SECTION I - DIOCESAN RECONSTRUCTION
It is known to His Holiness that the Church in its current state is too encumbered by an overinflated bureaucracy. For the purpose of consolidating ecclesiastical provinces, the following reforms have been made in the dioceses of the Holy Mother Church.
THE METROPOLITANATE OF RHODESIA - Encompassing the Dual Kingdoms of Renatus and Marna, their respective lands and minor vassals, the Duchy of Adria, the settlement of Belvitz, the Apostolic Barony of Saint Judeburg-upon-the-Baltas, the settlements along the crossroads, the Village of Dunshire, and the ruined Temple of Horen within the lands of Malin’s Descendants. Administered by HIS HOLINESS, JUDE I, as Metropolitan & HIS EMINENCE, ROBERT ROVIN as Auxiliary Archbishop.
THE ARCHDIOCESE OF BALTAS - Encompassing the County of Göthaland, it’s vassals and respective lands, the Kingdom of Santegia and its respective lands and vassals, the proclaimed Duchy of Rivia and its respective lands, and the entity of Haense and its lands. Administered by HIS EMINENCE, YURII as Archbishop.
SECTION II - CURIAL & SYNODAL DISBANDMENT
Out of necessity for the efficacious governance of the Most Holy Canonist Church, the Church finds that the dead organs of the Curia and Synod are unneeded. In a spirit of reform and revitalization within the Church, a new model of ecclesiastical governance has been confirmed and thus the two previous branches are severed and destroyed. Any Curial or Synodal positions held by any souls are now considered null and non-existant.
SECTION III - COLLEGE OF BISHOPS
With the disbandment of the Synod and Curia of the Canonist Church a new model of Church governance has been established. The College of Bishops shall be established to consist of a diarchy of Episcopates along with the High Pontiff as the lead presiding member. The College shall retain all the rights, powers, and duties of the synod and curia rightly divided by the High Pontiff. The College of Bishops shall receive the following appointments.

The Diarchy is commissioned with the governance of the Church through the will of HIS HOLINESS, JUDE I
SECTION IV - CHURCH RECONSTRUCTION
In an effort to cull the obese weight of the Church: all Metropolitans, Archbishops, Bishops and other episcopal title holders of the Holy Canonist Church are demoted to the title of Priest. This does not apply to the Metropolitanate of Rhodesia, currently under His Holiness, Jude I and Archbishop Robert Rovin, and the Archdiocese of Baltas encompassing Heansae, Gothaland, and Santegia, administered by Archbishop Yurii.
On publication of this document, let it also be known that the titles and powers of the Acolytes and Deacons shall be merged into the office of Neophyte in order to reform the educational structure of clerics. Neophytes, who are in training to become Priests of the Church, are committed to studying the Sacred Ecclesiology and Theology of the Church.
In order to encourage more interaction between Priests and lay faithful in an environment conducive to mutual interaction and benefit, the following is enacted:
All Cathedrals that currently exist outside the Seat of the High Pontiff shall be deconstructed and reduced. In order for Churches to be utilized by the public once more, they must be scaled down and adjusted to fit the population they service. Therefore, let it be known that Churches can not exceed more than two hundred seating spaces.
In order to work in continuity with the prescriptions of the elders before us, and to condemn the current laxity within our places of worship, religious iconography must once again be displayed within our Churches. Along with them, so too should relics and other holy objects be contained as tools of spiritual significance for the lay faithful.
SECTION V - MONASTIC REFORM
The monastic hierarchy of the Church including the roles of Hegumen, Abbot, Abbess, Prior, Prioress, Friar, Monk, Nun, and all others tonsured or designated into the monastics ranks shall be reduced to the following:
- Monk, for those tonsured or designated into the monastics ranks and are male.
- Nun, for those tonsured or designated into the monastics ranks and are female.
All those currently occupying monastic titles other than Monk or Nun shall be reduced to said titles through their completion of and acceptance through the Sacredotal Census. This excludes Abbess Judith Ann of Judzcya who will govern all Nuns within the Abbey of Judzcya.
Therefore, all Monasteries, Priories, Abbeys, Convents, Nunneries, and all other monastic places of communal living within the Church shall be deconsecrated and deconstructed excluding the Abbey of Judzcya. All monastics who are approved through the Index Ecclesia shall report to the Abbey of Judzcya effective immediately upon their acceptance.
SECTION VI - SACREDOTAL CENSUS
Let it be known that as of the date here transcribed within this Third Golden Bull of Rhodesia that a Sacredotal Census has been called. This census will consist of all of the clergy of the Most Holy Canonist Church.
Following the collection of names, which will persist for one year, those clerics who neglected to list their name shall be defrocked ipso facto.
Those clerics who included their names, and are held in good standing with Holy Mother Church, shall be included on the official roster of the clergy which shall be published. This roster shall be known as the Index Ecclesia.
In order to maintain a clear roster of churchmen as time progresses, following the enthronement of a High Pontiff a Sacredotal Census shall be conducted and a new Index Ecclesia shall be drafted in perpetuity.
SECTION VII - UNIVERSITY OF EX. ST. SIEGMUND
It is by this sovereign Pontifical decree that the University of the Ex. St. Siegmund shall be reformed. This age old institution will return once more for the education of Neophytes within the Holy Canonist Church. The new-revised Ecclesiastical Curriculum of the Rhodesian Council shall be enforced therein. The grounds for this institution are currently under deliberation and construction, this seminary will foster a standardized and well-educated clergy.
SECTION VIII - ORDINATION REFORM
Since the time following the retirement of High Pontiff Sixtus IV, clerical education has been neglected substantially by the stewards of the Holy Canonist Church. In an effort to restore the clerical education that had existed prior to the aforementioned neglect, the following rules and mandates have been enacted:
While in Seminary, Acolytes will be required to complete the Standard Clerical Examination written and corrected at the Rhodesian Council.
After an Acolyte has been raised up to the position of Deacon, they are required to submit a Thesis pertaining to some aspect of the Church or Canonism in general.
Clergymen will once again take the Sacred Oath of Ordination into the Canonist Church at the time they are to become Priests, a practice rooted in the tradition of the early Church.
Oath of Ordination:
“I swear to be true to the Church, GOD and His realm, to the Archons of our faith, and most bindingly to the Head of the Faith, and not to maintain silence about any evil that I may know or have heard or may hear which is being contemplated against the Church, its realms, the clergymen or the Head of the Faith. I swear also not to eat or drink with heretics, apostates or sinners, and not to have anything in common with them. I shall obey the orders of my High Pontiff and adhere to the tenets of our faith without perversion. On this I kiss the cross.”
SECTION IX - ANNULMENT
Due to an investigation of sacramental fulfillment brought about by Catherine and Antonius Horen, this solemn declaration has been given:
On the matter of the Union of Constantine and Catherine Horen and the efficaciousness of their marriage sacrament:
The grounds for this declaration have been substantiated through the testimony of Catherine as well as one Antonius Horen. After some deliberation the Pontificate and Synod have deemed the union incomplete on the grounds of Nullam Consummationem and Coactus Unio.
Accordingly, we the Pontificate, by the authority of our Apostolic Succession as Vicar of GOD and Keeper of the Testaments, hereby declare that the sacred Union performed to certify the holy matrimony of Catherine and Constantine Horen to be annulled and the circumstances herein granted to their certification be hereby rescinded from all sacramental investiture.
SECTION X - FRATRES MISSUS
Due to many circumstances the Holy Orders of the Canonist Church, those of Saint Lucien and Saint Everard, are henceforth disbanded. Their oaths are declared nulled and void by the Vicar of GOD and their hierarchies are dissolved. Remaining members of these two orders are invited to join the Brotherhood of the Exalted Throne. The Holy Order of Saint Lucien shall remain dormant in the aisles of Atlas until, if need be due to some sort of heretical uprising or plight of the forces of darkness, they are required to venture back to save Humanity from the wickedness of the Defiler.
SECTION XI - THE BROTHERHOOD OF THE EXALTED THRONE
With the disbandment of the previous Church Militant, the Church deems it wise to create a united order for the defense of the Faith. The Apostolic Brotherhood of the Exalted Throne is therefore established with full support from the Vicar of GOD. This band of armed monastics are devoted to Chastity, Poverty and spreading the word of GOD to all corners of Axios, they’re currently headed by Holy Ser Walter Moore.
SECTION XII - BEATIFICATION
We, through the Authority of the Exalted throne, find that the Bishop & Hieroschema, Vladimir, known as the Golden-handed, is within the succour of the Blessed. His cult and reverence are henceforth allowed and Icons and other images bearing his likeness have been commissioned. Vladimir was a man of Ruskan tradition, a venerated of Saint Theodosius. Vladimir, during his life assisted the Church in her Scholastic needs, writing, at the end of his life, his greatest work: "Thesis on Salvation". Vladimir, after ending his episcopacy, retired to a small Skete near the Hansaetic capital in Axios. Therein Vladimir took on a few students, most notable of whom was Berdiyeslev, who would later rise to the Episcopacy himself. In his twilight years, it is reported that he was able to speak with birds who carried the will of the Skies with them.
SECTION XIII - JUBILEE AND HOLY YEAR
In celebration of the our blessed flock, We, the Most Holy Canonist Church, declare the Year of the Faithful. During the entirety of the year (1667-1668) the Church shall host many celebrations to imbue and grant the Grace of GOD upon the faithful.

