    I also find it really just rude that you would think someone will never change, because you and some of your friends like to pain this "I'm a changed man." image about yourself after your long ban. I feel like your two months on the GM team really went to your head dude.

    I don't think I am as bad as I once was, to be fair, but that only happened after a separate event. Though away from me, this post would have been made even if I were not on the GM team, I have known this player for a long time and even if I was or am toxic to some extent, Luv is much worse than I am.

  2. Absolutely not -1

    Explanation: You hook people into a clique, go get power, abuse it, get bored, rinse and repeat. It's harder for you to learn a lesson than it is for me and that is saying something. You have messed up priorities and morals regarding the server and how you act in general. You have no place on a team moderating other players where you're meant to be understandable as a person and unbiased. You are neither of these things and I severely doubt that you will ever be either of those things.

    A person who takes joy in being blatantly toxic, a liar, and cliquey should not be on any staff team let alone the server.

  3. This is just a little post that I thought up to explain to everybody why the rules in general are being rewritten. I'm going to take a fun little example and try my best to explain it.

    Definitions.

    Arguably, this is the most important part of any good rule book, and it should be taken with precision and forethought. We can take the most extreme case of fast and loose definitions, Freebuild.

    "Defining Freebuilds

    All subject to GM discretion."

    Now, at first, this doesn't really sound that bad. Leaving it to GM's gives us more freedom to moderate freely, yeah? The problem comes when you're actually interacting with something that isn't JUST classifying a freebuild's status. I'll explain this now.

    Reasonable Distances, Objective Centers and The Subsequent Circles That Follow

    "You may not build closely to another Freebuild, Nation, or Nation Owned Tile. This is roughly gauged as 50 to 100 blocks."

    On the game team, we mostly moderate this 'close' or reasonable distance as 50 blocks. For argument's sake, however, we'll take the average, 75. Now, this is where we have to turn back to our definition of a freebuild. At first, we had no true definition of a freebuild and left it up to the GM to handle, easy enough, it's up to them to decide, yeah? Wrong. When you look at this, you realize that we never defined 1) The center of the freebuild, 2) What exactly we mean by a 'build closely' prohibition. What happens this, is that you now have a radius. Let's say I have a block representing a freebuild, that means you cannot build in about 75 blocks of said block. Which, subsequently, for nations, means that you now 'own' that area enclosed within that 75 distance of the block. The figure you get from this is a circle. Though, the problem then comes that you can't build within 75 blocks of the land they own / have built on. Let's say I build another block for a building on the perimeter / edge of my area, the 75th block itself. I know own another 75th block. So now we have (pi * 75^2 + pi * 75^2 - (some overlap area)), as our total area of our freebuild. This method means you effectively expand infinitely with the amount of blocks you place.

    Rapid Method of Expansion
    Let's say, however, that you instead define freebuild as owning the blocks within your area, which then means that you know have all those blocks as yours, which by definition, means you expand your circles all at once again, thats 5625pi blocks, then and then it grows again, and again, and again. The result of this is that freebuild is basically worthless since one block constitutes owning 100% of all land.

    The formula you can use for breaking freebuild:
    N = Amount of blocks

    B = Amount of overall overlapped area in blocks
    r = Radius

    (N * pi * r^2 - (B))

    (I made the formula simpler using definitions)

    Which ones in specific are you talking about?

    Sprites would no longer have color-types that determine their appearance and personality. Sprites would no longer have Toxins. Sprites would now have a weak form of Nature's Control. Sprites now have a purpose in Nature and the Balance, each one a different task assigned to them by the Aspects, determined by the color of their Orb. Added info on Sprite mischevy and personality, including culture.
