How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I was looking for some decent rp server and found this. What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is when you take on another role, as Robin Hood, Sauron, Mario, Cloud etc. Basically, you change your behavior to be someone else to the extent, a role. What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when you use information out-of-character in-role-play. Example, someone hid a treasure in-character and told you where it is and you go get it in-character. What is powergaming?: Powergaming is when you create actions that doesn't give the other one a chance, example, Banana stabs Apple three times in the face Apple shoots Banana in the knee Banana kills Apple. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. Character’s name: Ro'en Character’s sex: Female Character’s race: Wood elf. Character’s age: 98 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Ro'en's family was only of her father, they had quite unusual customs., they were theifs.. Her father was one of the greatest scoundrels there was, sadly her mother died during childbirth, Ro'en never was a master at thievery, one could say. She was more interested in weapons and combat, she used to train with her father already at young age. As the years passed they fled from Anthos to The Fringe to Thales to Anthera. Ro'en and her father was close to eachother and made a great team. They earned alot and was wealthy. However, one day three men in red hoods came to their home and brutally murdered Ro'en's father when she was asleep. Next morning when Ro'en woke up only to see her fathers disembered corpse she felt for the first time revenge and anger. After escaping to Athera she sought up the men and attempted to kill them all. She failed drastically and almost died trying to. In agony she fell back, thinking that she would never beat them. But something inside of her made her also believe that she shouldn't give up, even if she dies trying. She immediatly began training like never before, motivated by her father's death. After training in 10 years she sought up the men agian, this time successful. Ro'en brutally murdered the men, right before their deaths she asked them why'd they did it. They simply answered, "Brother betrayed us, now he has paid the price.". Ro'en realised she had murdered the last of her family bloodline, her uncles. Now it was only her left. She was directed to mercenary-work and decided to take that path. She worked as a merc for the past years, right before and after the escape to Vailor. She learned more things and tricks about combat and standard living. Ro'en roams Vailor for a fancy price to settle on. Character personality: Sarcastic, humorous, usually social, strong, selfish, righteous. Ambitions: To work as a mercenary and earn coin by what she is best at, find a "big con" and settle down with a family. Strengths/Talents: Strong and quick, expertise in archery and swordsmanship. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Short-tempered, greedy, abit dramatic, impatient, manipulative, sarcastic. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): 5"8' , 42 kg, has a light tan skin, loose bright brown, almost blond hair with smaller braids, wears a head-accessory and a tight green tunic with leather armor. I've been looking for a decent rp server for some time and found this trailer-thingy about Lotc. It looked rather alot interesting so I decided to take a shot. Character’s name: Zed Character’s gender: Male Character’s race: Dark elf Character’s age: 142 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. He remembers he was of a noble family, and that they despised half-breeds, just like Zed does. Zed didn't think much of elven culture at all. He was however interested in martial arts and how to handle a sword. He used to go to the woods of Normandor to train. One day he was out training there was a shadowy man approaching him. He said he was impressed on Zed and that he wanted to offer him the path of power. Zed laughed and questioned him but even before he could finish the line he was on the ground, in severe pain. Zed agreed to be trained by the man and they dissappeared into the woods. For the next hundred years Zed was trained on how to destroy ones opponent with fist and sword. But that was not all. The man had been brainwashing Zed and planting thoughts in his mind. Zed started hearing voices and having visions of living shadows. When Zed became 132 he completly gave up his mind to the madness that his master planted. He confronted his master in the thought of that he was of dirty blood, however, his master scarred his face severely before Zed butchered him, limb from limb. Zed returned to Asulon and started his work. He would hunt down all the half-breeds he could find and paint the streets with their blood. He became a myth. When the descendant races left Athera for Vailor, Zed's shadow would follow. He will not rest untill the world has been purified. Personality Traits: Conscientous, strong, manipulative. Ambitions: Kill all half-breeds, prove that he's not a myth but very real. Strengths/Talents: Master at martial arts and swords. Can be silent as a feather and invisible in the shadows. Unnaturally strong and quick. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Can't part reality and nonreality at sometimes, causing severe seizures. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): 5 .2 feet tall, 92 kilos (all muscle). A scarred and disfigured face behind the mask.