SECTION XIV - EREMITA REDUCTEUR
Pursuant onto the publication of this document, for the simplified organization of the Holy Mother Church, the following religious orders shall be declared vacant and dormant:
Hubertine Order of Friars is to be declared vacant. If there comes a time where heretical views of the Most Holy Canonist Faith come out from hiding the Order will once again called into the light to purge that which contradicts with the Exalted Testaments.
The Sisterhood of Blessed Catherine is to be declared vacant. If there is a time in which the clerical census' reflect a growth in vocations to the religious life of women the Sisterhood will once again be established.
SECTION XV - MAGIC
It is clear in the Scroll of Spirit that the Mage seeks power and ambition, and, it is the duty of Mother Church to correct her children’s vices. However, the mage’s ambition is too great. By refusing to partake in the Hermetic License, the mage, has shown that it is unwilling to submit to Mother Church’s authority, which is given by GOD himself. Thus, the vice of magic is deemed too much for one soul to bear. The Church declares that none of her children should learn nor practice the voidal arts.
If one is found practicing or teaching the arts of the void, and those of any form of hermeticism, let it be known that they are accursed and anathema. In doing so, they have rendered their judgement upon the soil of Terra and shall be put to death.

SECTION IV - EXCOMMUNICATION
With the current filial disagreements between the Holy See and it’s errant and unruly children of Hansae, the Church deems it necessary to place these persons under interdict:
JACK AMADOR - It is not the place nor the job of a retired High Pontiff to question nor deny the authority of the Vicar of GOD. Thusly: through the virtue of Apostolic Succession, Jack Amador, is placed under excommunication and branded ANATHEMA.
Furthermore he is hereby defrocked, cast out to be trampled upon. Any sacrament given henceforth by him is henceforth deemed invalid. He is no longer to be known as Clement III but shall return to his baptismal name of Jack.
ANSELM GERHARD - Through his blatant rejection of Canonist purity in regard to his defense of the position that the Holy Canonist Church is tainted - as well as his flawed conviction that pagans that show injury to the faith are of the same stock as those who respect it: Anselm has branded himself ANATHEMA.
In accordance with these persons being excommunicated, the whole of the Kingdom of Hansae is also declared to be under interdict; any ordained clerics found to be performing any sacrament within the Kingdom are therefore excommunicated, ipso facto.

