    Can someone tell me why kharajyr still exist. i have yet to see one online and they have not even lay a block in the area we gave them in gronkkston... I have never seen one online there

      What happened was that the Kharajyr kind of broke up as a group and integrated into other races', mainly Malinor.

      Let them do what they want, kha have a tendency to be active in spurts and move fairly often. Its just what they do.

      What Gronkk said. There isn't really an empire anymore. From what I can see, the lighter restrictions are generating a fair amount more roleplay too.
