Hello, looking over your TA, the majority of what you've written here is correct and in good quality. However, in any part of the application where you describe / mention or demonstrate the process of extraction, your process is incorrect.
Please review the main Process and Reagents page or the Alchemy Guide to refresh yourself on the steps for the extraction process. Once that changes have been made on the application feel free to let me know and I can review it again.

Firstly, your application is lacking in information, a little more effort is needed in response to each of the questions in order to show that you have the necessary basic knowledge of the magic in order to properly teach it to students and be certain that they don't go off the rails.
It would be preferred if a little info could be given about how the magic works, perhaps details on the process, or similar descriptions.
Secondly, while this is quite minor, your character will need to spend just a wee bit of time to "learn" about disruptor sigils and soulbound golems IRP, unless they have already done so [this was not really a reason for denial, so don't worry about it] Just make sure you cover that if you haven't by the next time you make another application 👍
In your response to the spell part in this section:

As the thanhium top of it consumed the head of the cube, the ker with his scuplting tools would begin to inscribe the cube with various memory and hearing sigils, but enough room for the activation."What you detailed here is very plain, whilst the forging process isn't totally necessary, perhaps detailing the activation of a golem, construction and activation of a sigil, or even installing sigils into a golem body would be better. Please remember that this is a magic, and read the Golemancy guide if you need pointers, as it should show where the magic part comes into play. In your above description, no magic was used at all where there should have been.