Aside from these persons, it has been the long due duty of the Holy Mother Church to condemn those who falsify the word of GOD and promulgate false scriptures marketing them as Canon. In response to this, the Holy Mother Church does act in this regard:
To officially recognize that the soul of JACOB CHAPEL has been damned to the outer darkness that was made for him and all the reprobate who have crafted false scriptures.
SECTION V - MILITANT ACTION
Just as Exalted Owyn, peace upon his name, was granted penance by the LORD through Holy War, so do the men of Renatus and all the faithful flock who fight against Norland & Haense and their reprobate allies receive holy penance. The Church and Her Magisterium declare a Crusade upon Norland & Haense and her allies for the following crimes:
- The slaughtering of the Sisters of Blessed Catherine,
- The slaughtering of the envoy sent to Norland to convert the heathenous populace,
- The continuing raids upon the Holy See,
- Barbanovic soldiers making attempts on the life of His Holiness,
Any man, be they saint or sinner shall receive an INDULGENCE when partaking in Holy War against Norland and their minions.
SECTION VI - PURITY IN FAITH
It is clear through the Holy Texts that Humanity is the chosen race. GOD gave Humans the command to bear the weight of His priesthood, and it is we, Humans, who walk upon the higher planes of the Seven Skies. The Church therefore deems it that to be Human is to be Chosen and whilst the gentiles are not wholly barred from Salvation they are to follow the Admonishments of Exalted Owyn and to behave like Humans.
I. For an elf to be admitted to the faith said elf must: snip their ears, abandon their faith in the aspects, receive the sacraments of the Church, dress modestly, live within proper human society and speak in proper common, control their lust with prayer and other penance, and other human languages. If said elf is of dark elven descent they must bleach their skin.
II. For an orc to be admitted to the faith said orc must: snip their tusks, abandon their faith in the spirits, receive the sacraments of the Church, dress modestly, live within proper human society, speak in proper common and other human languages, control their bloodlust through fasting and prayer, and bleach their skin into a proper hue.
III. For a dwed to be admitted to the faith said dwarf must: trim their hair and beard to a proper length, abandon their faith in the Brathmordakin, receive the sacraments of the Church, speak proper human common and other human languages and control their greed with prayer and penance.
Furthermore races like the orcs are excluded from the priesthood for their unceremonial and brutish nature that undermines the sacred rituals required to honour and praise GOD.
All races not of the descent from the First Coupling are known to be Bestial Races. These races are deemed to be mere animals and, be they tamed or killed, cannot incur sin upon ones immortal soul. The Bestial Races being known to us by name of Kha, and Hou-zi, among the plethora of Bestials.
On the matter of Halflings: the Church deems them to be a subsect of Humanity. Whilst their customs are mainly foreign to us there are no physiological differences besides shorter stature and greater gluttony. Furthermore they are not mentioned within the Scrolls as one of the brothers of the First Coupling, but neither are they of a beastial form, resembling humans much more than any other race. Additionally nothing in their folklore or common folklore suggests being created by disobedient Aengodaemons, like the kha race.

It is as long has been said, the faith of the canon, and the Imam Rashidun are as two beams of light from the same source. In this Canonists and those who follow al Imam Rashidun find their common ground, and so we humble servants of his in the clergy of al Imam Rashidun hereby declare, all though we are not beholden unto him, that the High Pontiff Jude I, every Pontiff that preceded him hitherto, and every Pontiff to proceed his excellency shall be recognized as a servant of GOD, and revered for the work he does in spreading faith in the one true creator. How to Serve the Church;
Clerics, Soldiers, and Laborers
“Rejoice Brothers and Sisters, for there are yet faithful!”
To join the Church of the Canon and swear one’s life to it is to swear one’s life to not only the Church, but GOD himself. Service to GOD and Church is a great virtue, for a man who forsakes his secular desires and acts only for GOD’s sake truly embodies selflessness and humility.
There are many ways to join the Church and assist in its mission to bring GOD’s peace, mercy, charity and love across the mortal realm. From the farmer to the Knight, no man is exempt from true service to GOD.
Joining the Clergy
Joining the Clergy is a vow that can only be released by the High Pontiff himself. There are two sects of the clergy, divided by their individual vows.
I. The Priesthood, who are recruited as acolytes and may be promoted to the rank of Bishop. They are an eclectic group whose charge is the spreading of GOD’s word to their flock at their assigned parish.
II. The Sisters of Blessed Catherine, an order of sisters whose directive is the management of the education, poorhouses and charities named subsidiary of the Church. Their primary headquarters is located in the Prince-Bishopric of St. Judeberg, at their Abbey.
Joining the Protectors of the Church
Since the beginning of the faith men have raised their swords for the sake of GOD, purifying the impure and protecting the exalted and divine. There are several separate ways one may use their skill as a soldier to serve the Mother Church.
I. The Order of Saint Lucien, reformed after centuries of inactivity, currently serves as the armed militant wing of the Church of the Canon. Missions which the Order carries out include expeditions into the corrupted wastes of Iblees’ kin, the hunting of heretics/abominations, the safeguarding of the Clergy and its Missionaries, the escorting of Pilgrims to holy-sites, charitable work and to ultimately educate the masses in the word of GOD.
II. The Knights of St. Everard, , dedicate their lives for the personal protection of the High Pontiff and the Holy See. Being rewarded with land and renown, they carry out tasks personally called by the High Pontiff. Joining the Knighthood is a matter entirely between the Pontiff and the individual.
Serving the Church as a Layman
A layman is a person who has not taken oaths as a clergy member. The Church shall always welcome those who seek to serve the Church either temporarily or in a voluntary capacity. The layman can take certain oaths in service to the Church without being bound to clerical or knightly commandment. According to their speciality, Laymen will be assigned different tasks by the Church.
I. Laymen may serve the Church by becoming a citizen of the Prince-Bishopric of Saint Judeberg. Being granted all the privileges of residing in the Holy See, they assist the Church in regular labor work like gardening, husbandry, harvesting, grooming, etc.

