So what you're saying is, My persona who is a sell-sword, who has no allegiance, but wants to fight, with the side his personality likes, which was the Reivers, you are saying I cant as a player because I didn't make an ooc post about my one persona saying who he wanted to fight with.

I believe the current War Rules need to be looked at, as right now this is just a little confusing for most of the player base.

Have you held any LotC staff position(s) before? If so, for how long?: Yes, I held an Application team position for about 3 weeks, the reason I left was I had to get a break from Lotc and finish up school.

Do you have prior history in any forms of moderation?

In forms of moderation, I am currently involved in my schools Band, so I am active in helping the Freshmen who come up from 8th grade, and I try to be the best role model I can.

Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

The reason I would like to join the Gm team is to be able to help fix the Raid Rules, and War Rules, I feel as being a better than average pvper on Lotc, that my experience can help influence the rules that are currently in place. Right now, the way rules are currently they need some help and fixing, currently as a player I find it hard to be able to go to a town, and begin to bandit and break into homes, as the rules currently limit ones doings of breaking into things. I also would like to be able to help new player retention and finding ways as a Gm to help new players find a way to join the server and stay on the server, as I see many new players join but once they are in, they never really continue.

Describe your knowledge on the descendant races

Well for one I know that humans have come from the cannonist god and stuff, along with him making the Horens which was the royal house and humans came from them.  I know that the elves came from Malin as descendants of him, sons and daughters, which then each had a war and it started to show the sub races for them. Orcs are descendants of krug. The dwarves are a descendant race, Children of Uruguan.

Describe your knowledge on other pieces of lore that you believe to be relevant

The other pieces of lore I know about, is some basic dark elf stuff from being with the warhawkes, I also know about a ton of Santegian lore because I have been there ever since it has started, I also know a fair bit about lore from Courland even though its gone, its still useful in rp because of the Santegian Rebellion that people could write about in their applications. I also have vast knowledge of Norland, with the rebellion that sparked for many nations against Oren, the first real rebellion that Courland backed away and left the Rurics and Grimlee's from truly winning the war.

Detail what drives you to become a member of the application team

I love to help New Players, to help them learn the basics in how to rp, the basic commands they need to learn, as a seasoned veteran of the server, I know most of the commands by heart, and think I could answer many questions they might have, I am in the new player discord, and help out whenever theres a question, I have plenty of time to use to help the Application Team out, and the New Players of Lotc out.  I would also Love to help the new players find a place that is right for the rp style they have, help lead them to the player base, that their race they are currently using, I Enjoy helping people.

Provide an alternate way to assisting new players apart from reviewing applications

One way I would be able to help the players of Lotc, would have to be, helping them find their place, because there are many nations and its scary when you're starting out, because you have no where to go, I also already stay quite active in Wandering soul chat helping them with questions, along with the New Player Discord.

Survey the application process and provide any possible improvements which could be made

The servers application to me, could possibly add a bit more lore requirements, because some of the same old back stories of parents killed by orcs, or just the ones that you see over and over get accepted, I would like to see more variety in the players understanding of the Lore.

Provide any additional information that you believe is needed

I play the saxophone, and I am in a hard working band program that makes me, continue to push myself each day to be able to keep up with a steady growth process, I would use that process to put forth into Lotc, to help the New Players out.

I have been banned three times on the server, Two of them were meta-gaming, the other was Ooc-targeting.

Have you ever received warning points and what did you do to receive those points?:

I have a 0 warning point, when I was younger, and thought it would be funny to say something about a gm, that was uncalled for.

Moderating the forums is a very time dependent staff position. How much time, on average, would you be able to dedicate to moderating?:

On Average, I could dedicate about 5 hours a day, Its hard to tell, some days I might have more, some maybe less, just a rough estimate.

Have you ever held a staff position here on LoTC? Do you currently hold any other staff positions? If so, list them and highlight something about the team that you enjoyed/enjoy:

I have never held a staff position, but I have applied for Fm many times, and I have applied for Application Team.

Why should you be a FM? What can you bring to our team in regards to moderating and enforcing the rules on the forums?

I should be an Fm, because I would make a great asset to the team, I would bring a dedication to get a job done, I would make sure to keep the forums a safe place for the server, and make sure nothing gets out of hand, like some of the previous issues that have recently happened on the Forums. I also don't allow my emotions to play an effect in decision making, I always ask for a second opinion on things. I would also make sure to help someone that doesn't understand how to use the forums, or answer any questions one might have about the forums, I would make sure to help them to my best ability. If someone does receive a warning point, I will make sure to talk with them to make sure it doesn't happen again, because its not good to have repeat offenses for the same thing, it means they haven't learned.

What traits do you have that make you stand out from any other applicant?:

 I am never quick to judge a person, I always get to know someone before I judge, I may struggle with disgraphia, but I take that, and use it to make me stronger and overcome my challenges. I have the personality where  I want to help others and to be compassionate to others not just to your friends, but also to the people who you dislike. I stand out from other applicants, because I tell the truth and I would never lie, if someone asks me for a real answer I would not give them the fake answer, I'm going to tell you the real honest answer. I am a quick learner, once I get the hang of something I usually am pretty good at it, I also never half-ass something, I will always do my best 110% of the time. I also play the Saxophone, I am a hard worker to learn something, if I do not know how to do something, I will ask for help.
