What percent can a player take from a chest without a va? Also whats the percent if they do have a va? Or is it simply 50% for all players? Also same for locked chests, is the lockpicking for va players only? Or for both players?

In-Character Information: Complete the following biography on your character: Full Name: Gareth Frostbain Current Age: 26 Sub-race (if any): None Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Gareth was raised as part a Middle-Class Family in the city of Arethor, although he had been treated as if he was from the slums. He had been raised with his older brother, younger brother, and sister. He never got along very well with his family, his brothers and sister was always put before him. If it was for food, or water, or even if there wasn't much room in the house. He had always hated his parents for being treated differently. During the winter, when Gareth was about 12, Gareth decided he wanted the last piece of steak that was stashed away for later, but when his younger brother snatched it out of his hand and took it for himself, they got into a fight. When the parents came into the room, they didn't care what happened, Gareth had assaulted his brother, so they decided it was time that he had to find another place to stay. He was kicked out of the house. Gareth was furious, but there was nothing he could do. So went to the slums, and tried to find a place to stay. Gareth got a job 3 months or so later helping out a Elf Shopkeeper. He helped stock the materials, he made enough money to eat a decent meal daily, the other form of payment was to stay with the Elf shopkeeper, as He had taken Gareth in. It stayed like this for quite some years, and as he got older he began to protect the shopkeepers shipments as they came in, he was now 16 almost. He decided he may have been cast out from his old family home, but he would pay them a visit to show them how he has changed. As he appeared upon the house, he was angered remembering the way he was treated, but it was different now, he has matured, and gained responsibilities. He walked up and knocked on the door, and patiently waited about 20 minutes outside the door, even sitting around playing with his thumbs. He decided to check if the house was unlocked, which it was. As he opened the door he was shocked, the house had been burned from the inside, and there was remains of the furnishings which had laid around the house. Every since that day, he had wondered what had happened to his family. Shortly after that when he had turned 18, The elf shop owner had died, which now the shop was left in the possession of Gareth. But as soon as he went to reopen the business, it was immediately ceased by the city, as Gareth did not have the experience to own the shop. Gareth is now left to travel along the streets of Arethor, and sometimes The Wilds, wondering what there is left to do. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do? Answer: I would stealthily approach this dark-clothed figure, and say with a sarcastic happy tone asking them, "Are we having fun here?", then finish immediatly with a serious tone asking "What do you think you're doing?" The figure would turn around and jump back in shock and respond saying "It is none of your concern, go back to your own business."the figure would begin backing away and I would respond saying "It is my concern, you seem as if you have a murderous intent towards the emperor, I'm not going to let you slide with this, move up your sleeves and show that you are unarmed." The figure begins to walk closer, while moving their sleeves, they quickly strike towards me and i back away quickly. And trip the figure. After such I quickly press my knee into the figures back, and unmask the figure." I would call for emperor and tell him that this man had planned to attack him, and for him to call the guards immediately. After doing such I would continue upon my own business. 2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react? Answer: I approach saying "What do you think you are doing to this old man?" The bandits both look at each other, and then stair at me for a brief moment. "What do you think you can do armed like that? You cannot take both of us on. "Maybe, Maybe not, but that doesn't matter, what does matter is that I'm not going to stand aside and let you torture this old man" I take a step forward. Thrust my sword down into the ground with my right hand. And stand facing towards the Heavily armed bandits. After a few short moments one of the bandits begins rushing towards me. I knew they would do this, bandits almost never think things through. As the bandit thrusts his axe at me I back up causing the bandits axe to get stuck into the tree that was behind me. I step to the bandits right side, and I thrust the Sword straight through the opening of the armor. After confirming the Bandit is dead, as I look up I notice the other bandit running away screaming "I will get my revenge!" I approach the old man slowly and putting my sword away. Maintaining a 15 ft distance from him. "Are you ok?" I ask him. He is stumbling backwards and tripping over himself mumbling nonsense. "I won't let you take my home!" he hollers at me. "I'm not here to take anything, I'm here to help. I took care of those bandits that were bothering you. Are you ok?" I ask calmly. He looks up slowly and puts his knife away. "Why does it have to be me? What did I do? Yes I believe I'm alright, but If I see another bandit I swear they will not make it away." I reply "I'm glad to see that you are alright." I stand up and walk away happy that I save a man, but sad that I took a life, but it was his life or mine, and I chose to protect myself. 3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens). I ask "If you would happen to have 3 Diamonds, how much would you want for them?" He responds with "How about 400 Minas for the 3 gems? Does that sound good?" I stare blankly. "You do know that Diamonds as far as I have seen sell for about 275 each right?" He looks around "Of course I do, who doesn't know? Does 500 Minas sound good? It's a great deal." I look blankly at him again. "I apologize, but that's way too low, You are going to make yourself broke at this rate. I will do 825 minas. Does that sound good?" He looks and smiles "Sounds great, is that all you would like?" I reply with "Yes Sir, thank you for the trade" as I begin to walk away I look back and say "Do yourself a favor, go around and check other shops for their prices, until then, I would close that shop of yours." And then I walk away hoping for the best.