Requests for Priestly Ceremonies
In the spirit of the reforms of prior Pontiffs regarding service
“The Sacraments are the Church’s Primary Duty to the Faithful.”
It is the duty of the Church of the Canon to administer the Most Holy Sacraments to all Faithful in good standing with Her. In order to live up to the Great Commission of Exalted Owyn to the Diarchs Evaristus and Clement, the Holy Mother Church of the Canon offers its hand in aiding Faithful schedule Priestly Ceremonies. Such ceremonies include but are not limited to: masses, baptisms, confessions, marriages, funerals, and last rights. Because it is the solemn labor of the Church to serve Humanity in the personal quest each Canonist has to GOD, all serious requests supplicated before us in these documents shall be completed.

Brethren of the Most Holy Church of the Canon, your Holy Father is displeased to announce to you all the appalling nature of the attacks upon the Holy Mother Church by the City-State of Halsworthy. Through both insult to Bishop Yurii of Haense, and Holy Mother Judith of the Order of Blessed Catherine they have shown themselves to purport to be above the Faith of GOD, decrying those who bore their cloth of Piety as untrustworthy threats to themselves, going so far as to deny entrance to them and instead calling down from their battlements insults and slander upon both their character and the Holy church in turn. Decrying themselves to be Pagans with great pride, and ushering distaste towards those of the cloth as if they were parasites.
This, dear Brothers and Sisters, was not the only act of malice towards the Holy Church of Canon. For as the Priests and Nuns departed from their lands, and the Holy Order of Saint Lucien began to spread alms to its populace, the people of Halsworthy turned upon Brother Heinrich, surrounding the man with insults and threats to his life before ultimately throwing a potion at him. Thus bringing to fruition the true nature of themselves in one decisive act, in a direct and palpable assault upon not only the Brother Heinrich, but on the Holy Church of Canon itself.
It is with regret but ultimate goodness and trust in GOD’s judgment that through careful deliberation by the Holy Synod, the City-State of Halsworthy be condemned by the Holy Canonist Church as a festering boil upon the lands of Atlas, home to Heathens, Pagans, and all manner of peculiar and unnatural beings.
Thus with the power held by His Vicar Pontiff Jude I and the Holy Synod, the Holy Mother Church calls upon all faithful from all realms and walks of life to take it upon themselves to defend themselves and their kin from this pool of faithless or otherwise reprehensible beings, and to keep them from spreading their plague upon the whole of Atlas.

SECTION IV - APOSTOLIC PRINCE-BISHOPRIC
Due to the sanctified labour of the men and women of GOD, a county of Apostolic character has been erected on the margin of the Baltas. Christened ‘Sankt Judeburg am Bält’ in Waldeno-Hanseti, or Saint Judeburg-upon-the-Baltas in Common, it is located at the crossroads between Renatus-Marna and Hansae, behind the Order of Saint Lucien’s keep, which itself is conglomerated with the new Prince-Bishopric. The Poor Fellows of Horen and Saint Lucien shall be stationed there and a new Chapterhouse for the Sisters of Blessed Catherine is also present within the sanctified grounds.
Henceforth, Saint Judeburg shall serve as the Church’s main See, therein the Synod and Pontiff shall meet and all decisions, be they elections, councils, public canonizations, etcetera shall be conducted within the Prince-Bishopric.
SECTION V - APOSTOLIC LAW
As a result of rampant heresy/heathenry exhibited within the continent of Atlas, the Synod has deemed it fit to establish an Apostolic Code of Law based upon the laws of Morality found within the Holy Scrolls, with the intent of providing a clear understanding of what constitutes as immoral to all Canonists of good-faith. The Synod has deemed it fit to place Triarch of the Canon, Robert Rovin, as the architect of this transcribed Apostolic Law, for his excellency holds experience acting as the Patron of the Holy Order of Saint Lucien, an Order already devoted to both the Faith as well as upholding Moral Law.
The Synod and those within the Clergy shall be contacted and met with, in council, to discuss the establishment of this Apostolic Law System in further detail, as well as to permit debate on potential derivative Canonist values.
May the intercession of Saint Michael and Saint Owyn aid in guiding the minds and hearts of the clergy, in Service to GOD, through the protection of humanity.
SECTION VI - APOSTOLIC HONOR
May the Church of the Holy Apostles Evaristus and Clement, in which power and authority we possess, release the many merits and graces of GOD through Most Holy Mother Church and all the Hosts of the Seven Skies upon one Aurelius Horen.
Through his actions in the Third Crusade against the heathens forces of norland, Aurelius Horen successfully won possession of these lands for his Canonist forces- through the righteous fury of GOD. Aurelius exercized submission to the Holy Mother Church when he presented the heathenous ‘king’ a chance to convert, before sending him to the Holy Pontificate to be tried and executed.
This has not been his only action in support of GOD’s Holy Church - Through his capturing of the Qalasheen and the slaughter of the Reiver menace -who have attacked the Faithful- he has demonstrated his defense of Canonist Values and Faithful alike.
Aside from the physical defense of the faith, Aurelius Horen has engaged in many conversion efforts. Converting House Nzech to Canonism and uniting the Gromach tribes through will of faith.Lastly, through his patronage of the Pontificate and Order of Saint Lucien alike he has given the Most Holy Church of the Canon autonomous land within the dual Kingdoms of Renatus-Marna. Such a gift will not go unrewarded as this action demonstrates the submission that Aurelius recognizes to the Holy Faith of GOD.

