What’s your character called?: - Gochon What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Elf, High Elf What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 190 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - I would wake up every morning in the city of Malinor with my mother and father to watch the sun rise over the horizon, later in the day me and my father would chop some wood and then he'd do his guard duties and I'd be stuck with my mother who would knit and cook meals and sometimes we would read stories about her and my father sailed the seas. One night a cold breeze blew through the air across the city and a faint smell of decay and death trailed behind it , the grass that was once green was now darker than ash and the trees would start to lose their life and wilt down. My father stormed in my room and scooped me up and carried me outside where the smell grew stronger, screams and shouts could be heard all around and as we traveled through the night my mother occasionally dragging due to her bad ankle told us to just leave her and find her other son and that she'd catch up later .... "Other son ? " I thought about that phrase for a bit and it finally hit me "I have a brother !" I asked my father about this great news and he told me that he was a twin and we were ripped apart from each other at birth. "Why? " "What's his name ?" "Who is he" all these questions soon flooded my head and I would draw maps of what I could remember of Malinor and soon I had a complete map of the city. I grew older age 76 I was finally an adult to my father and we soon found my mother a slave to the cruel Humans in Abresi , I'd make them pay for that only later when I grew powerful. That night tents where set up in the town called New Malinor which was connected by a bride. My father helped build a house and joined the Lumi'drum so in terms we got a good house first unlike the others, and in that night I found a map that looked oddly familiar . "Why hello old friend!" the map I had drawn when I was 34 had now appeared in front of me and I couldn't help but smile . I set off that morning to find Merilon who was the name of my brother but I was told he was on the seas so I didn't have a lot of luck searching on land. I still haven't found him but watching the land change and as I moved to Conclave I soon was left due to the flooding and such and I my research has been lost in the flood so I had to move to Leannial and began once more looking for him. I was raised in the town known as Old Malinor and like many kid I was adventures and love to read with my father and my mother. My mother would always tell me stories about how my father sailed on a ship with her and she had another child. "Mother who is this other child you speak of ?" I would always ask , but I got the same cold feeling from her it was as if she was held back by a demon that she couldn't speak of it. A few years later I was at the age of 68 and she finally told me everything about this one called Merilon , I had a twin brother ! I was filled with joy I gathered all my belongings and traveled around the world to find him but no luck , I had only recieved sighting of the elusive Merilon. Yet at the same time I wouldn't let go of the fact that he was out there. "Is he dead ?" I asked myself quite often and I never felt that he was dead "Does he not care about finding me ?" all these little questions popped in my head and I gave up hope. A few more years passed and I have been training myself to fight and to be a skilled lumberjack. A month and a half ago I was given a letter from a hooded man saying my brother works for an army and is head researcher for this army . The feelings of joy once more filled my stomach and I set off once more , and I currently am looking for him "Merilon I will find you !" My famous words while searching for him , though the more I search the closer I get or so it seems . I'm hoping to find this man known as brother and I hope we can grow together after all he is my twin. My father was a strange man he acted very different near me when I was age twenty one . That was the day Malinor was taken over by corruption , scream and shouts were heard all about the city and a familiar scream was heard, It was my mother. I ran to her room only to see what I thought would never come to be... My father towering my mother and a bloody knife in hand. I cover my mouth as not to scream so I ran away and came to New Malinor after the incident. I planned an attack to kill my father but his where about are unknown and if he is dead or alive I want his head on my shelf for what he did. There were joyous festivals and great feasts. I lived happily with my mother, father and young sister. We all lived in a house. Another night laid rest on the town and we lay tiring in our beds. We were awoken in the night by loud screams of horror and pain. I jump up to wake everybody else but I find my sisters room empty as well as my parents. I heard my mom’s voice coming from a nearby closet and I told her to stay there. I went to my dad’s study to find that he had been plotting the attack the whole time. It was then that I set off to find my father. I ran out of my house and the attackers archers had already taken out most of the town in a shower of arrows. I saw my father in the distance sending soldiers left and right and I ran. I ran faster than I ever had maneuvering in secret. I finally emerge from the shadows face to face with my dad. I charged him taking an arrow from a nearby archer and I stabbed him in the chest and brutally twisted it hitting all vital organs. I then set off to find a new family that would take me in.
