Is there not a rule that's states when Combat has been initiated that nobody can join midfight?

10 people emoting all at the same time is personally too much for me to bear. At least have the raid cap raised to 5 if you're going to raise it.

Is anything going to be done to revive banditry and increase the amount of spots you can bandit within this current map?

Banditry is currently being hindered due to fast travels from point a to point b with little to no walking. Basically one can now travel anywhere they like without caring about bandits on roads or any sort of villainy rp. I feel like this could be one of the easier problems to solve.

I personally think these appeals/ applications are going to do jack ****. Just like ban appeals, a player can and probably will bullshit their appeal and continue to perform subpar villainous role play. I personally think blacklists and bans are already enough punishment.

30 more minutes for a raid, and one more person for a raid. I don't see why you can't make lawless raids the same as war raids to simplify all these uneccesary rules, or at the very least revert to the first draft of the raid rules. Why not a poll or some ****.

Also, are you all oblivious to the fact that banditry is being hindered due to carts going directly to settlements? So basically you go from a magic safe zone where nobody can touch you (ft hub/cart) to a settlement? Seeing as you put a rule saying you can't bandit near Fts, how are you going to address this situation? As of right now, I did not see anything to help within the new rules.