GOD's Holy Light reaches every corner of this plane and the Seven Skies above, judging every Man and Woman. He frowns on sin and smiles on virtue.With His eternal help and blessing, servants of the Holy Mother Church of the Canon -namely the Ordermen of Saint Lucien- deliver His justice upon the heretics, apostates, and schismatics that plague our Holy Communion- for they are the enforcers of His Law.
The very roots on which the Order of Saint Lucien are embedded have forever been to act for the interests of the High Pontiff and the Church of the Canon which he shepherds.

It has come to the attention of the Holy Mother Church under the current Pontificate that a certain elderly mage known as Coltaine Wick has been proven guilty of its abhorrent nature as a Saulician Construct. We the Pontificate and the Holy Magisterium, deem that any man who takes a person: who professes the faith in almighty GOD and truthful allegiance to the Mother Church, as a slave shall be excommunicated latae sentential.
Furthermore, We, the Pontificate, forbid and prohibit any member of the The Poor-fellows of Horen and Saint Lucien and the Adamantine Cathedral from participating in the slave trade as it is in the domain of secular authorities and thusly is considered profane.
SECTION V - HOLY KNIGHTHOOD
We the Pontificate, by our Apostolic Authority call upon all Holy Knights that adorn the style of Holy Ser, Holy Knight, and any other style associated with the Office to come to the Adamantine Cathedral in Marna to swear loyalty to HIS HOLINESS JUDE I, and to register yourself to the new Pontificate.
SECTION VI - CANONIZATION
We, the Synod and Vicar of GOD, allow and permit any cult to the person of Nafis Yar. A resolute man of GOD and friend of the Church. Baptized by His Holiness Lucien III, he led the Qali Spring against the conglomerate of Vanderguan, dissolving the heathenous Caliphate and declaring Vandoria a Canonist State. Due to his aid in spreading GOD’s word, and raising his family within the Canonist Faith, Nafis Yar is to be regarded as a Blessed of the Church.
Furthermore, We allow and permit the cult of Catherine Francesce Horen for her piety. During her life, Catherine, took a vow not to lie, carried a life of humility and blessed virginity as well as her aid to the poor, this shows her incredible devotion to GOD and His Church. With her pious way of living it is clear to Us that she is within the Skies, forever praising GOD along side the other righteous and she shall be called a Blessed of the Church.
SECTION VII - HIGH MASS OF ST. CLEMENT
In order to bring about liturgical uniformity in the Holy Canonist Church, We the Pontificate and Synod, by our Apostolic Authority do declare the High Mass of Saint Clement to be the supreme liturgical Missile of the Holy Canonist Church.
Let all everywhere adopt and observe this translation of the High Mass of Saint Clement, and let Masses not be sung or read according to any other formula than that of this Missal published by Us. This ordinance applies henceforth, now, and forever, throughout all the provinces of the Canonist world, to all.
Therefore, no one whosoever is permitted to alter this Missile in any way. Would anyone, however, presume to commit such an act, he should know that he will incur the wrath of Almighty GOD and of the High Priests Evaristus and Clement daming them to perdition through eternal fire and everlasting pain.
SECTION VIII - RHODESIAN CATECHISM
We, the Synod of His Holy Church, and His Vicar, Jude I, do proclaim with great joy that a great Catechism shall be written. Within it there shall be all pertaining to the Church, from Dogma to Church function & canon law. Fret not, children of GOD, for the age of inactivity and passiveness is over.
SECTION XI - MAGIC
We, the Synod of His Holy Church, and through the word of the Vicar of GOD, do urge the faithful of all lands, to read carefully, and with clear capacities, Our word of warning. For the souls of the faithful are at risk, through the practice and use of magical abilities.
Magic, in the most simple of terms, is granted to those who wish to wield such power by beings who seek to make themselves to be like GOD. Thus the Holy and Forever Exalted Prophet of GOD, Owyn, peace be upon him, admonished the magis for their lust for power and ambition.
“And to ye magicians I admonish: GOD is incomprehensible. He cannot be divided nor made again, and his mysteries are the holy mysteries, and no art is alike to his power.” - Owyn, 7:7
We, therefore, must admonish the Magi for the use of their power for their own ambitions besides the glorification of GOD. And We must also admonish the Magi to forgo any magic granted by a lesser ‘deity’ or any power of dark, dubious, or of saulician intentions.
We do however, allow and permit to any Canonist to learn and practice the esoteric art of evocation, as previously allowed within the Third Golden Bull of Johannesburg:
“Evocation. . .Unlike magics achieved through grants from a higher power or deity, Evocation. . . such a fire, and earth are not considered heresies against GOD, for they are achieved through the manipulation of the world’s energy. These magics are in no way against GOD, for they are not involved in the placement of another above GOD but simply the use of GOD’s creations in the world to grant themselves unnatural powers and abilities.” - Third Golden Bull of Johannesburg
We find this magic to be acceptable for the reasons declared upon the Third Golden Bull of Johannesburg.
However, We, the Holy Magisterium, do understand the worry of our conservative children of GOD. Magi can not, and will not be tolerated if they are to run rampant and lawlessly. Thusly, We, with full apostolic authority, set up the Magistrate of Hermetics under the Dean of Hermetics. This Magistrate is under the further scrutiny of Archbishop Yurii as he is the Dean of the Apostolic Tribunal.
SECTION X - MAGISTRATE OF HERMETICS
We, the Synod of His Holy Church, and through the word of the Vicar of GOD, do see the necessity of the forms of magic practiced within humanity, with the position of Court Magician being upheld throughout most Kingdoms, and notable advisors bearing knowledge of these techniques.
It is hereby, through Synodal decree, that the Magistrate of Hermetics be established to oversee the training, licensing, and general conformity of GOD's faithful, throughout the realms of humanity who partake in such practices. This Magistrate, through the appointment by His Holiness, the Vicar of GOD, shall be overseen and cared for by the Dean of Hermetics who shall be tasked with the licensing of all Magi within the Canonist world.
The licenses bestowed onto those who should meet the requirements of the Dean of Hermetics, through careful consideration and recording of the individuals magical abilities, shall grant the bearer with the express permission of the Church, throughout the Canonist world, to practice the magics of the school of Elements unabated and unmolested by any, and all officials, both secular and sworn to the service of GOD. If a Magi wishes to practice without obtaining such documentation from the Magistrate, the full effect of the laws of both GOD and secular enforcement shall not be withheld.
SECTION XI - PLENA OPERATIO
In order enhance and rekindle a spirit of activity within the Church, We, the High Pontiff and Most Holy Synod of the Canonist Church have deemed it necessary to resurrect the ancient tradition of required clergy logbooks. From now forward, every clergy member is required to keep a journal of how they have spread the word of GOD that Saint’s Week. The minimum requirement among Monastics shall be ten counts of almsgiving or contrite prayer per week, for Priests there shall be five confessions and one Mass per Saints Week, the minimum requirement among Bishops shall be two Masses per Saints Week along with the training and management of Acolytes, Deacons, and Priests.
SECTION XII - THE HUMBERTINE ORDER
We, the Synod of His Holy Church, and through the word of the Vicar of GOD, do acknowledge the necessity for the Humbertine Order of Friars to reemerge on the land of Atlas. It is by this decree that the High Pontiff and the Most Holy Synod of the Canonist Church do proclaim BROTHER HILARIUS to the role of Superior General. The Order shall take up residence within the Adamantine Cathedral and shall serve GOD and His Church in missionary duties.

