(if so we can help clear it up!): Yes, about the swearing; is it prohibited to swear for both the RP character and person or just the person? (I hope you'll understand). What is roleplaying?: I believe roleplaying the creation of a non-existent character in which you'd develop their mental and physical attributes. With this character you'd determine their actions and outcome based on the surroundings the character is placed in.
What is metagaming?: From what I am aware of, metagaming is when, let's say, someone in RP is on the verge of dying, but someone miraculously appears and saves them, when in reality the 'saviour' had no knowledge of the situation.
What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Power-emoting is what I believe a RP action in which the other party has no control of; for example, 'Aleesia moved swiftly and slashed Don's arm off'. The other party is then forced to do the said action.
In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

She was born in the island Ker'nor - named after the dark elves' previous home. However, when the volcano erupted, they were forced to flee and take shelter near the wood elves. It's there where the Ravaric family decided to settle down at - Ebonglade. Growing up was harsh for her. The expectations set for her by her parents were much greater then her eldest brother's. He's a successful swordsmith learning from a family friend. From the moment she was able to grasp an item in her hands, her training started. Her father took combat more seriously with her then with her brother. The reason for this was, as a young Dark Elf, he witnessed his mother die in battle when dark elves were forced to fight the wood elves for Haelun'or. He never enjoyed the fact that they lived so close to them, but stayed because of his wife's pregnancy with their daughter Aleesia. Even with all the talks and begging her mother made, he continued to belittle his daughter. He never seemed satisfied with her. She tried her best constantly, going as far as skipping dinner and sleep to train more. By the time she was 10, her combat skills surpassed her brother's when he was that age, but even then her father looked down at her. Overtime, she grew distaste towards her father. Her anger grew and grew as her father forced her to train more.
After a few months passed of her anger growing, she snapped. Aleesia didn't hold her tongue as she lashed out at her father outside of their home. Her father remained quiet with a thoughtful look. Once she was done, her shoulders slumped and was breathing hard. The words her father uttered thoughtfully made her freeze: "We can use that anger to better yourself with training." Aleesia couldn't control her next action as her anger took over. Her face became void of expression as she swiftly slid her sword out. With out a second thought, the sword was embedded in her father's stomach. His eyes became wide at the sharp pain. Her mother's loud gasp of horror is what snapped Aleesia out of her murderous haze. Aleesia stumbled back as her father's knees gave out and slumped against the ground. The red stain on his tunic grew by the second. Her mother quickly rushed to his side. A silent cry left Aleesia's lips as tears streamed down her face. 'Did I... did I do this? No.. no I couldn't-!' She looked towards her mother for help. Her mother's gaze was nothing but disgust. "Mum I-I didn't-" she guiltily began, "Leave you-you monster!" her mother hissed. Aleesia quickly ran inside to her room, her mother following closely behind. "I want you gone by tomorrow. Tonight's dinner will be the last meal you'll ever receive from us" her mother then hurried back to her father's side outside. After a few minutes of Aleesia sitting on her bed, she finally began to pack her items. She shamefully took off the jewelry her mother and father awarded her with and left them laying on her bed. She changed into her combat gear and hauled her pack over her shoulder. Before stepping out, she decided to take her father's deep red cloak to keep a reminder of her shameful action. She promised herself, even after everything that her father did, to become the best at combat to honor her family. Until then, she will not return the cloak. From then, Aleesia left Ebonglade behind and traveled from one place to another. Along the way, she learned as much as she could, trained constantly, and fought to better herself.
Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Aleesia has a habit of being arrogant at times. When she's nervous she tends to clench her jaw and/or bite her lip. She secretly has a sweet tooth, but doesn't want people to know. She also really enjoys being surrounded by nature. Because of her excessive training, she tends to always have a calculating gaze towards the majority of the people she meets. She rarely shows any other emotion aside from seriousness. She always walks gracefully and is light on her feet, as if ready for an attack. She can be naïve at times. Although not many know, she is an excellent cook because once she left her home she had to make her own meals. Anything else would be developed overtime by her experiences.
Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Her primary goal is to be the best at combat (swordsmanship specifically because that's what her father taught her)
Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) She excels at dual-wielding (She taught herself this ability during an encounter with an enemy and trained constantly with two swords she crafted); blending in with her surroundings; determining her opponents weaknesses (depending completely on how skilled the opponent is); and her defense is strong (usually preferring being defensive until an opening for an attack shows); and finally, she is an excellent blacksmith and martial arts.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) She lacks in the area of archery. When it comes to a child, she is very protecting of them (can be a double-edged sword depending on the situation). She lacks in the skill of alchemy and enchanting.

Her hair is slight wavy and gray/silver with a bit of white. Her eyes are a pale dark blue and her skin is dark with a hue of blue. More in detail; her features are sharp and feminine. Her thick eyelashes only adds a dangerous shadow to her intimidating eyes that are always scanning her surroundings. Her scent is one the reminds you of lavender. Her ears are pointed, but have no curve - resembling a triangle.
