    Ellenore approaches her workstation, grabbing a bottle of already distilled water from the alembic with a gloved hand and pouring a small amount into a mortar. Afterwards she dumps the remains of a dried herb into the mortar and begins to grind it with a pestle. Once the herb had become sufficiently saturated with the distilled water and mixed, she then sets it asides and continuous the same process with another dried herb and another mortar and pestle. Finally she poured both of the finely ground and saturated herbs back into the bottle of distilled water, and added a sprinkle of a ground yellow dust to give the liquid a yellow tinge. After finishing her work, Ellenore caps bottle and gives it a firm shake, watching as the transparent yellow liquid begins to glow to the degree of a lantern. Pleased with her work, she blows out the candle on her desk and lets the Bottle of Luminosity fulfill its role in illuminating her workstation. 

    Your extraction process is almost entirely incorrect, since your teacher is no longer a member of the LOTC community, please refer to Processes and Reagents page to understand how this process should properly be done.

    All signs and symbols are associated specifically with Alchemy, this statement is incorrect and could be confusing to a student.

    Symbol Rings and Transmutation Circles do not exist, please refer to The Main Alchemy Page to make sure you have a good memory of the contents of Alchemy.

    [✗] Housemagery Addition - Thaumaturgy

    Generally speaking, I would say that this is incredibly lacking for an addition.

     

    I like the modify voice spell, with a small touch up I could see it being added to housemagery, but the scribe spell isn't terribly unique or useful. Housemages can already use their magic to have a writing tool go ahead and do its thing all on its own, although it is neat to generate the ink without the need to dip in an inkwell, its only a very slight change.

     

    Aside from that, I'd say that I would want to see a little more content in an addition, rather than just one or two abilities

    Rather than linking the lore page for the CA race you are trying to apply to, please take the time to explain the CA's lore in your own words.

     

    This is to allow the ST to gauge whether or not you have read the lore and understand its redlines & limitations, and can help us see if you're experienced enough to play the CA race without potentially causing detrimental effect to the setting.
