( I say that he could stay at the borders or maybe have like a small hill for him because he is in fact a wizard none the less. he could bring some interesting roleplay. also, because you are a wizard, mind checking out my lore on ale evocation which is an add-on to water evocation. it would be nice to have someone who is familiar with magic to check it out and give some advice on it. ;) )

ok so 8:00pm. time to start recording at festivals! whoever wants to help is more than welcome. i just need a lot of footage to edit and pick the best out of them. Use screen cast or whatever your most comfortable with

sounds great! so we have the music, i guess i can make a video around lenfarthing to begin, but would the fields be best to start out with, then go to the mill/brewery, and finally the burrows. This would be the first part, and i guess i can try to film a festival or two unless if there is anybody else who has some previously made.....

k so im going to use the grey havens, and it would be great if i could get dates if there are any or previous screenshots, but i will do my best to take some as the time is best.

So everyone has seen the new trailer for the server, and there aren't any shots of halflings that I've noticed. So i guess we need to make our own. Since i have not had much experience with making trailers/ videos, i am of course am going to need help. I plan on having it a few minutes long (about 2-3 maybe 4), no narration but words that appear on the screen, nice music that keeps the viewer wanting more, and whatever else you guys want to include. So if you are interested, post your ideas or say what you're willing to do to help. So i can use some people to take videos of lenfarthing (or when the 4.0 town comes out which ever you prefer to do it). We need plenty to fill out the needed time slot. Also, if any of you have some good music to use in the background, you can post it with your reply and i can check it out.

so i was thinking.......the server itself has a video to draw in new players. So why don't we have one for the halflings since i didn't really see any in the new video. could really draw in new players if we make it like a story that has yet to be told........

I agree each halfling who wants to be an elder should make a topic and explain why they should be an elder and what they will be doing. If we needed to, we could have some halflings be assistants and would have the same abilities as elders but must report to them about the issue/proposal. kinda like a vice president who helps out if the elder is not on at the time.

Dont forget we can have a greeting center/gatehouse towards the from of the path. This lets us hand out bread, cake, ale or other foods as gifts for coming to lenfarthing. And if this does get implemented place a burrow next to it for fredegar as he could become the gatekeeper

I feel like the mountain area near the first set of burrows is a little bare. maybe some ruins there for future Halloweens or events to celebrate it. It even could look like a halfling Stonehenge if we wanted it to

Well the gatehouse is gone, but in the new village may i help with the construction of one to make it look very welcoming...... I could even attach it to a burrow (my new burrow in the new village) to make it more accessible and for welcoming gifts to be fresh in stock

Can we bring back a gatehouse for Fredegar. Just something to introduce the entrance to lenfarthing. We could give out some cake, bread, or some ale as they walk in

I agree with this. the most active members should be a part of the council. We should even have a area for meetings in-game. But while this may be difficult, I also like the idea of like two elders, and they need to be the most active out of all of us. Also, for any who are interested, i still need more support for my idea in the lore section. If you have any other ideas you want to add please do. Who knows, the new area may have a school for ale evocation if it gets accepted fast enough

I agree that we should move closer to spawn. I remember it was a pain to try to even find lenfarthing when i started my halfling. I also wouldn't mind helping out with the creation of new burrows and such. So moving is an idea that could work well, and if new halflings are willing, they could help out and ask for others to join.

That wouldn't be a bad idea. we could have an extra area for dwarves and maybe even larger ones for men and elves. It would increase out population in lenfarthing. We could make a direct road to lenfarthing as well for easier access. I do like the idea of going to a capital city, but i am not willing to leave my burrow. maybe the elves could expand to a outpost town that is close to Lenfarthing. maybe have some towns near the whale body

i agree to use one of the generators. That is how i got Fredegar Mugwort.

Then i guess i will use another idea that i have in mind......
