not with the brutes of the tos that are the Uruks. This Mali'Aheral is ne'thill, and shall be treated as such. Other than this i would do nothing more or less, as by talking to this Mali'ne'thill i could risk contaminating myself simply by standing around him and feeling his presence.

Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!: Role-playing: Role playing is acting out a specific character, taking his/her actions upon yourself, and reflecting how he/she would feel. In other terms: acting. Meta-gaming: Meta gaming is when you use information acquired out of character to benefit your in character position, such as knowing the location of a treasure out of character, and going to get it in character, when in truth you character does not know where the treasure is, you do. Power-emoting:Power emoting is the act of unfairly emoting actions that put you in a winning position. An example of this would be "Garry takes his claymore and chops Larry's head off". This is unfair because Garry did not give Larry a chance to counter his strike, or fight back. In-Character Information: Complete the following biography on your character: Full Name: Aticus Moonstrife Current Age: 124 Sub-race (if any): Mali'aheral Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Aticus was born to a family of scholars in the city of Haelun'or of Asulon. Both his mother and father were alchemists and librarians. Aticus was always interested in magic, but his father did not want him to learn it, as he had seen many people get hurt and die using this connection to the void with no care. He urged Aticus to try other things, and even sent him away to the wood elves to learn their crafts, but he was no good. Being a high elf, aticus could not fight, and was better skilled at reading and learning the arcane arts. Aticus was sent back unsuccessful to Haleun'or, only to find himself in an even worse situation. When Aticus returned, he discovered that both his father and mother were dead. He was told that a unknown source had killed them both, and this had crushed him, but not put him down. But there was one little thing he always wanted to be, a mage. He now had set this as his goal in his life, to learn magic and be a well known mage that can cast fire and water for good or evil. Now he roams the realm of Anthos, searching for a purpose, and possibly a teacher to teach him the ways of arcane magic. Having no real home, he wanders around, making a living off whatever he can, sharing his knowledge with others. All of his previous passions have gone, replaced by his love for magic, his only true passion, the light that guides his way out of the miserable darkness that was once his life. Now he has only one thing in mind: To perfect his knowledge of fire evocation and cast like his parents before him. Ambitions for the Future: To learn Arcane magic. Personality: Aticus has become a very grim elf due to the loss of his parents, and does not mingle much with others. He will only talk to those who he thinks are 'pure', the pure races being Mali'aheral, and anyone that has taken up arcane magic. He usually does not mingle with humans, or 'pigspawn' as he calls them, because he thinks them unworthy, and really dispises dwarves and orcs for their imperfections, those being green skin and greed. He would never mingle with women of another race, and hates most that try to swoon him over. What also has fed his hate for the Valah, is the nation of Oren, a nation he hates ever so much for not beleiving in Aeriel, but in the false 'creator', as he thinks. Skills: Herbalism, Arcane theory, some Alchemy Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin): Aticus is a slender, and slightly buff high elf, with a fair unblemished face, and long, pale golden hair that is tied into a ponytail in the back. He wears his father's robes, in respect to him, and carries around a staff with a crystal tip, which belonged to his mother before him. Any other details you wish to share about your character: No Open-Response-Questions Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point. ____ 1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of older elves are mocking a small elven child. How do you react? Answer: Looks at the group, and frowns, as it remind him of his own childhood, and yells out "OI! Stop it, are you that pathetic?". The two wood elves turn to him, and laugh, their toned arms gleaming n the fire light "What would you do, mali'aheral? Zap us with your magic?". They laugh, and Aticus frowns, not being able to do magic. He reaches into his long robes and pulls out a bottle of alchemist's fire, the wood elves frowning at the sight. Aticus speaks with a smirk across his face "You sure know what this is, don't you?" he says, as the two muscular wood elves quieten. He speaks again, his tone cold and sharp this time "Alchemist's fire, it can burn both of you to crisps in seconds. Step away from the malil, and you will not be harmed." The wood elves do as he says, and Aticus looks at the little one, who is now trembling, and says "Run, little one, run". The small elf does as he is told, and Aticus backs away, his potion in hand. 2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do? Answer: Looks the old man over, beginning to walk away, until he notices that he bears a symbol of the mages guild on his cloak. Suddenly, he walks to the man "Valah of the mages, are you hurt?" he asks. The old man look up at him "How do you know i'm of the mages, Mali?" Aticus smiles "Your cloak has their emblem, I have great respect for you." The old man smiles "I did not expect such courtesy from a Mali." Aticus smiles "It is not because you are a Valah, but because you are a mage, which I have great respect for." The old man frowns, and scowls "So if i was not a mage you would have let me as the food of wolves?" he asks with an angry tone. Aticus frowns "Be greateful that I have saved one of you Valah," he says as he helps the old man up, returning his coin purse "And yes, I would have left you as the food of wolves, as I respect your violent and ignorant race not." Aticus walks away, not heeding any of the old Valah's scowls. 