Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - Yes, quite a few, although nothing on this scale. How did you hear about us?: - Reccomended Videos on Youtube led me to a community video showcasing the server. What do you think the server will be like? - I think the server will be a place where I can play and interact as a character that interests me with others who share similiar interests. I think the server will be an active and social place with an interesting community filled with interesting characters with a lot of depth. Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes, I have read and agreed with the rules. What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - I strongly agree with the rule about staying in character and having no metagaming, as I feel this has been an issue on other servers I have been on. What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying, in my opinion, is the performance of a role and personality often not reminiscent of ones' self in reality. When the act of roleplaying is taking place, this is the portrayal of an entire life, personality and set of ideals of a created character. Example: Roleplaying and discussing with others as a character that is older than you, has a different name and wears different clothes. What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is when a player uses previously gained or knowledge garnered from outside of the game enviroment to gain an advantage inside the game for fulfillment of their own personal goals. Example: Gaining a tactical advantage in a 'map' by researching a response elsewhere to find something suitable that would give them a conversatory advantage rather than staying within the bounds of the likely knowledge of the character. What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming, in roleplay terms, is to perform actions in roleplay that would be impossible or 'forced' upon another play. These actions would be unlikely in real life, and have no grounding in the average persons' perception of reality. Example: To walk up to someone and instantly kill them with no prior explanation or reason and continuously do this for no logical reason within the bounds of your roleplay character. What’s your character called?: - Munio Serban What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Elf - Wood Elf What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 76 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Munio Serban is a young wood elf who grew from the early years of childhood as the son of Mayn Serban, an exile of Malinor (due to his violent nature) who dared to break the most sacred of laws by putting his soon to be son in danger by birthing the child with the human Isabella Andreadis, far away from the confines of both of their respective socities, within the forests of the land of Anthos, to a life that could have endangered the safety of his son (a crime to wood elves) - nobody knows what happened that night. From a young age, Munio was rejected by his fellow elves. He knew that he was an outcast, a stranger to all that he knew dear, yet at the same time, at home with the fact that he would never be one of 'them' - the thought gave him comfort. Munio became contemptuous, unpleasant, and soon lost many of his friends. He became a sad boy, lost in the deep wells of his own thoughts... Thinking of the mother he would never meet, Isabella Andreadis. But, this phase of Munio's life would be short lived. One day, between the seasons' change, Munio awoke with a new sense of purpose; a feeling in life that he was going to succeed and make of himself what he decided that his father did not achieve... To become a true elf, an elf who followed traditions yet was rebellious to the ideals he deemed to be 'unsuitable' to his vision. From this day forth, Munio followed his own path, as a lone-wanderer and yet an avid socialite, Munio is a friend to many and en enemy to few, someone who shows kindness and compassion, yet harbors a boiling turmoil of emotions beneath his stern brow. To this very day, Munio still continues his life as a solitary figure, alone in the world with the occasional rare companion. Munio exists as a lone soul, grouping when he wishes to and usually ultimately ending up back where he started - but one day, Munio may still find the perfect companions to continue his ongoing quest to just do whatever he pleases for the good of the world he lives in. What are they like (personality)?: - Kind and compassionate, with a very rare outburst of anger. In awe of the world, but gets depressd easily. What are their ambitions?: - To follow whichever path he wants in life, and to do what he feels necessary to help others succeed. Do they have any special skills?: - No. What are their weaknesses?: - To be beguiled by others feigned kindness, and to be impaled by guilt that hurts him like a spear thrown by someone.