The Pontifical Enthronement of 1649
1st of the Horen’s Welcome, 1649
The birdsong that had filled the air of Senntisten on the morning of Horen's Welcome briefly paused as bells soon began to toll throughout the city. As many outside were alerted of a change by the tolling of the bells, the great doors of the Adamantine Cathedral bursted open for all to see.
The Archbishop Bernard stands beside the Pontiff-Elect; he then begins to recite the Prayer of Penitence

"Almighty and most merciful Creator,
we have wandered and strayed from your ways
like lost sheep.
We have followed too much the devices and desires
of our own hearts.
We have offended against your holy laws.
We have left undone those things
that we ought to have done;
and we have done those things
that we ought not to have done;
and there is no health in us.
But you, O Lord, have mercy upon us sinners.
Spare those who confess their faults.
Restore those who are penitent,
according to your promises declared to mankind
in Horen our Lord.
And grant, O most merciful Creator, for his sake,
that we may live a disciplined, righteous and godly life,
to the glory of your holy name.
So say we all."

It is then when Elphias of Metz, Archbishop of Jorenus, was presented to the clergy, bearing an immaculate white frock and fresh laurels.
Archbishop Bernard continued; “With the Lord Creator our witness and guide, it has been divined that the Most Reverend Cardinal-Bishop, Elphias of Metz, born Elphias Stem, has been willed to fulfill the seat of the Church Pontificate. Do you heed the call of Our Creator to bear this vocation?
“I do so believe.”
“You have been ordained in our church, your household names forsaken and your life devoted in sole service to the teachings of our Creator. The vows of your past vocations remain firm; now you must make the declaration of assent.”
Archbishop Bernard then reads the Assent, preserved from a different time.
“The Church of Faithful is the One, Holy and Rightful Church of the Creator , worshiping the one true God, The Creator. It professes the faith uniquely revealed in the Holy Scrolls and set forth in the Faithful creeds, which faith the Church is called upon to proclaim afresh in each generation. Led by the Holy Light, it has borne witness to Faithful truth in its historic formulates, the Articles of Faith, The Book of Saints. In the declaration you are about to make, will you affirm your loyalty to this inheritance of faith as your inspiration and guidance under God in bringing the grace and truth of Horen to this generation and making Him known to those in your care?”
“I, Elphias Stem, do so affirm, and accordingly declare my belief in the faith which is revealed in the Holy Scrolls and set forth in the Faithful creeds and to which the historic formularies
of the Church of The Creator bear witness; and in public prayer and administration of the sacraments, I will use only the forms of service which are authorized or allowed by Canon.” replied Elphias.
Do you accept the Holy Scrolls as revealing all things necessary for eternal salvation through faith?
"I do so accept them."
"Will you be diligent in prayer, in reading Holy Scrolls, and in all studies that will deepen your faith and fit you to bear witness to the truth of the Word?"
"By the help of God, I will."
"Will you lead your people in proclaiming the glorious Word of Horen, so that the good news of salvation may be heard in every place?"
"By the help of God, I will."
"Will you teach the doctrine of Horen as the Church of Faith has received it, will you refute error, and will you hand on entire the faith that is entrusted to you?"
"By the help of God, I will."
"Will you be faithful in ordaining and commissioning ministers of the Church?"
"By the help of God, I will."
Will you be gentle and merciful for Horen’s sake to those who are in need,
and speak for those who have no other to speak for them?
"By the help of God, I will."
"Will you endeavor to fashion your own life and that of your household according to the way of God and make your home a place of hospitality and welcome?"
"By the help of God, I will."
"Will you work with your fellow servants in the Church for the sake of the kingdom of God?"
"By the help of God, I will."
"Will you accept the discipline of this Church, exercising authority with justice, courtesy and love, and always holding before you the example of Horen?"
"By the help of God, I will."
"Will you then, in the strength of the Holy Light, continually stir up the gift of God that is in you, that the good news of God may be proclaimed in all the Realm?"
"By the help of God, I will."
"Speak thus then the oath of the Pontificate, with the conclave and God as witness."
"I vow to change nothing of the received Tradition, and nothing thereof I have found before me guarded by my God-pleasing predecessors, to encroach upon, to alter, or to permit any innovation therein; To the contrary: with glowing affection as her truly faithful student and successor, to safeguard reverently the passed-on good, with my whole strength and utmost effort;
To cleanse all that is in contradiction to the canonical order, should such appear; to guard the Holy Canons and Decrees of our Saints and Pontiffs as if they were the divine ordinance of Heaven, because I am conscious of Thee, whose place I take through the Grace of God, whose Vicarship I possess with Thy support, being subject to severest accounting before Thy Divine Tribunal over all that I shall confess;
I swear to God Almighty and the Favored son Horen that I will keep whatever has been revealed through Horen and His Successors and whatever the Saints and my predecessors have defined and declared.
I will keep without sacrifice to itself the discipline and the rite of the Church. I will put outside the Church whoever dares to go against this oath, may it be somebody else or I.
If I should undertake to act in anything of contrary sense, or should permit that it will be executed, Thou willst not be merciful to me on the dreadful Day of Divine Justice.
Accordingly, without exclusion, We subject to severest excommunication anyone -- be it Ourselves or be it another -- who would dare to undertake anything new in contradiction to this constituted Tradition and the purity of the Faith and the Faithful religion, or would seek to change anything by his opposing efforts, or would agree with those who undertake such a blasphemous venture."
As his oath come to close, Bernard washes the face of Elphias and anoints his forehead with scented oils.
"Cleansed of worldly taint, you are reborn in the Creator's vision. Your heart blessed in the eternal compassion and truth of Horen; your soul aflame with the benevolent justice and fervor of Owyn; your body awash with the incredulous miracles and charisma of Godfrey; your mind attuned to the unworldly wisdom and vigor of Siegmund."
Bernard then garbs Elphias in the pontifical cloth, and bestows the pontifical laurels.
"By this you are known to all as preserver of truths and lord spiritual."

