[!] You find a small, worn page. The handwriting on it seems rather poor…
It is a weird feeling, writing on a table… Yet I find that my handwriting is still quite illegible… It does not truly matter, for words are meaningless, and they are for the one who writes, more than the one who reads.

One seeks his will done… The other seeks to interrupt it. The third watches, and another listens.
To what end?
Days come and pass, and cold begins its onslaught, only to be brought to defeat by the sun. The forest-fire becomes ash in the rain.
Yet… From the carcasses of the trees the sprouts then grow?
It is an exhilarating feeling, being a pawn in a game, truly. To have a guiding hand is a right, but to be commanded is the true pleasure we all partake.
Do we not?
The threat is unending, even in the peaceful spring wind we must see the flowers come to a burn…
Why?
It all feels as if it occurs in harmony… But who…? Who would command forces that do not yield to them…
Nature..? Fate..? Time..?
For if only in the calming of the swords and the silencing of shouts we could hear the truth be spoken to us so truly.
Do we wish to hear it?
To sit in a cell, it is not the lack of freedom that numbs the mind… It is the promise of it, a carrot dangling so close to your mouth.
How close are we?
Tell me then… Is it order that sows chaos… Or chaos that sows order?
Or perhaps someone else?
Everybody seems to have their answers… Lay their arms for them…
I do not know. Perhaps soon.

Amako eyed the weapon given to her only a few hours before, still in disbelief that she had managed to land not one, but two hits against the officers.

Hey LotC,
This is a follow-up to a previous community feedback post regarding the addition of new chat colors. I have updated the required legacy plugin(s) to support new colors and additional formatting options. These updates can be implemented immediately. However, before proceeding, I would like to gather further feedback to ensure the changes are applied correctly.
New Chat Colors
With a practically infinite amount of color options, to keep the theme of and general aesthetic of LotC, I’ve provided a few examples of pastel colors seen below:
What are the community's thoughts on these color schemes? Given our talented pool of skinners and pixel artists, we would appreciate suggestions and insights on chat formatting from those with more experience. At present, we're thinking of limiting these perks to VIPs as an EULA-compliant reward for their support in maintaining the server.
Another feature under consideration is allowing higher tiers of VIPs and above to choose custom chat colors using hex codes (e.g., #ffb3ba). Naturally, this would be subject to reasonable limitations to avoid unreadable or unsuitable colors.
Implemented Changes

Increased entity render distance for shop items, horses, animals, item frames, etcetera (more changes coming).

Stabilized server TPS (ticks per second) at peak times.

Re-adding the ability to request players to halt by clicking on them from afar. (Displays a hint above the item-bar).

Potentially adding more skin slots and removing cooldowns

Making cosmetics such as OptiFine capes and various ones, e.g., Lunar visible again.

Removal of CT resource island cooldown and fixing unharvestable nodes.

The addition of training swords for every type of Surge weapon, for example, a Daemonsteel variant.

The return of colored leather armor for players as well as horses.

The removal of the cooldown between mounting and dismounting a horse.

Optimizing the war server to achieve mostly stable TPS with parity to the main server, if not better performance akin to how it was when it was first implemented (cc: @Halt).

For she stood against a demi-god, the daughter of the Aengul of Order, “Sol Invicta”, at the behest of the Arch-Drakaar, Azdromoth.
The rising of a sword… And it’s downward motion, unredeemed.
A horrifying display of a skill of the muscle, one most pure, instinct, had sent her upward, and to the gravel.
Thelia’s eyes moved to watch Sol Invicta, as she came to watch her, sprawled upon that dreadful gravel soil.
“Who…? Who would save me from the Depths?” she asked, with a dying breath.
“Let me return to the forest.” said the mali’aheral, as visions of her childhood underneath the trees’ shade of the Dominion flashed through her eyes.
“You shall not go anywhere, except for the depths of this Abyss. Peace shall enlighten your soul.” The demi-god replied.
Thelia's head, subsequently, was taken as a trophy.
And thus, she was no more.
Thelia did not leave any letters.

SpoilerSo! The end of Thelia’s journey, on-going for a few years now, truthfully, there was nothing overly special about this particular character, it was the journey that truly made her enjoyable to play.
Thanks to everyone who played with me over the years, all the memories made it super fun and unique.

LotC Magic Box v1.2
Hello everyone, today I’ll be releasing an update for my mod, LotC Magic Box, aka, Focused Chat Tooltip.
This post will briefly go over the two features that this mod (currently) offers players.
1. New useful keybinds for popular LotC features!
2. The focused chat tooltip, already available in v1.LotC Keybinds
The mod now adds easily reconfigurable keybinds for common LotC functions and displays a tooltip when they are enabled! (except for staff functions I don’t know what output they give out lol)
For regular players; sneaking (home key), slow walking (end key), slow horse walk (page down key).
For staff members (binding needed in the Minecraft control menu); vanishing, flying.
An example of the tooltip when you are both sneaking and walking at the same time (O.o)

Now with colors based on the channel you are focused on!
This mod provides you with a tooltip that is always visible on the top left corner of your screen, updating based on the chat you're currently focused on.

This mod requires both the Fabric Loader and the Fabric API.
The mod can be downloaded from Modrinth or CurseForge.

Please keep in mind that this mod hasn't been tested with anything except vanilla Minecraft and the LotC server.

Citizens of Aevos, beware the treacherous berry bush!
Its thorny presence poses a dire threat to our safety and well-being. These spiky invaders tear at our garments, damage our property, and pose a danger to all who tread the paths of our beloved realm.
Therefore, I call to you, of all backgrounds, creeds and heritages (except the druii), all berry bushes within our realm must be eradicated. If you happen to come across a bush during your travels, I strongly recommend that you take the initiative to uproot it from the ground. The cultivation of new berry bushes must be discouraged.
Let us reclaim our lands from these prickly nuisances and restore order to Aevos!
