As the day broke and the light shined under the glorious manor and village of Jesterville, a wedding occured and a feast as well. The treacherous army of Mike the Clown marched onto the lands of Jesterville and sought to kill I, Clive P. Jester and my family as well. When they marched onto our gates, the so called "Arch-Clown" failed to answer in defense, but a new leader arose, the true ruler, The Magicians. We swore fealty to them as they stood at our gates, and in return for our efforts, they sent the cowards fleeing into the snow with their tails in between their legs! We found the true king! House Jester has been taken advantage of over the years, but no more! Our ruler has come, and we are to fight this menace alongside these men! The Arch-Clown is false and the King of Comicland a coward too.These men of the North-South West seek to spit on us Entertainers, yet House Magician knows of our struggles and shall rise with them in rebellion! House Jester will fight for House Magician in this rebellion and to free the South-South-East-West!

With the formation of the Canonist league, the following signatories have henceforth drawn offence from the contents and the nature of the alliance signed by its members. Based off the member states of the Canonist league, the following signatories are also worried about the possible Orenic motivations behind the league's formation. We, as allies have drawn offence by the Canonist league’s commitment to “Contain Stauntonism”, a direct insult to His Majesty, Joseph Alexander and family.
The League of Nations does give each signature of the Canonist League a grace period of two Saints days to retract their signature, or face the consequences that may arise from not doing so.

Any reason for that? Can't say that I can think of a time where I have ever acted in a bias way in a situation demanding that I behave impartially. I've done my best to extend friendliness and civility with everyone, including people who are outside of my group or friends.

What is your availability: 4 hours Mon-Friday somewhere between 3pm - 12am GMT, weekends variable, clear weekends could mean 6-8 hours, busy weekends may limit me to a couple of hours.

Tell us an issue you currently experience on the server: I would like to try to lessen the OOC faction mentality between different groups, and overall hostilities. Many people on the server have experienced the negative effects of this, and it is usually to the detriment of dynamic and fun roleplay. Hostilities in roleplay is one thing, but when hostilities are evident on skype and on the forums on an ooc-level, it can be harmful to the server and discourage newer players to remain on the server.

How do you feel individual GMs should present themselves?: I think that GMs on this server are representative as a whole of the staff teams to the player base and of the server to other communities. They are the frontrunners of the community and I believe they should hold themselves highly and act responsibly, serving as role-models for all players, especially newer ones. I think they should be allowed to talk casually and joke around when off duty and or in skype chats, but when on-duty on game or on the forums they should act maturely.

How do you feel the GM team collectively should present itself?: The GM team should be seen as a welcoming groups of players, who are friendly and helpful to all, but who are also strict when necessary, whilst being fair at the same time. GMs should be able to admit when they are wrong, and take the necessary steps to rectify problems when they have made a mistake.

What is your relationship with the members of the current GM Team?: I get on very well with much of the current GM team, I am familiar with most of them, and friends with quite a few of them.

Pros of Vegetarianism:

I believe that I am a helpful person, with a great degree of patience. I often help newer players grasp certain elements of RP, and help them to integrate into a wider community. I endeavour to be civil with all players, even with those whom I may not see eye to eye with on all matters.

I am capable of working well as part of a team, already having much experience of this on LOTC whilst governing nations for over a year.

I am widely known to many people on the server, having friends in many different groups, who are part of many different races. I also believe that I am easily approachable to others.
Cons of Vegetarianism:

I have had a history of excessive fooling around, for a brief period I used excessive memes on my time on LOTC. I do not ever intend to repeat what happened, and regret it deeply. Prior to that I had a good track record of creating RP, friendliness and civil behavior.

Following on from this, I may have upset a few people who now think less of me for it, as a GM however I would not allow for my opinions of them or their opinions of me to change the way that I act towards them.
Pro and a Con of Vegetarianism:

I am an argumentative person, and I like to defend my viewpoint. I feel this could be both a benefit and a drawback, in that I could come to a more rounded judgement, leading to a fairer GM ruling, but it could however cause a situation to become a more time consuming event.

Tell us about your time on Lord of the Craft: I first joined LOTC around two and a half years ago, first going to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, playing the infamous Grigor Grandaxe, trying to get to grips with roleplaying. Following on from there, I had a few shorter lived personas before founding the Stauntons and Courland. I have been a part of many different groups, and have played a number of minor characters, but have also built over the past couple of years a sizeable playerbase. I have taken numerous leadership roles of settlements and nations and was formerly the King of Courland. I have many good memories from inside and outside of Courland, and have met many people who I would freely consider to be my friends.