3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion involved). Answer: Aticus's gaze is immediately focused on the old arcane magic tomes the fat merchant is selling, and approaches the stand "How much for these tomes?" he asks. The fat merchant replies with his thick voice "One-Thousand minas for the tomes." Aticus gives him a perplexed gaze "These scrolls are falling apart and could crumble to dust in any second now, I'll offer you 200 minas for them, to save them from you untrained Bortu hands."The trader answers in an annoyed tone "Fine, 800, and they'll be yours." Aticus laughs "No one will buy your scrolls but me, 300 at the most." The trader give another counter offer "700 is the least I'll go." Aticus answers "350, and i'll take 'em off you. Think of it Bortu, you wont find another offer better than mine elsewhere." The dwarf, now red, sighs "Fine, take your scrolls". Aticus smiles, handing the fat bag of minas over "Thank you, Bortu, I assure you your trade was not in vain." Aticus walk off, leaving the Bortu to admire his bag of minas.

He was born to his mountain dwarf parents, having the typical reddish hair of a mountain dwarf. As a beardling,he got to see Kal'Karik as it was being built, since his father worked as a architect in Kal'Karik. Bahel and his father had a really close bond together. His father would take him to then unfinished Kal'Karik, in which he would help build. His father taught him about architecture how to build and how to make things look nice. Bahel loved architecture, and used to carve small scale dwarven buildings out of boulders near his house; Bahel even managed to carve a replica of Kal'Karik out of a boulder. Everything was fine up to here, and then it happened. When Bahel was very young, walking around Kal'Karik, he heard what he would never forget for the rest of his life: An ear splitting roar from the cities depths. From then, his life was never the same again. Bahel turned around torwards the source of the sound, only to find a great, winged, black shape flying around the city. The drakes had come for Kal'Karik's riches. Bahel did not know what it was, but he ran from it. He was not the only one to do so, soon a whole crowds of dwarves started running from the menace. The drake swept down onto the crowd, releasing its breath of flame upon the panicked dwarves. Bahel was not affected by the flame, but many others were. Eventually he saw his father and mother in the crowd, and had no time to reunite, for before his very eyes, the black drake released his flame upon the crowd once more, and incinerated his parents before his very eyes. He saw their flesh burn away and their bones turn to black dust, and soon, they were nothing. He was in a state of shock, and his only though: save himself. Years after the Drake incident, after the dwarves returned to Kal'Karik, Bahel did not move back. Too much bad memories haunted his mind. In fact, Bahel lived in isolation after that, not returning to the dwarves until Kralos. Soon after the return to Karik, after the curse was unleashed, Bahel decided that the only way to survive was to rejoin the dwarves, and so he did. He boarded the ship to elysium, and after that, the one to kralos. He returned to his architecture, helping carve out the dwarven homes, and tried to forget his past by returning to his architecture. Carving out buildings out of stone soothed him, and he eventually forgot about his past. No he works in the Kralos hold, helping carve out houses and other things out of stone, living the ale-filled life of a dwarf. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do? Answer: Bahel, being a dwarf, eyes the diamonds with the curse of greed bestowed upon him. He looks at the bridge, knowing that it would never support his weight, and makes up a quick solution. He moves over to a stack of logs, and retrieves two long, and thick logs. He ties three strong logs together, and knocks the logs over so that they reach the other side, and makes a sturdy wood bridge. He slowly makes his way over, nd reaches the diamonds with a wide smile on his face. 2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do? Answer: Bahel eyes the small dwarf crying, and then notices the two shady dwarves coming for him with the dagger at hand. He does not know what to do, as he does not know how to fight too well, and decides to ignore them. As the dwarves come closer, they move towards Bahel, and not closer to the small dwarf. One of them swings his dagger at Bahel, but Bahel dodges it, yelling out "'Elp, dese two 'ave gone Stark!". The dwarves keep on chasing Bahel, but the legion arrives, and siezes the two dwarves, allowing Bahel to get away.. 3. Et is free ale!". Bahel turns around and leaves "Ah nae takin da risk"
