What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is acting out the role of a specific character. Such as if i were to role-play as a orc, i would talk in a scuffy and rude manner. Roleplaying is basically acting out the role of a character. What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is taking actions or decisions that uses information that your character shouldn't know. Also other things would be talking to people about things that your character shouldn't know. Such as heading to a secret area, knowing where it is using a map from a website. However acquiring a map in game and finding the area would be ok. What’s power gaming?: - Power gaming is declaring ones actions successful, without the others player giving is input on the action. An example would be : Knight catches bandit stealing, and grabs him. Bandit slashes at knight knocking him down. Knight Hacks at bandit killing him instantly This is an example of power gaming, where every action is done without input of other player. A Correct example would be this : Knight see's bandit stealing, and runs after him and loosely grabs him. Bandit tries shaking him off, with no use. Bandit grabs dagger and tries stabbing knight, but the knights armor prevents much damage. Knight unsheathes sword and tries to attack bandit while he stabs. Knight successfully chops of hand with dagger, making the bandit collapse to the ground in agony. Knight Struggles but arrests bandit. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, etc.. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Feirith was born into a family in a nice spruce tree loft. At an early age he liked exploring the forest, and finding secret hiding places to spend the day and relax. When he went exploring he taught himself all the plants in the forest. He knew all poisonous and edible mushrooms, as well as the medicinal herbs. He made poisons and also edible delights, this was one of his main hobbies. Feirith also had fascination with the stars. He studied them and marveled at their glory. His mother helped him with navigating the stars as a map. He at a young age mapped out the entire visible star system for all months! He found star mapping really useful if he got lost in the forest (Which he commonly happened.).He also had lots of great times making constellations with friends. Feirith was coming home from foraging , when there was a darkness, in a humanoid form. He stopped and looked at it. He felt a shiver crawl up his spine all the way to his skull and brain. Suddenly flashes of horrors and evils, scarring his mind, plaguing it. He collapsed to the ground in agony. Then every thing went black. He woke up in his bed, everything seeming fuzzy, he couldn't tell anything, suddenly the horrors hit him like hammer, and then he remembered it all. Feirith told this event to the druids and they seemed puzzled and intrigues about what happened. No one ever found out what it was that implanted the horrors within him, and he vows to find out what it is. His father taught him to hunt wildlife. He was very guilty of killing animals, and at first wouldn't do it. But one day the village was havinga famine, and ferith felt forced to do what was nececary and killed a elk for its meat and hide. After kiling it he walked up to the elk staring at its motionless eyes staring back. He had a dark feeling inside of him but swallowed down it, but even today he still has the void within him. Then carring the elk body up, he smelled decay, and blood. It made him gag, and nearly collapsed. He then took the body and took it to his family as soon a possible to go to the stream and vomit at smell. He then vowed not to smell corpses ever again. Feirith had a little swordsmanship from his mother, and liked the rush of duels. He enjoyed it, and played in battles of fun with his friends with wooden swords. He liked crafting the wooded weapons, and put intricate detail into them.He showed them off once, and got praise for them so he sold some for money. And in time it became his job to craft fine wooden creations. He has been living this way of foraging, carving and dueling ever since then. What are they like? (personality): - Ambitios, and adventurus, but has a hard time conqureing fears. However, afterward the things dont scare him at all. What are their ambitions?: - Woodworking,hunting, and foraging. Aswell as astronomy and using the stars as a map. Feirith has many fears... He hates blood,the smell of decay, and the corpeses. He fears raw evil, and phycotic beings, and uncontrollable evil. As they were walking a lone necromancer attacked them, killing his parents and cursing Starbit. Since then he has sworn vengeance against the necromancer. What are their ambitions?: - He’s always trying to find the necromancer that killed hid parents, and is constantly studying the skies in search of a Phoenix.
