  1. I doubt we'll see a change in LotC's platform for a very, very long time. Minecraft is still a popular game with a constantly updating framework (whether that be a good thing or not, is down to personal opinion) so we've very little desire to move. Quite honestly it'd do more damage than good within the long run, especially if we're moving to a third party game made by a single person instead of one with.. literally millions invested in it.

    However.. Minesweeper..

  2. This lore is [Denied].

Honestly, I can see how this fits into the current world of Aengul's and Daemon's well enough. Instead.. it just seems confused, almost worthless and unneeded. Atop of that adding Daemon's requires a much grander infrastructure and thought process, something that hasn't really been achieved here.

  3. The conclusion has been made thanks to the dedication of TehLulu alongside many other members of the Salvus team to allow their existence to continue for the time being.  This is due to not only showing activity within the region, but also motivation to ensure activity and create a decent roleplaying hub.

Nevertheless it should be said now that Salvus sits upon the edge of fate. Inactivity and a lack of progression will in fact result in the region removal with less, or perhaps no, warning. These are the two principles for the plot and therefore must be enforced longer than the week period that ended very similar to this date.

  4. The citizens and leadership of Salvus;

Due to recent conditions of activity within the nation plot its been concluded to give you the one week warning for activity. As of recent times the population has been within a constant low, if anybody for that matter, and due to it still being regarded as a nation plot this isn't quite frankly good enough. Therefore you're being given one week from this date (06/10/2015, roughly midnight GMT) to bring activity to a decent standard before the region and all that's within is removed.

Following the lack of success within bringing up activity there shall be a three day grace period for the current citizens/leadership to remove supplies and after that you're no longer in control of the plot nor its contents.

We wish you the best of luck during this period. The warning has been issued.

Edit: I'm aware of Salvus becoming a vassal of Oren. However upon a technical standpoint the region remains a 'Nation Plot' and therefore must oblige by activity regulations. Upon a nation accepting another as a vassal (which I shall state, is cost free) they also inherit the responsibility of its activity. Otherwise we're left with a system that's easy to get around and without consequence.

  5. I think you might do well to have a different Representative for each human subrace. Each one has it's own set of lore and writers.

These are only examples, I wouldn't be one to turn down the different subraces. I just in reality couldn't remember them all.

On another note, I'll be going through these tomorrow. I can already see some that shall be denied, so please don't be upset if you are.

  6. Lore Representatives

Upon many a occasion the LM's find themselves lacking in a degree of information and knowledge on a fragment of lore, history or perhaps current actions. Because of this certain actions may be underwent regarding that certain group and thus causing upset among them and in response I found myself establishing a system that helped bridge this current issue.

    What is a Lore Representative?

A lore representative is a person nominated by their selected groups (see below for possible examples).. They do not have permission to change, add or manipulate without full permission of the LM team however they are the ones spoken too when issues arise, or perhaps (though not always) a certain piece of lore is imposed upon that section of lore. This is an effort to bring additional communication into the fold that will in the long term, hopefully cause less issues.

How do I become a Lore Representative?

One thing I'll say straight off the bat is that the LM team is not responsible for the election and/or updating of your selected representative. That is an entirely internal matter that you must conduct through whatever means you see fit. Once your group has established who shall take the winning seat, you'll be able to fill out the short application below and be added to the list. Should we receive complaints against the candidate perhaps forcing themselves into the position, you will be removed and no respective representative shall remain. We highly suggest that you do not choose someone merely out of leadership, but one of trust and knowledge that you know for certain will keep your lore to a high and proper standard.

What qualifies my group to a representative?

    The best way to put it is within one of the following catagories;
    - Race
    - Locked Magic Group (Necromancy, not fire evocation.)
    - Specialist roleplay group (Eg: Bryophites)

If you believe you fit into one of those categories; feel free to fill out the application at the very bottom.

Who are the current Lore Representatives?

    Racial

    Humans- Cracker
(May well be divided into smaller categories should the application arise)
    High Elf- Samler
    Dark Elf- Dakirennis
    Wood Elf- LeoWarrior14
    Halfing- Ryanheff74
    Doomforged- ThumperJack_

    Dwarf- Hiebe
    Kharajyr- Goldie_lock
    Orcs-
    Ologs- Jonificus
    Cervitaur- Keeembap

    Other

    Monks- Spike823
    Runesmiths- JavaWizard

    Clerics - Ventusyr
    Paladins - HeeroZero
    Dread Knights -  Arkelos
    Frost Witches - BirdWhisperer
    Ascended - James27049
    Shades - Mephistophelian

    What is the application?
