What's the rule you agree to the most?: Respecting other players and perma-killing those that abuse the resurrection system.
Are there any rules that confuse you or don't make sense?: The only thing I was unsure about is if your character has to forget their entire roleplay history leading up to their death upon resurrection, or just that singular RP it took place in. If this could be confirmed, that would be great.
How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: Through other players recommending it as a great RP experience in MC.

In-Character Information
Character's name: Calden Reese
Character's gender: Male
Character's race: Human
Character's age: 32
Biography:
Calden was born in the small village of Oakhearth, to Edward and Katherine Reese. Katherine worked as a barmaid in the local tavern whilst his father was a woodcutter for the community. He assisted in the construction of new houses and was a very welcoming man to any of the travellers that passed by. Growing up with little friends, and no siblings, Calden's days consisted of helping his mother and father to complete their tasks whilst talking to those that would stop for a drink in the tavern. Here he heard tales of the rest of the world around him and vowed to leave the comfort of his village to see it for himself one day. Being an adventurous sort, Calden found great interest in the remains of the Cultist settlements that were nearby and always enjoyed climbing around the cemetery and imagining he was fighting the ghosts that came from the graves. As he grew older, he reluctantly joined his father as a woodcutter and assisted in the slow growth of Oakhearth. With barely anyone of his own age around, Calden grew socially awkward and began to prefer his own company. However, he still dreamt of taking to the roads of Athera and knew that he would find his destiny out there someday.
Around the age of 21, Calden's life was drastically changed as his mother was the victim of a robbery at the tavern. Two roughly armoured men entered the room, demanding money from Katherine Reese behind the bar, wielding a knife and a sword between them. She gave into their demands, handing them a bag of gold, but tried to call out for her husband and Calden before they could leave. One of them stabbed her fiercely and they both ran out into the night, leaving her to bleed to death on the tavern floor. As a result, Calden and his father grew much closer to one another and Calden's plans of leaving were delayed as he knew his father would be heart-broken if his son were to leave him. Six months later, the swamps surrounding Oakhearth finally took their toll on Edward Reese and he developed an unknown fatal disease that left him bedridden and unable to work. With his time split between caring for his father and bringing in income from the woodcutting, Calden was left to watch as his father died a week later.
This brought Calden into darkness and he immediately left the village to pursue a new life in the unfamiliar lands around him. However, walking along the roads as he had always planned to, Calden felt he was letting down his parents by finally leaving Oakhearth and the surrounding landscapes only reminded him of his home and the events that occurred. His sorrow eventually led him to the nearest boat and away from the land of Athera, hoping to return one day when he felt ready to settle down. Calden continued to travel across seas and lands, every location a blur to him, continuing to satisfy his need for adventure. This lasted for a number of years, with the thought of his homeland never completely fading. His guilt eventually subsided and he realised his parents would be proud of the man he had become, making his living through helping people with odd jobs to pay for his travelling supplies, and Calden allowed himself to enjoy life a little more.
It is now ten years since Calden left Athera's shore and, at the age of 32, he has returned to finally discover the lands that he left behind in sorrow and to see what awaits him since his departure so long ago.
Personality Traits: Calden is a quiet individual, enjoying his own thoughts and as little company as possible. He is tactical in his thinking and prefers to negotiate his way out of conflict or to avoid it all together. However, once his loyalty is earned, he is a valuable ally and will go out of his way to settle any problems his friends might have. Despite preferring his own company, Calden does find some peace in a tavern atmosphere due to his upbringing and is happy to drink or talk the night away with a close friend away from the busy bar. He also is fond of nature and his travelling is an important and peaceful aspect to his life.
Ambitions: To continue to discover the world around him in his travelling and to find somewhere he feels suited to and comfortable enough to settle down to raise a family.
Strengths/Talents: Calden is very skilled with a knife, due to years of using it as an assistance tool on the roads, and is able to carve wood with ease using it. He is also a strong individual but prefers to use his negotiation and bartering skills, when required to speak, to help him forwards. He is also a keen writer, keeping a journal within his coat for his travels, and is average at using a bow.
Weaknesses: This includes his weak social skills, fear of fire, allergy to rabbit meat and failure at cooking.
Appearance: Calden is a tall individual, his head barely scrapping the top of a door frame, and has short scruffy chestnut hair with a roughly shaven chin. This is usually covered by a thin black fabric mask that covers the lower part of his face that he has grown accustomed to wearing through his travelling. It might make him look sinister or shifty but it is mainly worn to cover his face from any winds and to make him feel more comfortable due to his lack of social skill. His eyes are a deep blue and a few freckles still dot his nose. He has a thick build and his large chest is covered in a number of deep scars from a feral wolf attack during his previous travels. His attire consists of a long black coat, lined with golden trimmings, that brushes the ground at his feet. This covers a thin grey shirt and comfortable black woollen trousers. He also wears heavy black travelling boots, made of a worn leather, and his black mask.