Archbishop Elphias lowered his head whilst standing in the Adamantine Cathedral. As he knelt before the Pontiff, entreating his blessing, a single tear was shed off of his cheek. In a parting manner he stated: "Your Holiness, you have preserved the flock for many a year and have held Humanity secure from the vexation and damnation of the accursed who so eagerly plague our beloved faithful with doubt and uneasiness. I will continue to pray for you, asking for those blessed and ever-memorable Pontiffs who came before you... to look with favor upon your parting and grant upon you every spiritual blessing through our Lord and GOD and Savior who dwells with them in the Seven Skies. Having be elevated to the Episcopacy by yourself, you have granted me the single greatest honor while on this plane, the ability to serve so many faithful in the name of our GOD. I pray that we will continue to be in our bond of friendship as you pass away from these halls and into your retirement. PAX VOBIS"

Archbishop Elphias of Metz, Archbishop of Jorenus, Proto-hegumen of all monastics, Pontifical Secretary, and Vice-Chancellor of the Holy Canonist Church rose from his seat among those assembled within the Conclave. With a rather loud tone he spoke before his Brothers in GOD these words:
Esteemed brethren,
It saddens me deeply that His Holiness found himself lacking a wellspring of hope as GOD’s vicar upon our plane, yet I pray for his well being and recovery of all that ails him with direct intercession from those who have passed before him in the Seven Skies. We must now select a new Pontiff to lead our Church and GOD’s faithful in the time of the Vacant See. I, as Vice-Chancellor of the Curia, feel that the Pontiff Emeritus trusted and, in his judgment, felt it right to make me his second, and thus I place my name upon the list of Pontiffs-to-be. Over my years as Archbishop of Jorenus, my Archdiocese has naught but thrived! I ordained many priests, consecrated monastics, and first and foremost ministered to the faithful dutifully and without lack of diligence.
If it were not for the gifts GOD himself gifted upon my person, the gifts to minister to His flock, I wouldn’t even had considered such a position. With these gifts, I shall, GOD willing, become the Servant of the Servants at the altar of GOD, ensuring stability and peace within His Church and His chosen people. If you, my brethren, are enlightened to elect me into the Pontificate-I shall offer you all my being in order to safeguard the Church for any harm that may come to her. I shall be a loving father to all within our blessed communion, bringing new energy to the Mother Church and all those who seek succor from her!
I beseech you all, esteemed brethren, for you to place my name into your prayers of consideration, for the time has come for a new servant to be selected. I will do everything in my GOD given ability to govern the church sagely. Through this, I shall continue the work of our esteemed Pontiffs of the past, Clement II, Everard IV and Clement III while embracing the future of the Holy Canonist Church grounded in the roots of our tradition.
Archbishop Elphias would conclude his short speech with a prayer, entreating the Holy Light and the intercession of all the great Saints of the Church who have shown forth wondrous miracles and have humbled the hearts of the Pontiff's past. Finally, he signed a name to the card before him, deposited it, and returned to his seat.

Brethren in the Holy Faith of the Canon:
During this past decade, Humanity has made several excellent strides in faith and obedience to GOD and Holy Mother Church.
Is is because of these strides that I offer this supplication before you all, and before our Most Glorious and Ever-Triumphant Creator.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, we are back. We are not only back, but we are here to stay. Humanity, is here to stay. GOD is here to stay.
Let me make this as perfectly simple as a fallible man such as I can. We now stand at a turning point. NO! Beyond a turning point… we stand in glory as a people and as a Holy Instrument against the Heathens, Heretics, and Apostates who bombard OUR world… GOD’S CREATION.
Remember, dear children, this land is not for the apostate. This land is for the Almighty. This land is made for and by GOD and his ilk.
Those who have fallen out of the Divine Protection of Holy Mother Church OH, DO REPENT.
For the hour of humanity is NOW. The hour of GOD is NOW. We must not pause our motion, we must not delay our strides. WE must press on, In faith and in Glory for our GOD is EVERYTHING.

