About Me

Heyyo

My name is Havoc and I am a scrub rper and artist from the desert region of the US. I'm typically not too active in forums (shyness) but I'm hoping I can become a cool person to talk to later on as well as hopefully get some drawings posted.

I'm usually a bit busy for even a week at a time, but I'll likely make it on as soon as I can here- mostly active during the late nights. Feel free to message me :3

About Jaggera:

OOC: Jaggera is a character from a past rp that I had that I was really attached to- on the other server he was a travelling barracuda-based merman who carried a bag (which he nicknamed Doomper) to keep his treasures and things that he found in. The name Jaggera was given to him for the purpose of irony, the name is intense-ish but he's a pretty laid back guy- I kinda based him off of Bruce from Finding Nemo, while my friend who I was rping with had a clownfish based character... So it was just a little fun I was having. Jag is very flirtatious and silly but steps back and becomes flustered if his teasing is retaliated.

In character: Jag's real name is Jaedir and he is a bit more shy and serious on this server but I'm sure that's do to him being a child in a new place for the most part- he'll become more laid back as he ages. He loves to explore and spends a majority of his day running around, which will probably end up with him in some hot water somehow.

His backstory is pretty much him just losing track of his parents for a few years after he fell in a river at age seven. His family was travelling between cities and had to make a stop, Jag got curious and wanted to look at the river below them but got to close to the edge of the cliff and kinda just ploomped over. By the time his family could take action he was pretty far down the river, which branched out into more streams, Jag took a turn into one of the weaker streams that directed him in a direction his family wouldn't have considered, as they were following some of his items like his hat and vest that had come off of him and were going down another stream. His family searched for the better part of two months before giving up, and Jaggera ended up living in the forest for about two years. He learned to set up traps with spears rather than hunt, as most of the time he was too week for the sprinting and takedowns hunting required- but he learned to rely on spears and they became his favorite weapon. Once he had enough strength to wander around without worry he found a marsh close by that had much bigger game and decided to set traps there over the course of the next two days. During the process, he slipped and cut his left shoulder before falling in the marsh water. Jaggera would come back and check on his traps in the marsh- each time with a greater festering infection on his shoulder- finding that each one had been tampered with or entirely dismantled, the latter not being something a hoofed beast is capable of. After a bit more exploring, he found that one of his traps had caught a pretty impressive deer. As he gained proximity to the animal, it got free and attacked him, knocking him out before charging off. He woke up in a small but tidy cabin claimed by an old human woman name Abelle, who looked after Jaedir for about a year. She cleaned his wound, telling him that continuous treatment will clear the infection up, but that it seemed it ate into his shoulder muscle, weakening it. The first couple of weeks she fed him he ate all she would serve, even asking to take from her plate. He would steal and stash some vegetables from her garden in his room for later consumption, which earned him the nickname 'Jaggera' from the old woman- a playful name parents or grandparents would use for their children or grandchildren, meaning 'to make oneself' or 'selfish one'. He found out she was the one ruining his traps, being told that he was setting too many and the herds were starting to avoid the marsh- leading the big cats that she relied on for protection to stop coming to the marsh as well. Abelle would teach him all that she knew about animals, gardening, and cooking, allowing him to take part in the latter activity and teach him all about her culture and its food. She ignored the little elf whenever he asked about why she lived alone in the marsh.

Abelle died of natural causes about a year after Jaggera joined her company. He buried her, and had the entire cabin to himself. He looked after it for about a half year before being run out by travelers which were never said to come to the marsh and rather than live in the forest again, he opted to look for a city- to move on. He lived on the edge of Linandria for about a year and a half, never actually building up the courage to join the city before being found by Meriel, who takes care of him now.
