Chocolate Drow

I'm looking for a place to build a simple house. But a lot of the places have protection. I need to know if there are any "freebuild" areas to build, preferrably a place near the elves. I just need a place to store my things so I can get back into roleplay assured that my goods are safe. If there are any places to build, can you tell me where they are?
