On the wiki it says "Orcs can be dark green, dark blue, deep red, sandy brown and black" Are you allowed to pick any of these colors, or are some only rare and require lore, like the red eyes?

The red eyes and all that are extremely rare occurances in orcish society. Extremely rare.
