That's a valid point. What if they didn't get as much land? Perhaps just enough to make a base? 

These groups (Specifically the three mentioned in the post [Clerics, paladins, and ascended]) are always moving around... proving activity could be on a different scale perhaps? 

edit: Always moving around as in always roleplaying elsewhere, or at least seeming to.

     My availability seems to be at least two hours a day minimum. If I'm not on the main server these days, I'm typically on the build server.

Tell us an issue you currently experience on the server: (If you’re experiencing problems on the server at this current time, please state what they are.)

I believe regions in its current state have been simplified to becoming a problem. With almost everyone able to pass a region activity monthly check, I see more and more settlements pop up which is exactly what these maps were supposed to hinder. I'm also seeing problems within the region themselves and constant rule changes such as deciding if regions are RP or OOC based. I feel a clearer look on regions for 6.0 will definitely push forward with a better view of how regions are supposed to work.

How do you feel individual GMs should present themselves personally and collectively as a team?: (In your personal opinion, how should GMs communicate with the Player base, how should they act?)

     I believe its VERY important for Global Moderators to act as regular humans and not be the "sky god" which others raise them to be. I feel the 'crave of power' enters the mind much sooner if an individual feels they are the most important aspect of [insert anything]. This is a mineman server, which I play for fun with all of you... I just want to assist others the way I have been doing for quite some time now. Now, even though this is a video game, Global Moderators have a few important rules such as keeping the server flowing and maintaining peace. This means that people with this rank need to be efficient and peace keepers, as well as good community role models. Global Moderators should be able to work in groups, alone, and purpose specific projects or ideas which could benefit the community.

Positive Traits:

          Multitasking:

I believe its very important for global moderators to possess some form of efficiency through multitasking, which I believe I possess. The example I'd like to share is currently, with me being on both the Application Team and Event Team (Building for LotC long before I was accepted into the ET) I managed to so far, have a decent amount of apps, accomplish quite a few build projects, still building my heart away, and maintain a solid relationship with the community in OOC, WS, and Help chats. This, I believe is without many hiccups along the way. With this trait, I believe I can handle the work load and integrate it into my life IRL, rearranging my plate of responsibilities.

          Helper:

For quite some time now, I've wanted to assist in projects with LotC and pertaining activities to benefit the servers activity, roleplay quality, or internal server affairs. I have had a desire to continue my efforts with additional assistance and I would like to give a few examples: Such as my crave to assist new players outside of just their applications, such as communicating with them before and after their whitelist application on discord, forums, and in in-game chats. I feel it is a necessity to have individuals who care for our new players with outmost respect, for when we all close up our personal shops, they will be the next "generation". I also hope that I am helping as much as I can with 6.0, and not just spamming names in our name idea chat! Working with SeventhCircle the most, I took a break from my main project (roadways and terrain) to help him the best I could. In other words, I'm willing to stray away from personal projects which aren't as important to make sure others are satisfied and comfortable in their larger projects for good of everyone.

          Debater:

It is no secret that I like words, and I like to use them to debate with others on any issue. I have a tendency to question something I feel it is wrong or unjustified for another individual and I'd like to continue that mental position through my time of being on this server and into my life. This attribute is something which I find to be a double edged sword at times, seeing as specific individuals take offense to my 'devils advocacy', however I attempt to resolve any issue I may have with this trait immediately. I believe that change is a good thing, and that with the servers growing lore, player groups, ideologies, wants and needs... individuals need to be the bridge from the player base to the Administration team, funneling ideas, debating, and representing the players voice.

Negative Traits:

          Relaxing:

          It's very hard for me to relax. I'd like to just continue working, working, working, wor-wor-working... away. As you can see by my plethora of current projects, I like a lot on my plate as it keeps me detail oriented and organized, however I do sacrifice the "free time" and "relaxation" portion of this game. This definitely has impact on my morale from time to time, however very easy to bounce back from that and into my comfort zones of building and delegating my work.

          Delegation:

          It has taken me so long to figure out how and when to delegate tasks. We saw this with Veris after the council was disbanded. I was quickly overcome with my side projects, commissions, and a RP nation that I was working in solitude on. I'm still learning and moving around to the idea of this, however It's something I need to work on. The good thing is if I am accepted into the GM team, I'll be working from a trial and able to learn what is delegated to me, hoping that those practices may branch off to everything else that I do

          History:

          This isn't so much a "trait" more so a personality. I'd like to shadow back on a time I entered the Snow Elf teamspeak where Ski_king3 and Malinor were genuinely confused that I was the AfricanGlasses which rampaged through the server and exerted my hostility at any chance that I got. I've obviously moved away from that and have grown to a better light that comforts me and others on this server. Now, like every other person I have a fuse and at times, I become irritated, the key to that is to simply back away and leave the situation for another time, which has meshed into two scenarios: Either I believe that the situation is legitimately comical and accidently speak in an ill manner or sarcastically, OR I don't see the bigger picture and continue debating (which leads to arguing). This doesn't happen very often, but as I highlighted times with my positive traits: I'll highlight the bad. MrPieman1111 has seen this happen, twice. Both times I wasn't realizing that the opposing part was actually upset and upon my realization, I apologized for misunderstanding and communicating and then go about my day. I believe as any member of any society, not just pertaining to LoTC, that you need to hold reasonability for your actions both past and present. I believe its my duty to share my toxic side with the community to get a wholesome look at now just how I changed, but that I changed... and that I am only human, and although I wish I was a perfect robot out of a terminator movie; I'm not. 

Why are you the best candidate for the Game Team?: (Convince us on why you are the person we want within the Game Team)

          Every application season, many great applicants apply and I'm not going to type out a persusive response on how I can beat them because we are all different and in my opinion, not comparable, therefore I will only speak for myself. I believe with my just over 4 years on this server, I have made drastic changes and improvements to my personality, efficiceny, and reputation. It was not long ago I was considered among the most toxic individuals LotC had housed, and I'm glad to say that my reputation for the most part has been restored. I believe that through my time as a Global Moderator, I will uphold the rules and keep peace, however add the detail-oriented desire I have for all of my projects, leaving a personal touch of compassion to which those around me can see and remember. My job (with or without the acceptance of the GM management) is to give the players a better server than what I was given, and expand opportunities for new players, old players, returning players, and everyone in between. I hope that I am remembered for not something great, or exceptional: but for simply taking up some tools and working with others on assisting a better tomorrow for a game we care so much about. When we look at LoTC, the vast majority of us ONLY play this server, and theres a reason for that. For some, its an escape from reality-- others, a cleanse-- some, almost a lifestyle as they feel comfortable on this platform. No matter who you are or what your reason is for being on this server, you deserve the best version of the game that can be handed to you, and I believe that with the help of manipulating some of my negativities into positivity, I can assist in that greatly. I have a lot of work to do, personally and for the server... and I'd very much appreciate it if you would help me get even farther, to get you as a player farther along the way. Let's get this going!

As  much as Chorale and I have fought and befriended each other, I don't believe this is the right time for him. I believe he has changed (For the better) and that the majority of these comments towards him are A) Without evidence and B) from toxic sources themselves. 

I just think you need to get school in order, progress to leadership in your current teams/in the community, and then progress with Global Moderator.