What parts of the server are you most interested in?: (What is it about Lord of the Craft that compels you? Is it the Lore of the server, the development and plugins?) I enjoy, though stressful it may be, leading, to ensure that I can make sure that everything is done properly, that there is sufficient diversity in RP, and that everybody around me is enjoying themselves and is content with the server.

Other than yourself, who of the current applicants would you like to see on the GM Team?:

Smawton - Hard working, approachable and friendly, definitely deserves a shot.

Nazdus - I think it would be very good for someone completely different who could bring Nazdus' skill sets to the table to be a GM.

Onslaughted - Again, I think he could bring some new things to the table.

Ioannis - Known him for a very long time, I feel that he is well connected, helpful and an all round pleasant individual.

Marijanaology - Again, friendly, well connected, approachable and has had staff experience, another excellent candidate.

Kincaid_ - Great, friendly guy that you can have a laugh with, I think he would be a good medium for player - staff communication.

The Eagle’s Flight: The Death of a King
“Whoever lights the torch of war in Axios can wish for nothing but chaos.”
Ushered by His Majesty, King Tobias Staunton, lying upon his death whilst addressing his son and heir, Joseph Alexander.
The great eagle laid in its nest. Blood covering his clothes and his bedsheets. Courland’s best physicians and doctors rushed around the limp body of Tobias I Staunton, attempting to re-invigorate the dying monarch. The most trusted guards stood outside of his chamber’s doors, not letting anyone in, if they were asked why the men would simply respond: “His Majesty needs his privacy.” Not even the royal family knew of what happened, as they too were barred entrance.
Tobias grew tired, the eagle knew he was not to survive, he ordered his physicians to leave and tell the guards to call his closest friends and family. His wife, which feared the worse, was already weeping before entering, and fell on her knees as she saw the bloodied physicians leave the king’s room. The faces of those that stood outside Tobias’ room turned white as they saw the grizzly state the king was in. A boar had rushed the king, injuring his side, making him loose too much blood. The king would only see Joseph Alexander, his wife, Lisette, Sven Staunton, Frederick Staunton, Percival Mauntel and Ser Rotger all of whom mourned the king, even if Tobias has not departed yet. The great monarch, the man that ushered in a new age of renewal and freedom from imperial oppression said his goodbyes, to his heir, to his wife and to the great men that advised him. He closed his eyes.
The old eagle had died and a new one has risen to take his father’s crown. Immediately those present in the room knelt before Joseph, after the king took his last breath. They exclaimed, with a lethargic sadness for what could’ve been if Tobias lived for longer: “The king is dead, God save the king.” The group said. They repeated, once again, this time with more hope for what was to come: “The king is dead, God save the king!”
A few hours later the criers of the kingdom came out to Aleksandria, shouting: “The most reverent and God-fearing King Tobias, first of his name, second King of Courland has passed. The king is dead, God save the king!”

Issued and Confirmed by his majesty the King Tobias Staunton of Courland.
In recognition of loyal vassalage and service to the Crown, we choose to reward honorable Ostromir of House Ivanovich with the Arch-Ducal title & lands of Hanseti-Ruska, nestled in the northern territories of Axios - on which his tribe and all northmen alike may choose to settle once again. Granted also the title of Warden of the North, it falls upon Duke Ostromir to protect the lands from Southbound incursions, and act as the first line of defense in protection of the Heartlands. It pleases the crown to once again establish a foothold in the North, and allow civilisation to once again flourish in the harshness of the Haensetic tundra. Whilst endowed certain autonomy, all vassals must maintain the King’s peace and follow the laws of his country. The title of Arch-Duke of Haneseti-Ruska will be one House Ostromir and their legitimate issue shall hold for the duration of their loyal service to the House of Staunton. In return for their loyal service, the Crown does also promise enforce the laws of succession decided upon by the House of Ostromir, and protect them from all threats, both domestic and foreign in nature.

A ROYAL DECREE, 1614
Upon the 6th of the First Seed, 1614, His Royal Highness, Oliver, King Regent of Courland has seen it fit to pardon four formally banished citizens of the Realm, after a reassessment of the justification for the banishment had found it both unnecessary and the incorrect way to have gone about each individual situation. On this day, the following individuals will be pardoned from this Kingdom;
Sophia Alexandra
Gonzalo de Castro
Conrad Roswell
The King Regent does solemnly apologise for the actions of the administration that applied such sanctions, and welcomes each individual back into the Royal court with his most sincere sympathies.
The Regent also issues an apology for the issues surrounding the war with the House of Ruthern, and for Courland’s part in the conflict, for such a loss in life in a conflict which could have perhaps been better handled through diplomatic means rather than through military intervention.
The Regent also appoints Ser Elias de Castro as the Grand Knight of the Kingdom once more, and apologises for the actions of the previous administration in removing him from his position.