Brethren in the Holy Faith of the Canon:
In my last Mass, I spoke to you all about the tremendous strides that the people of Haense had made in support of the Holy Mother Church under the leadership of King Otto II.
Now that his late Majesty has departed from this world in order to join our fathers in the Seven Skies, I thought it best to speak to you about what our faith teaches on the Seven Skies. Especially on this joyous Feast of Saint Karl.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, the Seven Skies are for Humanity. When I had first met the Deacon Yurii, and I had begun his training…. The first question he asked me was, ‘what exactly are the Seven Skies?’ You see, as Canonists we often talk about this place of truth yet we do not all fully understand it. We have been granted salvation through the Creator. Notice, dear brothers and sisters… GOD did not give the Seven Skies to the Dwarves, or to the Elves… he set aside His home for us. The Seven Skies are said to be ordered as follows:
Seventh Sky: The Throne of God
Sixth Sky: The Exalted Prophets
Fifth Sky: The Saints
Fourth Sky: The Blessed of the Church
Third Sky: The Faithful Canonists who spread GOD’s word
Second Sky: Canonists who are so in faith not works
First Sky: Men and Women who live lives of virtue in other Faiths
You see, brothers and sisters we should all strive to reach the Fifth Sky… We should all strive to become Saints. Yet, even if we fall short of that mark, GOD still has a place for all of Humanity. For He is gracious and loves mankind.

As Humans, we know all too well that a certain power structure has been present within our society since its inception. As Oreners, we look up to the Knights, Lords, Kings, and Emperor for their duty to uphold order in our society. However, we know that while this structure exists as the most efficacious way of providing peace, justice, and equality among men...it does have its flaws.
Within this power structure corruption, greed, and disorder exist. But that is something we live with, that is something we speak out against, or that is something we actively change. It is with the blessing of GOD that this structure exists. As the caretaker of all Humanity, Almighty GOD allows such a structure to exist for our benefit. So then, why does GOD allow corruption, greed, and disorder to plague a system He condones?
This question has floated among the minds of many reformers and revolutionaries, but they have not found an answer. Instead, they take matters into their own hands and assume that since they want justice… their idea of change will be superior to what GOD has blessed.
This question has also permeated the minds of great legal and historical scholars from all parts of the Empire. Despite their perceived knowledge and wisdom, their advice is never truly a solution as their petty understanding of the past is no match for the mind of GOD.
In their desperation, the kings of the earth kneel before the Holy Mother Church and again supplicate this inquiry of nations. Being as merciful, compassionate, and charitable as He who they prostrate before, Mother Church obliges them a simple answer: GOD is omniscient and Man is oblivious. While this answer seems to be a simple statement of fact penned by an aspiring acolyte, the truth it holds is prodigious. An omniscient Father sets forth his unknowing children of every principle with knowledge that through each one of them, ultimately the best will be awarded.
While we waste our precious time on earth with such trivial questions against GOD, we forget that our main role while here is to live according to his statutes. In doing so, we should take solace in our GOD and put our trust in His Church. Be pleased O ye people of faith, for it is in the successors of the wicked that the just rest.

Biography
Elphias is an only-child who hails from a lesser known stonemason family called Stem. He was born just outside of the ruined crown city of Heanse, St. Karlsberg in a dense patch of forest. He had three brothers, but the trio perished shortly after he was born due to circumstances not yet known to him. Elphias appears to be the last of the lot with his grandfather just passing away several months ago. While their numbers had always remained low, the Stem family gained some notoriety for being quick witted and skilled in their craft. Unfortunately, the latter trait does not seem to have been passed down to Elphias as he possesses no mechanical skills whatsoever. On the contrary, his wit is as sharp as ever and one of his main passions and skills is debate. Elphias is a bushy browed, blue eyed knockout who wishes to remain celibate for your information. He was born on a cold day in 1616. At the hour of his birth, his expiring mother made a request that he become a Priest. Mrs. Stem assumed that since she had three other children to produce heirs having one Priest would be a blessing to her family. Unbeknownst to her, yet previously noted, his brothers Samuel, Thomas, and Cain perished along with their father by the hands of a crazed mage. While only little memory exists of his family, it is remarkably pleasant and is a subject of great sorrow for him to reflect on. Shortly after the massacre of his family, Elphias was sent to live with his mother’s father and had been in his care for fourteen years. His grandfather Byrum instilled within him a great admiration for his mother and a fervent Canonist upbringing. Because of such an upbringing, Elphias has a strong devotion to St. Julia whom he sees to be much like who his mother was. He enjoys reading about her and the lives of the Saints in general. Along with this, Elphias is a frequent attendee at the house of prayer.
Personality Traits: Elphias's personality is exemplified in his piety. He is wholeheartedly benevolent and works to the best of his ability to serve those who he can. While he is kind in that manner, he is also quite strict and demands a great deal from those who he aids. Elphias displays many extroverted characteristics despite his piety, and enjoys conversing with others above all other pastimes. However, what he does not enjoy is disorder. He has potent distaste for disorganization and an aptitude for obsession.
Ambitions: Elphias is currently discerning fulfilling his mother’s wish for him to join the religious life.
Strengths/Talents: He does not posses a great deal of physical strength but is quite strong in mind. Elphias is nearly fluent in Flexio and has an aptitude for linguistics.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: Because he neglected his family's profession in order to study for the priesthood, he is quite physically weak. Ideology is another negative trait of Elphias, as he frequently falls into the snares of his own idealism.Appearance: Elphias is a clean shaven eithteen year old northern looking young man. His face has a youthful glowy and no dark spots exist below his eyes. He has light blue eyes and multi shaded brown hair. He is known for his bushy brown eyebrows which are a dominant trait in his family. He stands at 5’11” and is considered tall for his family.
