Vexalia bursted out into a fit of uncontrollable laughter when the news reached her, whilst she wasn’t in the company of her beloved husband. “Mayilu, the false and unworthy elves of Fenn have planned on using the language of another more favoured race than them, they’ve also stolen the works made them the Draugr library. I pity the fools in Fenn who condone plagiarism, and even more so their land because of their blatant stupidity that lead to them stealing others’ works because none are intelligent enough to write their own.” She snorted, kissing the heads of her twins before going back to reading  copy of the book. “I’m going to have to tell Fennic citizens to skah off now..”

Vexalia furrows her brows in concern as the man who showed up to a trial completely intoxicated offers his services to the empire.

Still, she debated hiring him to find her missing pair of spectacles.

Vexalia Lothryne smiled deeply as word reached her through her ever loyal halfling secretary. “I’m glad they’re making peace... I wonder how many times Artimec was beaten to ensure these steps were taken.” With a soft chuckle to herself, the mali’fenn got to work on another paper. “I hope Kaz’s reign continues to be this decent, and that he stops calling himself a human name. Kaz suits him better.”

“Well, ****.” The elf grunted bitterly. “Guess I’ll pull a Fenn and stay neutral.” With that, she went back to pleasantly envisioning the gory demises of her snelven enemies.

“Good on the Wyvern.” Vex cheered in the company of her secretary as she received the news. Masses of paperwork were stacked behind her, though the elf’s mood had been lifted by the word the attack. “Though what next?” She asked, “A drake in curon?- oh, wait...” 

Emitting a stream of low grumbles, the mali’fenn minister got back to her work reforming the magic ministry. 

Vexalia simply nodded in approval.

“Mm. That Will always did have a good head on his shoulders.” Vex commented from her office as a secretary delivered her the news. “They ought bicker less amongst themselves and look to the skies.” The elf sighed, her ears drooping. “The stormsingers live and the Vaeyl do too... its only a matter of time now before they come in force... and all hands will be needed on deck when that terrible day arrives. Hopefully Bruce needs my words.”

“What about me?” The mali’fenn minister inquired, saddened at their failure to mention her.

Minister Vexalia Lothryne of the Empire of man allowed her lips to curl into a smirk as she read the missive out to her mages. “Alfius!” She called out to one of her most trusted captains. “We’re going to watch this trial and work out why the **** Khel’laurir didn’t stay dead the first time.” @Netherworld15

Vexalia cheered, her  expression one of sheer pride as she heard the news of her close friend’s the triumph. “I can’t say I’m surprised.” She commented. “But I can say I’m proud.”

[!] The pigeon would return to Kren’s Home through the means of a very fat paper glider, dead and plucked, as well as roasted. It’s accessories remained intact. The parchment only read one thing.

Lady Vexalia Lothryne stood at the side of her beloved husband, Auriel and their twin children. “They hold the deserters in higher regards than Fenn.” She mused, before breaking out into a light smirk. “Death to all those who refuse to return to the path of light, but first and foremost, death to the impure snow elves who refuse to accept the truth.”

“... Perhaps we can further diplomatic relations by grouping together to laugh at this concept.” Lady Lothryne commented to her husband over a glass of wine. @Auriel_

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

An Izkuthii is a servant of Llahir, the Daemon of trickery, thievery and luck, who has transcended the plains of mortality (in the case of adults and above) to serve as a disciple of the aforementioned Daemon. Unlike descendants, these beings do not require conventional sustenance to survive, rather opting to place a mark of discord, a mark which, upon being placed successfully, causes the victim to gain a nagging sensation, which rapidly grows over the course of several hours, to either steal or trick a random person. If an Izkuthii fails to feed at least twice a month in the case of an adult, the PK clause is filled, and the user must PK their character, unless they enter hibernation, which lasts a minimum of two ooc weeks.

The Izkuthii utilise a number of boons from their Daemon lord, including a masked, unmasked and unmasked lite form as a means to conceal their true identity as fledgling Izkuthii gain a tattoo of an eye about a swirling helix upon their forehead, with adults and ancients gaining the same, or an additional eye, with a pair of horns that vary in color and style from person to person. Fledglings are able to disguise themselves to resemble a mortal, however, when they receive damage, the disguise is broken, sending them into their true form.

All Izkuthii must adhere to the Trickster’s Code- a set of rules that are the will of Llahir. If a fledgling Izkuthii breaks the code, they are subject to being disconnected unless they repent, meaning they lose their powers. Once permanently disconnected, they are left with a scar on their very souls which causes instability in their mood. Adult Izkuthii and beyond are unable to be disconnected permanently, as their organs have changed, and they are no longer classified as a descendant, resulting in them having to PK if they are unable to repent to Llahir and the ancients, due to them being unable to feed.

Vexalia groaned and prepared the clinic.

Did someone say ‘revolution’? ?

The female was not able to respond because Aelthir was speaking to himself like a madman. 

A woman clad in black simply chuckled upon catching a glimpse of the corpse.

”Congratulations, several Ivae’fenn are needed to take on just one of our assassins. You must be proud in this significant increase in your army’s competence.”

The woman briefly paused.

“Displaying bodies in such a way. Makes one almost think you all have secret lives as bandits..”

[!] As the Ivae’Fenn tried to storm their pseudo base, they found only a letter, with not a member to be found.

Said letter was written in big, bold letters, with a crimson painted heart drawn below.

”Nice try.”

If I could +100 this guy, I would.

Direct, straight to the point and mature. I can easily envision him going far as a member of the GM team.
